Hi there, I'm Gray!  I'm a somewhat introverted and awkward teenager (about to be 17), who loves to draw cats, dogs, and virtually any animals. I absolutely love some anime, and I love watching YouTube (my favorite YouTubers are NickDominates, Joey Graceffa, Dan and Phil, and Markiplier, though I like plenty more than that). Sometimes I get into moods where I just don't want to talk to anyone, and it's okay to try to get me to talk to you during that time, because I don't get snappish or anything like that. I'm just. Very unmotivated to talk.
I'd prefer to talk on Skype or something? I don't know if that's allowed here though- if it isn't, I'll be happy to remove this section.
Anyway, I'm not really looking for anything romantic, as I just got out of a relationship, and I'm also heavily interested in someone at the moment, so unless you're cool with that, it wouldn't work out. And in any case, something romantic would have to develop naturally, without me seeking it out.
I'd also like someone who likes to roleplay a lot, as I like to roleplay a lot (though I don't really do it much anymore). Along with that, someone with good grammar (you're/your primarily, I don't care much about capitalization), and someone who is okay with joking around sometimes and being serious when necessary. These are not really requirements, just things that generally attract me to people.
I am also nonbinary, and I typically use they/them pronouns, but she/her pronouns are fine as well. I am also gray-ace/gray-aro, so I guess if you have a problem with the ace/aro spectrum then don't post on this? I don't know, just please don't be uncomfortable.

Uhh... Let's see I turned 19 last month so yea. I'm like a kid at heart though. Oh I'm addicted to rping sometimes XD

*pokes head in* Friends you say? I too am always on the lookout for friends.  A lil about me, well, I'm 20(idk if you're cool with older friends or nah, just lemme know) and am currently in college. I'm studying sociology in hopes of maybe one day being a social worker and am also getting a minor in psychology. I really wanna do something that'll help people. I'm a huge nerd and love many fandoms. I love to write and have a Fanfiction account. I also have a Skype account too. I'm pretty introverted but am getting better about speaking up and being social. Yup, I am indeed! This is actually the start of my third year. I absolutely love college, largely in part to the freedom in choosing your schedule and what classes you take. I actually changed my major over the summer from Psychology to Sociology because I realized there wasn't much I wanted to do like counseling or psychiatry. So now I'm taking a bunch of classes related to my new major to fulfill the requirements.
I know college is a probably a bit a ways for you but do you have an idea of what you'd like to study?

There's a whole bunch of different stuff! Like some of the stuff my college offers under a Sociology degree are substance abuse studies, gerontology, social work, criminal justice, advocacy, administration etc. And probably research and experimental.
I'm starting to really consider social work, like I feel it's something I could see myself doing. I'm sorta interested in maybe doing that with health or kids/families.
My sister is going to college next year and she wants to be an elementary school teacher. She likes working with kids and is pretty patient with them. I don't mind little kids but I can't see myself teaching them lol.

I've always loved English. I took AP English every year except my senior. I think part of the reason I liked it so much was because of the writing. My intention isn't to come off as bragging but I've always been good at writing. I've almost always gotten As on my papers in school and have gotten As overall in my two required English composition classes for college. And I've loved the books we were required to read too(The Great Gatsby and 1984 were awesome)
If I was to pick a subject I was poor at it'd be math hands down. I've passed all my classes but got low grades. It just doesn't make sense to me and takes awhile to stick. Although,the exception would be last year I took a psychology statistics class and made a B in there, which I was surprised about.

I haven't seen Hamilton before but have heard it referenced. Something I need to look into sometime.
I don't really care much for poetry or plays, they're not really my thing. Although I helped my sis one time write a poem assignment about something they loved and she couldn't think of anything so I suggested she do it about icees(cause she loves those)and helped her figure out what to say. She said her class loved it XD
But some books I've enjoyed from required reading have been 1984, Frankenstein and The Great Gatsby(especially this one, love love it). I did also like Animal Farm but it got a little freaky at the end.
