World of Demihumans IntroductionHaving a hard time, you make your way to a territory where demihumans were welcome. It was the first and only territory that was created by demihumans for demihumans. Tired, and in despair from running, you soon see a large wall in the distance. This wall surrounded an enormous mass of land that was considered the paradise of demihumans.
It encompassed a mountain, and had a stream running directly through the territory. You had no idea how big it was. All you knew, was that it welcomed all demihumans without question. It was your last haven, and you weren't willing to give up when you were so close to freedom.
Stepping up the pace, you can still hear the humans following you in the distance. You sprint for your freedom right before you. As you get closer, there's a large gate. You quickly shift into your demihuman form.
"Please! Please let me in!" you shout, terror filling your voice. You didn't want the humans to catch you. This was your last chance. You push harder, running faster than you had before. You could taste the freedom just on the other side of the wall. It was calling to you. The gate slowly opened, and you finally slip through. Inside, was what looked like a bustling town, just one full of demihumans.
Welcome to the Sperare. AboutWelcome to Sperare. This is a place where demihumans are free to live. This is a clan-like territory that is thousands of kilometers long with a large wall surrounding it. It's the one and only place demi-humans can live freely.
This is an Rp where demihumans and humans are at war with each other. While the demihumans live at peace within the walls of Sperare, the humans constantly try to siege the city to wipe the demihumans out. Of course, there are both good and bad to both sides, so you can create a really good character or a really evil one, and you can create humans, not just demihumans.
There's always two sides to a story, and this is one of them. Just have fun.
#1 Follow the rules The forum rules and the rules of this Rp must be followed. If you break any of them, you will receive two warnings, before you're deleted.
#2 Listen to the Mods As well as the owner (Pearl ), I will appoint 2 moderators for this Rp. You must listen to them.
#3 Respect Please respect everyone in this thread. Don't be rude as an individual. If your character is mean, then go right ahead. But outside Rping, please don't be rude to the others. (G)
#4 No Spamming Any troll or spam on this thread will be ignored and reported immediately. You can say "can such and such please report to whatever rp", but don't annoy the individuals Rping on this thread.

#5 Activity You have a life outside this Rp. I understand, and I will be absent at times, but please do not post on other threads, and ignore this one. If I find that you haven't been on the forums for two weeks, that's fine. I will put you on the inactive list until you return, or until a month has passed.
If you haven't been on the forums for a month, then I will delete you due to inactivity.
If you have been posting on the forum over the two weeks you've been absent on this thread, I will delete you immediately.
If you have something on, and you won't be on for more than two weeks, please tell the owner or a mod. (R)
#6 Literacy You must be literate. This means grammar, spelling and punctuation. It means full sentences. Now, I won't limit the amount of sentences you can type, but the minimum is four per post.
#7 Godmodding Do not say things like "your character is the best fighter". Show how good they are at fighting through your Rping, but do know, that even the best get something wrong at times.
Also, don't overpower every opponent you fight. There is always a give and a take. When Rping battle scenes, add your character's thought process. Don't just say "such and such raked so and so in the face to distract him, then rammed into his shoulder. She presses him down, and aims for his throat". Give your opponent time to show their battle strategy.
Godmodding and spotlighting are boring and annoying in Rp's. Just don't do it. (A)
#8 Joining Please provide details when writing up your joining form. We want to be able to picture your character. When joining, please check the list of names. No two characters can have the same names. Just have fun, but no dragons.
#10 Characters
Please do not creat a Mary Sue / Gary Stue. It will not be accepted. Give your character some strengths, but also give it weaknesses. Give them some flaws. If you're having troubles, use this generator:
#11 Realism
Please make your character as realistic as possible. Now, I don't mind it if you, for example, provide a white cat with red dapples or stripes. That's totally fine. But please don't give your character weird colourings for its animal, like a purple cat.
Pale blue eyed animals tend to be deaf.
Red eyed animals are albino. Show it.
If your animal is blind, add red (has to be really red) in the tissues of your character's eye, or turn your character's eyes cloudy / milky. (P)
#12 LGBT + It is allowed in this Rp. You can allocate what preference your cat has, but please keep it simple (hetero or same sex).
