During the series, I never had the feeling that Shadowsight was ever truly happy. He always gave off a sad, apathetic vibe to me, especially after the first book. And I get it. The poor guy blamed himself for everything that happened, a lot of other cats blamed him as well and didn't even trust him. The only cat that he was allowed to treat was the one that psychologically tortured him. And now Bristlefrost died to save him and he doesn't even have a connection to StarClan anymore. I don't know, I just never had the feeling that he was ever truly happy.

Taking a break from the forums because my cat died. Will probably be back mid to late October.

Not really. But at least he is still alive and hopefully gets the chance to become truly happy in the upcoming arc.

I agree- Shadowsight just always felt very anxious/quietly miserable to me during almost the whole arc. I hope that now he'll be able to enjoy his life, especially that his powers are gone because I never felt like it did him any good mentally.
