I had to do it
My least favorite? That's a hard one. First of all, I don't understand Sleekwhisker. I read all the books and I still don't understand her. Is it just me? I don't think Bone was really that good of a villain either, he didn't really do much. I don't like Tigerclaw/star. He seemed fun and scary at first, but he began to get more boring eventually. Last one would be Darkstripe. He was SO BORING. He was a really mediocore villain, and my mind is set on that.
It's really hard to think which one was bad, so let's just say all the ones I mentioned.

Darkstripe failed to poison a KIT or beat a HALF-STARVED warrior. Like say what you will about the others, they all at least ACCOMPLISHED something—even ones like Bone or Sleekwhisker, who had the depth of a shallow puddle, managed to get Whitestorm and Rowanstar killed. Darkstripe is just pathetic.

I can't decide, I dislike the majority of them for different reasons.

Hawkfrost. There's nothing to his character other than wanting power and to rule the clans. Reading about him was really boring to me. Tigerclaw may have been the same, but at least he has a personality in TF and there were times he cared about his clan and his sons.

It's a tie between Darkstripe, Tigerstar, and Thistleclaw for me. The former was pathetic while the latter two were just boring.

Thistleclaw? His villainy was underwhelming from what I remember.

Sleekwhisker. I get that most villains show a certain level of hypocrisy. But the difference with her is that it didn't really seem intentional on how she was written. She literally goes from bullying Violetpaw for her presumed rogue heritage, which was later proven wrong, to being all over The Kin, who are a group of rogues, only a few pages later.
It doesn't even stop there, she has the utter audacity to blame the downfall of ShadowClan soely on Rowanstar's shoulders instead of taking responsibility for her part in causing it alongside the other rebellious apprentices and warriors such as Needletail and Scorchfur.
At least her grandfather Tigerstar I's hypocrisy was showcased properly and made sense for him who saw himself as being in the right about his beliefs and actions while actually doing so much wrong.
Sleekwhisker also got away (escaped alive) despite her horrible crimes of assisting with murdering her former Clanmates (allegedly including her own mother Dawnpelt) which made her "ending" very unsatisfying to read about. I hope she comes back one day so that someone can truly make her regret ever turning on the Clans to follow Darktail and his ideology instead. In the end, she's just a pathetic follower like Darkstripe whose decisions proved their utter insignificance when it concerns the bigger plot in this series.

Darkstripe is barely a villain. He's a dumb lackey obsessed with Tigerstar. He didn't even understand why he was in the Dark Forest because he didn't have ~evil~ intentions

Hawkfrost. He was just a Tigerstar-lite. At least Darkstripe had some sort of personality- Hawkfrost was literally a badly written Tigerstar.

hard for me to choose, my opinions of them all are fairly equal. i don’t really dislike any of them, i thought they were all interesting in their own ways. darkstripe is actually one of my favorites, he’s a lot different then all of the other bad guys. i like how he’s not some buff power hungry only-in-it-for-evil-intentions guy, but just some sleazy cat who can’t do his job right. (or maybe my fondness of the og arc is making me view his character through rose-colored lenses, judging by how disliked he is by everyone else lol)
but yeah, as i said, i like and dislike them all pretty equally. my ultimate vote probably goes towards thistleclaw, though. i somewhat thought he was a good antagonist in bluestar’s prophecy, but after spottedleaf’s heart he’s just..... no. sleekwhisker is probably second because i despise avos and almost everything that comes with it, but i can’t actually remember her all that well.

I was literally thinking "SLASH, SLASH" when I saw the title. He had nothing admirable or notable about him unlike the others. He was lazy and totally unnecessary when there could have been One Eye.

I think I have to go with Hawkfrost.
I wasn't that fond of Brokenstar, Darkstripe or Sol, but at least they were quite entertaining.
Hawkfrost however was just Tigerstar lite with a cooler design.

Personally, I dislike them for all reasons, but if you say the worst villain in means of not scary, obviously Darkstripe

Clawface, the only thing he did was steal some kittens and kill a medicine cat in the process. He was barely shown.