Demihumans with a preference for the same sex will be able to have children, but only once every six months. Humans and demihumans can have a surrogacy/donor if they wish, but you must ask first. (E)
#13 Positions The Leader will be Rped by the owner or mod. It will begin with the owner, and when this one dies, the next Leader will belong to a Mod.
The Deputy position will also belong to the first Mod. When the Deputy becomes Leader, the next Deputy will belong to the second Mod, then back to the owner.
There will be a Leader and a Deputy for each type of demihuman. There will also be a doctor and apprentice for each type of demihuman open.
The owner position is basically someone who owns a shop or is an independant from warriors or farmers. They have a specialty that has nothing to do with being a warrior or farmer. Warriors are tasked with both defending the city, and hunting for prey outside the city walls.
Now, you need to make sure that your character's animal is in line with the position they're in.
#14 Queens and Children You can join as a child, but the child will need a parent / guardian. Please ask if you want to become the child of a character. If you want to join as an external child, please ask who Rp's the character you want as the surrogate mother.
Regarding the young, depending on what form the Queen falls pregnant, they will remain in that form until they give birth to a child in that form. For example, if a Queen falls pregnant in her animal form, they will remain in their animal form, and give birth to a child who is also in its animal form. If a Queen falls pregnant in her human form, she will unable to change into her animal form, and the child she gives birth to will be in its human form.
Babies will remain in the form they're born in until they reach the age of a child, where they will gain the ability to shift into their other form. (A)
#15 Character Ratios You can join with 1 character but keep an eye on the character ratio's. If you want to Rp with more, you must stick to the 50 / 50 ratio of males and females, so make sure that there isn't an excess of males compared to females.
#16 Role Playing I will provide an Rp post layout. You can customise it, but please stick to the general layout. When using colours, please use colours where you can read the text. (R)
#17 Rp Times Everyone will Rp on the same days at the same times. One day can last a week, but in that day, all your characters must have interacted with at least 5 characters. That's when a day will end.
There will not be any time-skips for certain characters. If a time-skip is to happen, it will be for the whole clan, and will not go less than 1 year.
You must keep watch of your own character's age. If it's time for the character to become a warrior, senior warrior or elder, for example, please tell the owner or the mods.
#18 Plots Now, there are no plots except a war between demihumans and humans. If you have an idea for a plot though, talk it through with everyone. If all members agree, then we can go ahead with it. Do make it detailed though. (L)

Demihuman (Sperare) TerritoryThe Demihuman territory is known as Sperare. It is large and surrounded by a huge stone wall. There is a snowy mountain in the centre with a river flowing through it. On the south side of the mountain is a huge cliff with a waterfall. At the base of the waterfall is a lake. The water from the river flows from the north wall, under the mountain to the lake in the south where the river continues all the way to the south wall. Surrounding half the mountain on the west is a giant forest. To the east is a giant jungle. Surrouonding the forest and jungle is a moor. There are four cities. One north, one south, one east and one west. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Nix Mountain Nix Mountain is very snowy. It is 9km tall, and the diameter is 200km. It is situated at the centre of Sperare. There are caves within Nix Mountain, as well as a flowing stream down the centre. The north, east and western sides are very rocky and easier to climb. The south side, however, is flatter. There is a small lake, before a sheer cliff with a waterfall. Parvus Lake Parvus Lake is the small lake on Nix Mountain. It is 1km in diameter. It is 2km's down from the top of Nix Mountain. Fortis Waterfall Fortis Waterfall is the name of the waterfall from Parvus Lake. It falls the remaining 7km's into a larger lake. There is a large cave behind the waterfall. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Magna Lake Magna Lake is the lake at the base of Fortis Waterfall. It is south of the mountain. It is 80km in diameter and 200km deep. Flowing into it and from it is Celeri River. Despite the rapid river, Magna Lake is very calm. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Celeri River Celeri River flows from the north wall all the way to the south wall. It flows under Nix Mountain, and through Magna Lake. Despite the river flowing fast, Magna Lake is quite calm. Celeri River is 1km wide. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Cessabit Forest Cessabit Forest is located on the west of Nix Mountain. It covers the whole western side, from Celeri River to the north of Nix Mountain, to Magna Lake in the south of Nix Mountain. From the mountain to the moor is 80km of thick forest. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Calidi Jungle Calidi Jungle is located on the east of Nix Mountain. It covers the whole eastern side, from Celeri River to the north of Nix Mountain, to Magna Lake in the south of Nix Mountain. From the mountain to the moor is 80km of hot jungle. