Which arcs were more character driven, and which ones more plot driven?
And what do you like better?

PoT is character-driven for sure. I'd say maybe TPB for plot-driven? huh

Character vs. Plot driven falls on a spectrum, not a binary, and good stories will have both plot-driven elements and character-driven elements. If I had to rank the arcs from plot-driven to character-driven, I would say:
TBC, TPB, OotS, TNP, AVoS, Po3. With the first four being closer to plot and the last two being closer to character. (No DotC because I haven't read past book 2, but it seemed to be character-driven from the one book I did read).
If you split TNP in half, that's my personal line between plot and character driven. The first half is slightly plot-driven and the second half is slightly character driven.
That being said, I VASTLY prefer character-driven stories. Stakes tend to be lower (though AVoS is an exception here) yet more personal, and it doesn't feel like the characters are just being thrown around in a blender for the gods' amusement. Rather, the characters themselves are the ones affecting the plot and creating the conflict. The characters also tend to be more interesting simply because there's more chance for development. I personally just won't care about a world-ending invasion unless I care about the victims, if that makes sense.

AVoS felt pretty plot driven to me, same with TPB. I liked them both.
I think it’s mainly the super editions/novellas/graphic novels that are character driven though rather than the main series books which seems to be mostly plot.

I prefer character-driven.
I'd say DoTC, AVoS, and PoT are character-driven.
TPB, TNP (except the latter half seemed more character-driven), OoTS, and TBC are more plot-driven.
Also, it seems like the first 3 books are more plot-driven and the last 3 books are more character-driven, imo.

TPB, TNP (first half), OotS and TBC are plot driven while PoT, DotC and AVoS (second half) are character driven.
I prefer character driven plots except when they turn a personality around to fit their narrative (Tigerstar II).
