Going to reiterate something here that is very important. For those of you whose accounts have warnings, please read.
If your account has a warning level that has not been adjusted in 3 (or more) months, you’re in luck. As long as you haven’t received a warning recently, say in the past 30 days, you have the opportunity to have your warning level changed.
You might ask why, as staff, can’t see everyone’s warning levels in one place?
Yeah, that doesn’t exist with ProBoards. Staff would have to view every account on the Members list, click to a person’s Profile and then view it. It’s a lot of accounts to go through whereas we have the option of creating a thread to figure it out.
For those of you with warnings that have not been changed and follow the criteria above, there is one thing you’ll need to do.
First, please message an active staff member (Mint, Felix, or Sand) about your warning. From there, the designated moderator will take care of your warning level. Depending on the situation, the moderator will decided what happens with your warning level.
Please remember to PM a staff member to discuss your warnings. If you have other questions or concerns, feel free to message us as well. We are here for all of you and we are always willing to listen or chat.