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Patentibus Moor Patentibus Moor surrounds the whole mountain, forest and jungle. It can be seen on both the eastern and western sides. From the forest/jungle to the edge of the moor is 20km. At the edge of the moor in the north, south, east and west are the four cities. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The Cities There are four cities, located north, south, east and west. North City North City is located north. It is a city that has the Celeri River flowing through the centre. It is 80km in diameter and spans from the end of the Patentibus Moor to the wall, where there is a gate to enter and exit the demihuman territory. Meridianum City Meridianum City is located south. It is a city that has the Celeri River flowing through the centre. It is 80km in diameter and spans from the end of the Patentibus Moor to the wall, where there is a gate to enter and exit the demihuman territory. Orientem City Orientem City is located west. It is 80km in diameter and spans from the end of the Pantentibus Moor to the wall, where there is a gate to enter and exit the demihuman territory. Occidens City Occidens City is located east. It is 80km in diameter and spans from the end of the Pantentibus Moor to the wall, where there is a gate to enter and exit the demihuman territory. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The Farmlands The Farmlands are situated between the four cities along the wall. They are vast and full of produce the demihumans farm themselves. These Farmlands span from the wall to the end of the Pantentibus Moor. Outside (Kathartirio) Territory Kathartirio is the world of this demihuman land. It is vast, but circular in shape. Surrounding this land mass is a vast ocean which no one ventures out to. Splitting Kathartirio in two, from east to west is a mountain range. There are two different rivers flowing from this mountain range, one flowing north, the other flowing south. Both rivers flow into the ocean. In the north, there are two cities, one on either side of the river. To the west of the river is a land full of snow. To the east of the river is a land full of wetlands and swamps. In the south, there are two cities and the demihuman territory. The two cities are on either side of the river flowing south with the demihuman territory right in the centre of the river. To the west of the river is a desert. The land is hot and dry. To the east of the river is a land full of forests.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Celeri River Celeri River flows from the Makrys Mountain Range all the way to the ocean, leading south. It is the main water source for those living south of the Makrys Mountain Range. Celeri River flows through the centre of Sperare. To the west of the Celeri River is a desert, and to the east is a forested land.

Anoixe Field Anoixe Field is the field that surrounds the human city in the Pyknos Forest. It holds no trees, but is full of flowers and beauty.

One is in the desert, but is situated close to the Celeri River, not too far away from Sperare. The second is situated in the centre of Pyknos Forest, surrounded by the Anoixe Field.
Erimos City Erimos City is located in the Zesto Desert, near Celeri River. Due to the desert being so hot and dry, Celeri River is the only source of water, which is why the city is situated so close to the river. Erimos City is the closest human settlement to Sperare. Dasos City Dasos City is located in the Pyknos Forest. It is situated in the centre of both the Pyknos Forest and the Anoixe Field. It is surrounded by beautiful flowers. It is situated in a cooler area compared to Erimos and due to small streams that have formed from the Celeri River, it does not need to be so close to the main water source. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Voreios River Voreios River flows from the Makrys Mountain Range all the way to the ocean, heading north. It, like the Celeri River, is the main water source for the north. To the west of the Voreios River is a land of ice and snow, and to the east, is a land full of swamps and wetlands. Unlike the fast Celeri River, Voreios River is very slow-moving. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Chioni Chioni is the land to the west of the Voreios River; a land of ice and snow. Chioni covers one quarter of the Kathartirio Continent and holds one human city. The human city is situated on an island in the centre of Chioni. The island is surrounded by a moat made of the Voreios River water. Mikro Stream Mikro Stream branches off from the Voreios River, flowing into a moat that surrounds the island that holds the human city. Pagos Moat Pagos Moat is located at the end of the Mikro Stream in the centre of Chioni. In the centre of Pagos Moat is an island that holds the human city. Neraida Island Neraida Island is located in the centre of Pagos Moat in the centre of Chioni. On Neraida Island is the human city. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Vregmenos Swamp Vregmenos Swamp is situated to the east of Voreios River. It covers one quarter of the Kathartirio Continent. Vregmenos Swamp is full of wetlands and swamps with the only dry area near the Voreios River where the human city stands. