How do you feel about this arc overall? I'm trying to figure out whether if I'll be better off not buying the arc at all (The covers look dumb, actually) or getting them on my Kindle or buy them offline like I always did.

I'm quite enjoying it. It's not without it's flaws, but in my opinion it's definitely one of the better arcs we've gotten. Bringing back Ashfur as the imposter was a good move, as his story felt rather unfinished back in PoT (especially how he got granted into StarClan despite everything he had done) and I'm glad TBC is finishing his story, though at the same time, making him probably the most entertaining villain we've gotten. He's a horrid cat, but he's an absolute delight to read about. I'm also really enjoying that the arc delves more into the horror elements of the series, and ThunderClan being the Clan that's getting all shit hit the fan for once, considering they've mostly gotten off scott-free in other arcs. That, and finally questioning the warrior code and how flawed the thing actually is.
It's definitely more plot-driven than anything, which isn't necessarily a bad thing of course, but I do feel it lacks a bit in the character department. That's not to say it's totally absent, as there are several characters who go through some good development, but in comparison to other arcs, it just doesn't feel as prominent.

I really like it! Depending on how it ends, it might end up being my favorite arc.
I love all 3 of the main pov characters and the plot is interesting and very different for Warriors. I feel like the Erins finally decided to do something bold and its paying off. The Silent Thaw is my favorite Warriors book! Now I’m just waiting to see if I’m disappointed with ALITM or not to get my final opinion on the arc.

I'm not really a fan, but I think a lot of my perception of it was ruined by the fandom unfortunately. However, one thing that annoys me other than Ashfur being the mastermind, the impostor, etc, is that they'll probably change the code. I'm okay with a few things changing, but I swear if they get rid of the forbidden romance rule, it's going to be Fahrenheit 451 up in here. Okay, not really, but seriously, the only cats this code hurts, is because cats are disloyal and break the code in the first place. If cats didn't break the code, then there would be no issues regarding this. It's a perfectly good rule, and I see absolutely no problems with it.

I overall enjoyed reading it, but it does have it's flaws. The characters are nice though

I like TBC- in my opinion it's not really a bad arc and pretty high up there in quality.

The arc has an absolutely amazing setup, and Lost Stars is one of the best books in the series if you can get past some character inconsistencies. It sets up a lot of conflict and raises some really interesting questions. I was hooked.
And then... they trashed it.
They took the arc in an entirely different direction than I was expecting, which isn't inherently bad, but the direction they took basically erased all of the interesting moral questions they raised in Book 1. This combined with a lack of character arcs from anyone except Rootspring, and total lack of explanation or at least speculation to the harder magic elements that have been introduced just made it a frustrating read at best.
I read up to the end of Book 3, and I will not be reading the rest of the arc.
As for whether you should buy the arc or not, here's what I would say: What was your opinion on Ashfur in Po3? In my experience, the people who like TBC are people who thought Ashfur's story was incomplete in Po3 and want to see him served justice, whereas the people who don't like TBC are people who don't care about Ashfur, or at least considered his story finished when he died. If you are interested in seeing Ashfur as a primary villain again, you'll probably like the arc. If you don't care about Ashfur, you probably won't.

It’s a really good arc plot wise, character wise not as much on second half so far.

I enjoyed the first book. But the series isn't really good.
It lacks good characterization of the new characters, focuses on older characters too much, the impostor's story did not need to start again when he was perfectly fine in POT, & the characters kept asking the same questions.

I really need to catch up on it. I've fallen behind on some of the newest books, and though the overall plot is super interesting, I find myself having to backtrack to remember certain things from it. I think I just need to pay a little more attention to what's going on in the books haha

I'm just glad that Ashfur is finally shown as the full on incel villain he was all along after getting away with his behaviour both in the books (going to StarClan despite trying to kill four cats and taking a life away from Firestar) and the fandom (2009-? Ashfur fan wars). I will definitely buy the complete TBC box set when it comes out next year or later than that.
