I'll also second the person who brought up Skyrim and Assassin's Creed, they're some of my favorite games of all time. Also not sure if it's available on PC, but Okami (HD) used to be a ps2 game and is a similar style to zelda games.

Oh neat! Closest I have is Okami on a Wii, but I'll have to look and see if I can find it on PC!

Hylics 1 and 2: Incredibly stylized claymation RPG games that focus on surrealism. The second game is a bit easier to understand, as the first one deliberately uses a garbled mess of text.
Disco Elysium: An absolutely fantastic RPG, though it's a bit heavy and political if that's not to your taste.
Black and White 1 and 2: These are older games and they've really aged, but if you like sandbox games in the same vein as The Sims then these are great. The basic concept is that you play as the deity of a civilization, and can choose to be either benevolent or malicious. If you can get past the dated gameplay and technical hiccups, they're very fun.
Fallout New Vegas: If you like exploring, this is the game for you. This game has so much worldbuilding and replayability. You can explore the whole map as one character, and then come back as a character diametrically opposed to who you just played and get a completely fresh experience.
Undertale and Deltarune: These games have practically become memes in themselves at this point, but both are genuinely solid experiences with relatable characters and intricate stories.

Idk if it's been suggested yet, but I played Runescape a couple of times, and I found it pretty fun

Seconding Okami (one of my all time favorites, classic honestly) and A Hat in Time is a solid cutsey platformer on PC.