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Northern Human Cities There are two human cities located in the north, one in Chioni and the other in Vregmenos Swamp. Kryo City Kryo City is located in Chioni. It is situated on Neraida Island, surrounded by the Pagos Moat in the centre of Chioni. It is a land of ice and snow, so it is much harder to find food here apart from meat. The people of Kryo trade a lot with the other cities. Ygrasia City Ygrasia City is located in the Vregmenos Swamp. It is the closest city to the Voreios River in the north. Due to the swamp and wetlands, the area in which Ygrasia City is located is the only dry spot. Due to how hard it is to find food, the people of Ygrasia City trade with the other cities of the Kathartirio Continent. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Ammodis Beach Ammodis Beach encompasses the whole of the Kathartirio Continent. It is situated on the edge of the continent between the land and the ocean. You can reach any of the four areas of the Kathartirio Continent just by walking along the beach. The Southern Sperare wall touches the beginning of the Ammodis Beach. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Aperantos Ocean Aperantos Ocean is the ocean that surrounds the Kathartirio Continent. It is vast and endless. No one in the Kathartirio Continent knows what is outside their land, and those who arrive on the Ammodis Beach from the Aperantos Ocean suffer from memory loss. The Beginning In the beginning, Kathartirio was a land for demihumans. Demihumans roamed the lands, living as they pleased. They were free, happy and content. One day, a human was found on Ammodis Beach. When he came round, the human had no memories of his life before waking up on the Kathartirio Continent. Despite the human being very different to them, the demihumans still welcomed him into their community, teaching him their language and customs. Over the years to come, more and more humans arrived on Kathartirio in the exact same way as the first: no wounds, but no memories.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The War Because the demihumans were so welcoming, the human population blossomed on Kathartirio. Hundreds of years later, there were enough humans to create a kingdom. It was at this point, that the humans were getting greedy. They wanted to rule over the land and over the demihumans. This greed turned into a large-scale war that demolished nearly all the humans and demihumans. The war that raged on for years died down when the numbers of both humans and demihumans dwindled.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The Aftermath The humans multiplied quickly because of their high fertility. Unfortunately, because the demihumans had long lifespans, it was much harder for demihumans to fall pregnant and so the human population grew more rapidly, overtaking the demihuman population. Despite their advantages, due to their lacking population, the demihumans had to go into hiding, spread across Kathartirio.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Sperare After some time, demihumans were able to group together to build Sperare. With their superior strength and magic abilities, they were able to hold out until they built the safe haven for demihumans. With their magic, they were able to create Sperare as it is seen today.Traditions City Gathering Every full moon, each city in Sperare will have a gathering of all its members. There, they discuss how the harvests are, and when they need to go out hunting for more meat.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Four City Gathering Every three months on the new moon, all four cities will gather and discuss any problems they had concerning the humans outside Sperare.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The Blessing The Blessing is when the demihumans find out what type their magic belongs to. On the new moon of a demihuman's first birth month, their family takes them to Parvus Lake, where the child is bathed in the mountain's waters. Allowing the child to settle in the shallows, the lake will release a bright light of a certain colour that will determine the magic type. One child is placed in the lake at a time.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The Hunt The Hunt is when the demihuman warriors all leave the confines of Sperare's walls to hunt outside. It's the weakest time, since only the women, children and elderly are left behind. Don't underestimate them though. These women tend to be very powerful magic users. The hunt occurs every month on the first crescent moon.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The Birth On the second crescent of each month, the demihumans celebrate the individuals born on this month. They hold a large celebration to honour the coming of a new year.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Life-Giver Life-Giver occurs whenever there is a birth. On that very day, the family will celebrate with a lavish feast and bless the child with their magic.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Death When a demihuman dies, the demihumans that knew them will bless their body with magic, and set it alight to allow their spirit to be set free.

Important InformationChildren The number of children will be determined by random generation. The maximum a mother can have at a time: Humans: 4 Children Demihumans: 6 Children Demihuman females can only fall pregnant once every three months. Each three months, there will be a random roll to determine whether they're pregnant or not.
Same sex female couples can have children, but it will be every 6 months. Same with same sex male couples.
