Inspired by some of the answers on my other thread. Hawkwing's Journey almost made me quit reading Warriors, I found it bland and it came at a time where I was losing interest in the series. Another one that made me reconsider my interest in the series was Darkest Night. That one was so unabashedly bad I found myself wanting to stop reading the books right then. The new arc has been more my speed though, so unless something goes horribly wrong with ALitM I think I'll keep reading for a while yet.

The Last Hope because I thought it was the end of Warriors. I knew they were doing the prequel arc next, but I thought that was because they weren't planning to do anything else in the modern era.
Then I found Dovewing's silence a few years later and read it, only to swear off Warriors forever. I still don't consider anything after TLH canon, I just (sometimes) read the new books so I know what people are talking about.

The Last Hope actually made me stop reading Warriors for almost ten years. Firestar's death just broke my teenage heart. I only got back into it last year in April because of seeing so many beautiful MAPs that reminded me of my favorite childhood series and the nostalgic feelings which came with it.

How the second half of AVOS turned out This 1000 percent, Tigerheart’s Shadow and Squirrelflight’s Hope. Pretty much this. ThS and SqH, plus the boring half of AVoS, honestly made me want to drop this series as a whole. I was so tired of this crap.

Same here. I was slowly losing interest in the series so I figured that TLH was a good place to stop. I was very surprised to learn years later that they were still working with the modern era.

The Last Hope legit made me throw my book across the room and stop reading for a few days. And when I finished it I didn’t want to read anymore

It was either The Sun Trail or Thunder Rising that made me stop reading Warriors for a while. Then when I came back, I found I missed out on AVOS and probably some other books. So I caught up slowly.

TLH because i thought it was a good way to end the series. A prequel arc was fine but I wasn't happy when it was revealed that they would be a new arc after bramblestar's storm. i couldn't imagine how else they could top the final battle between heaven, hell, and earth.

Moonrise and SkyClan’s Destiny made me considered it once but I decided not to because I love reading about cats.

All of the New Prophecy (reading about cats doing nothing makes me want to throw the book across the room) and Skyclan's destiny (again just cats doing nothing for 33 chapters).

The Apprentice's Quest.
To this day it's still one of my least favorite books in Warriors. It made me completely fall out of love with the series as a whole. I would check the plotpoints of the newer books when they came out but more just as an afterthought. Don't think I ended up reading Warriors at all until River of Fire, when I finally decided to read it and that book ended up getting me back into Warriors.
So TAQ killed my love of Warriors for two years, basically.

Most books apart from TPB, DoTC, some Super Editions, and some Novellas.
If your asking me why I'm still reading it's because I have a strong attachment to some of the characters.
I'm hating everything else because the plots are bad, Firekin is oversaturated, & Bramblesquirrel and other character I don't like are still around.

The only good thing about Graystripe's Vow was the BloodClan plot. But WarriorClan? Where has the series come to? I didn't like this at all.
(Also, when I'm reading posts I am wondering if I'm the only one who didn't entirely hate Squirrelflight's Hope. I mean, I hated Bramblestar in it, but it wasn't that bad of a book. The Sisters were also interesting, even though they are incredibly disgusting towards the tom cats.)

TLH. I read it and haven't read another Warriors book since. It wasn't because the book was bad, but I thought it seemed more like an ending to the series than anything else.
