You're a young, inexperienced warrior within one of the five canon Clans. You have recently earned your warrior name and are seeking to prove your worth under your new position, hunting for and defending your Clan if necessary. As far as you are aware of, you are just a simple warrior - important, but insignificant in the grand scheme of things, especially when compared to a leader or medicine cat. One night you receive a dream. So what, it's just a dream, right? Perhaps so, but as you look around you, noticing you are in a thick veil of mist surrounding by darkened shapes of mysterious cats, you quickly come to realize that this is unlike any dream you have ever experienced before. The vision quickly fades and you wake up with a start. As you go about your duties that day, you contemplate its meaning, but you simply dismiss it as some oddity and nothing else - perhaps your mind was racing last night and your imagination was running wild, or you ate something that was off the previous evening.
You settle down in your den the nest night and you have the same dream again, more vivid than ever before. This time, one of the cats attempts to speak with you, but you cannot discern what they are saying; it's as if they were dozens of tree lengths away, even though they are clearly right in front of you.
The dreams keep on occurring, sometimes every night without fail. (You, the reader, get to decide what happens next. Does a new vision that place of this one, like a lake of blood, a dying forest, a flood, etc.? You can eventually hear what the cat is saying, who identifies themselves as a warrior of StarClan, but it's up to you what they tell you. Regardless, a prophecy has been bestowed upon your shoulders.)
It is your choice to either pursue this further or ignore it - there are no wrong answers here. Your options are:
1. You ignore them. You're just a warrior. Why would StarClan contact you for, and not their leader or medicine cat?
2. You accept that what you saw was very real. Nevertheless, since you are just a warrior, or because you're not interested in general, you choose to abandon any further exploration into this matter, and pretend that nothing happened.
3. You tell your leader and/or medicine cat about your visions and the prophecy either right away, or eventually. Do you mention the prophecy?
4. You attempt to pursue the prophecy WITHOUT telling your leader or medicine cat. What if they don't believe you and ridicule / ignore you, or worse still, have cats keep a close eye on you? In addition, do you tell any cat?