Human females can fall pregnant every month. After the number of children has been determined, I will randomly generate between 1 (male) and 2 (female). I will then randomly generate a number from the amount of children. That will determine the number of males and females. Here's an example: Generated number of children: 4 Generate gender (1 is male, 2 is female): 2 Number of females (generated from 0 - 4): 4 Number of males left over: 0 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ PregnancyIn reality, humans are pregnant for around 9 months. For the purposes of this Rp, a human and demihumans pregnancy will remain as 9 months. Pregnancies end when humans turn 40, but demihumans will continue to fall pregnant until they die. Demihuman females will randomly generate pregnancy or not every 3 months. Same sex demihuman couples every 6 months. Human females every month. The random generation will be: #1 Not Pregnant

Her white hair fluttered in the breeze. It was long, falling to her waist, yet the wind was strong enough to whip it back. Aria looked down at the Celeri River from the bridge. She always hoped the humans would be foolish enough to try to get into Sperare via the River. Her city was what guarded Sperare from the rest of the humans, especially from the closest city of Erimos. She quickly banishes the thought from her mind. The thing she loved the most, was that her thinking was rather simple. She hated the idea of strategy, and will always go for the simplest answer to everything, so it was best not to distract herself from the truth. No human will ever pass through Sperare's gates. Not North City's gates, anyway.
The only species that can enter Sperare would be the fish swimming in Celeri River. No other animal occupies any space in Sperare. It was a complete demihuman wonderland. Her yellow eyes can easily see the fish swimming in the clear waters. She can even see their scales. That's how good her eagle eyes were. If she were truly feeling like it, Aria would've already transformed into a Bald Eagle to eat some of the fish. But as of right now, Aria was waiting for one of her Senior Warriors, Hadrian. The large bear of a man was late. She doesn't know why, but she sure as hell was going to give him a piece of her mind when he came.
Lightning crackled in her hands. She clenched them tighter, so the lightning wouldn't escape. She might be a magic whiz, but that didn't mean she wouldn't lose control every now and then. Lightning was a terrifying force, and her lightning abilities were strong. So strong, that she had to keep a check on her emotions, something that was quite hard for the uncomplicated Aria. Starter Post // Meridianum City
Soren was sitting, looking rather relaxed, as he listened to his council. His city of Meridianum was located in the South of Sperare, the city closest to the Ammodis Beach and Aperantos Ocean. His long, sandy-brown hare ears twitched, as he heard every single sound in the room. His extensive hearing was due to his hare-like nature. There were times where Soren wished he were able to laze around. It would be so much more peaceful that way, but he was the leader of Meridianum City. He had a duty to his people to keep them safe.
Meridianum City was probably the safest city out of the four in Sperare, but that didn't mean humans haven't tried to break through. Soren was 80 years old, if you counted as a human. He looked young though, not even the 40 years he was as a demihuman. Maybe it was of his face, or maybe it was his sandy-brown hair that made him look youthful. He didn't know, and he didn't care. Soren had a rather disgraceful personality. The male wasn't a fighter. He was more of a negotiator, which can be seen from his owner background. He used to be a merchant that hid his ears in a hat, and travelled the world.
Those that came across Soren before are absolutely terrified of him, especially Erimos City. Some years ago, before he became a city Leader, Soren conned the then Erimos City Leader out of most of his gold for a lot of pretty useless ornaments, which is why most of the Leaders and cities try to keep Soren away. Ever since it was found that Soren was a demihuman, the humans both hated and feared him even more. Of course, it didn't matter whether he was a demihuman or not. Soren could still talk his way out of many dangerous situations, which is what was terrifying. Rubeus꧁ Male // 130 (65) // Leader // Lava // Homosexual ꧂

Rubeus is the oldest of the leaders. At 130 human years, Rubeus is just over middle aged. Demihumans live until they're 200 human years, and although Rubeus is getting to that age, he is still as lively as before. His rubbery, pink skin glows healthily and happily. Orientem City is to the west of Sperare, and it's too far away from Celeri River, which annoys Rubeus to the maximum. Out of all the Leaders, Rubeus is probably the least qualified. His personality and abilities don't align with a Leader's, yet here he was.
Rubeus never understood why he was given the position of Leader. His skin tells everyone what he is, and his pink hair is especially striking. It's a beautiful shade, just a few shades darker than his pastel pink skin. His black eyes are beady and seem cold, but Rubeus is anything but. The older man is loud and cheerful. He is rather low-profile, never really telling anyone about himself, but his loud and powerful voice easily tells everyone where he is. The worst thing is that he's very compliant. He is a rule-follower, and more of a sheep rather than a shepherd. He definitely prefers to follow others, than create his own rules and laws.
