I wouldn't say so. Cloudtail seems fairly well-liked and his brattiness didn't last long, just made him a hotheaded and quarrelsome warrior.

Not really. He was just a complete brat back then but grew out of it's more extreme phase rather fast.

I don't think so, because his brattiness was not that bad and he quickly grew likable.

No, I don't think so. He was just annoying and bratty but he was fairly liked within the Clan, and he grew likable.

Preferred him back in TPB, but after that, like Sandstorm, he was just kinda in the background and his personality was barely memorable.

I always appreciated Cloud because even though he wasn't in the forefront, he never lost his spunk and hotheadedness and they gave him a decent amount of speaking lines. He felt like a consistent presence in TC, same with Dustpelt and Sandstorm. I feel like Graystripe was the one who kind of lost his character after his return, until they gave him attention in TBC.
