Of course.
They are oftentimes important to the stoyline (although the first series ones were very spoilerish).

I used to skip them when I was younger, but I definitely don't anymore. The prologues usually have a lot of cool stuff and interesting scenes in them.

For anyone who has read TPONS, the prologue is important to the rest of the book. In the end of the prologue, Squirrelflight thinks that she will get Bramblestar back, no matter what it takes.

Yes, they're an essential part of the whole book.

I do, but then I instantly forget it, so does it really count?

When I first started reading Warriors, I was really really young, like too young to comprehend the idea of a prologue being different than the rest of the book. So at age 4 when I first tried Into the Wild, the prologue made no sense and I also struggled to read through a dense action scene with long character names, resulting in me putting the book down. A little less than a year later, I tried to read the book again, but this time I just started with Chapter 1, which made a lot more sense and was easier to read.
From then on I skipped every single prologue and would always start with Chapter 1.
Then when I was 6, I had to wait for Dark River to come out, and I had no new Warriors content to read, so I went back and read all of the prologues. I promptly went "oh shit, these are actually relevant!" and ever since, I DO read the prologues as intended, lol
I literally never read Allegiances though.

I always read prologues, they always have interesting stuff in them. What i don't read are allegiances, like i lready know by memory all cats' descriptions.

I used to skip them as a child because I thought they had nothing to do with the plot. Now I always read and enjoy them, I think they're pretty interesting most of the time.

I read all the new ones that come out, but for rereads, I sometimes skip them.

I always read the prologues, though I admit they're boring when it's from StarClan's POV.
