Opinions on Scarlet?
She was awful and I'm glad they never tried to give her some kind of backstory or dramatic reason to try and explain "this is why she is the way she is :c "
Nope, Scarlet was just straight-up a genuinely horrible person who enjoyed being horrible, and the way she treated Peril was disgusting. I really enjoyed her as a villain, and how over-the-top and vain but still sly and manipulative she was. I was very satisfied when she was finally killed, especially with how it happened lol

Dislike. She's a good villain, I can give her that, but the way she treats Peril and manipulates her is disgusting and was horrible to read for me.

She's such a fun Villain. I enjoyed her more than Blister, Burn, & Morrowseer combined. She so incredibly vain, selfish, petty, inhumane, and just bat shit crazy that she's so entertaining to read about.
I wish her death could have been a bit less predictable and wilder though.

Scarlet was a horrible dragon. I hated how peril trusted her. Although she is pretty high on my villain list. Shes one of my fav villains ngl. Her looks, actions, voice, and just everything in general seem intimidating. It gives me chills down my spine when she says "thrilling". Idk why. It just seems intimidating to me.

I absolutely despise/love Scarlet. Despise because she's a horrible person(dragon?) and did a lot of evil things, but her character itself... all I can say is, she's Mapleshade if Mapleshade didn't have the controversial backstory, had a more unique personality and actually killed some cats.

Scarlet is a very interesting character who never really needed a better reason for who she is. Fun to hate.