That's what makes Rubeus so endearing though. The older man is a very good listener, and can always seem to say the right things. He is wise, and never creates mischief. The peace-loving male will never give out secrets, which is why he's the keeper of Sperare's secrets. His mind is tough and unpenetrable. Oceane꧁ Female // 64 (32) // Leader // Gas // Heterosexual ꧂
Starter Post // Occidens City
Oceane is a very sweet female. As the leader of the western Occidens City, she is absolutely adorable. Her eyes aren't very good, so paperwork really isn't her thing, but she's an enthusiastic Leader, and tries her very best. Like Soren, Oceane is nearly middle-aged, being the second youngest of all four Sperare Leaders. Those who know Oceane, are very relaxed around her.
The only good point about Oceane is that she's very good at magic control. She has ability over gases, particularly oxygen. She has precise control, though control over a large area is much harder for her. Due to being near-sighted, Oceane is more of a close-combat fighter. If she's fighting in the rain, her skin turns more rubbery, and it's easier for her to slip away as she fights. She tends to fight one-on-one, but she's capable of protecting Occidens City, which is why she's a leader.
Oceane has been the Leader for a rather long time, much more than Soren and Aria, but less than Rubeus. She's not too capable, but she has plenty of experience, which makes her senior to both Soren and Aria, though she's not the type to flaunt it. Oceane is just as simple-minded as Aria, though Aria is a little more deliberate in her uncomplicated personality. Oceane, however, truly is the dumbest of the four Leaders. It isn't her fault though. |

Elita looks around Erimos City. She was so happy to wander around the city she loved the most. Now, she didn't hate demihumans as a collective, but she did hate Soren and Anemone. Every time she thought of that shameless Sperare Leader, her bdy trembles with anger. She closes her eyes. Deep breath. No matter what, Soren was the worst to even speak to. That 40-year-old demihuman was older than her by 18 years. Nothing can beat experience, and Soren had plenty. He was the epitome of shamelessness, and she wanted nothing to do with him. Unfortunately, her city of Erimos was closest to Sperare, and there was nothing she could do.
On the note of Anemone, she was just scared of that old hag. As a 67-year-old demihuman, the hag was much like her species- a sly snake. She was a poison user, and a merchant. Elita herself, has been conned by the old hag so many times, she can no longer count.

Sirius looked happy as he walked through his city. Dasos City was alright when it came to demihumans. Unfortunately, most of the city had suffered due to demihuman riots, and so the majority hate them. It's probably because they were quite close to Sperare, but Sirius wanted to help demihumans. He would only let them stay in the outskirts of the city, or the slum area, but it was better than being persecuted. After all, he was an elected leader. He couldn't go against the majority of the crowd. As long as he helped the demihumans a little, it'd ease his conscience. Of course, it was more of an impulsive decision, as was a lot of his decisions. He was saved by a demihuman, which is why he wasn't as adverse to the thought of them coming into his city. Brina practically hugs her large coat. It was made from a moose's pelt, and very warm. It was too cold on Kryo City. No matter what time of year, Chioni was always too cold to bear without a thick, warm coat to cover you up. Brina still loved her city, and her territory. The icy landscape was absolutely beautiful. There wasn't much the citizens of Chioni could do but hunt so they could trade with the Southern Cities for foods like grains and greens. If it wasn't for the trading, the people of Chioni would only be able to eat meat which was unhealthy in its own way. The wind blows, and Brina huddles further into her coat. Vasilis laughs. He held a spear in one hand, and a crocodile's tail with the other. "I got one!" he calls out to his guards. The leader of Ygrasia City was a huge musclehead, but he was a good warrior. The only reason why he was a City Leader, was due to his strength. They needed strength to live in Ygrasia City. The swamps were teeming with dangerous animals, and unless you knew what you were doing, you could die easily. Despite lacking in intelligence, the strong man was alert, and knew when danger was near. He'd just killed a crocodile that attacked him, and he knew there were probably more nearby. He wouldn't let go of the crocodile though. Food was food, and the crocodile had plenty of meat that can provide for multiple families in his city. Despite being muscle-brained, Vasilis is truly a caring leader. |
