Do you think she was mature about the DovexTiger thing?

As an apprentice? She might have been right, but she was rather bratty about the whole deal.
As a warrior? Yes. She deeply wanted her sister to stay in ThunderClan and be happy with Bumblestripe, for getting with Tigerheart could lead into dangerous trouble. She could have handled it better, but she was mature enough to try to convince Dovewing to do the right thing instead of simply staying out of it, and she was mature enough to accept her sister's decision to stay in ShadowClan, although it must have been difficult for her.

Well, I dunno if she was mature but her reaction was reasonable, especially when it was revealed that her sister literally ditched her to join ShadowClan. She took that well, actually, better than I would've if I was her.

She wasn't 'mature'.

Seems perfectly mature to me. Getting pissed that my sibling is basically breaking the law isn’t immaturity. That, and she was a great mentor to Twigbranch and clearly mature enough to mentor Snowbush before hand as well. She and Fernsong had very mature talks about their kits and Ivypool is more than mature in most of AVOS beyond just the Dovewing drama.

I mean, as an adult in the recent books? She cut them off and said she wasn't dealing with it anymore, which I think is fine

As apprentices I don't really expect Ivy, or any other apprentice for that matter, to be mature yet, not until near their Warrior ceremonies. And regardless of her being a brat or not, she still had a point, Dove was still breaking the code, as an apprentice, and then as a warrior, and yet again 3 years after....still...at that point it's quite ridiculous. At the moment, Ivypool is one of the most mature characters shown on screen from what I've seen. She's not perfect, and she doesn't have to be, but at least she's trying to do her duties to the best of her abilities. She's respected in her clan, and even admired by younger characters, so she's a good role model in that sense too. The same can not be said for DoveTiger.

She could have handaled the situation better but was far more mature than her sister and Tigerfart.
I do think she should have told either Firestar or Whitewing though, It would have saved us from a lot of the garbage drama we were forced to get trough.

I dunno how I feel about Dovewing. I guess she's immature? Not sure, though. I think she could've handled communicating with her sister about her feelings for Tigerheart better.

No, she was not mature. She could've talked about Tigerheart with Dovewing, but normal communication is never an option with Ivypool, so she just got mad and started yelling about stuff Dovewing could have never known because IVYPOOL DOESN'T COMMUNICATE WITH HER.
