Mapleshade x Appledusk: He cheated on her, didn't bother to learn his dead kit's names, and threw her under the bus.
Crowfeather x Nightcloud: I hate that it takes until CT for him to realize how good he could have had it with Night, she deserves better.
Crowfeather x Leafpool: Probably one of the most rushed pairings I've ever seen in the main story, honestly feels like it only exists to fulfill the prophecy status quo.
Bramblestar x Squirrelflight: Squirrel continuously lies and goes behind his back, I'm shocked they're still together at all.
Firestar x Sandstorm: Didn't care for it, and the first books left a bad taste in my mouth. Later in the series it became practically non-existent and smothered Sand's character.
Yellofang x Raggedstar: Grossly abusive and manipulative, they honestly should never have been a thing, regardless of Yellowfang's position.
Tawnypelt x Rowanstar: Only became a thing because the Erins kept getting Rowan's gender wrong, literally don't see the appeal or devleopement with these two.
Rainflower x Shellheart: Treated his kits like crap and tried to pit them against one another, Shellheart deserved better.
Millie x Graystripe: Similar reason to ShellRain, honestly can't stand how ableist Millie is in the main series.
Dovewing x Tigerheart: Should have stayed dead and buried after OotS, but it was shoved down our throats again anyways. I hate that Dove is willing to sacrifice so much for a guy that never took her seriously.
Dovewing x Bumblestripe: She used him to get over Tigerheart, then avoided talking to him properly about their relationship, making him still believe he had a chance this whole time. Her constantly snapping at him was utterly uncomfortable.
Lionblaze x Cinderheart: This pairing is more boring than a stale piece of bread. Cinderheart had better chemistry with Hollyleaf than she did Lion.
Daisy x Smoky: The dude was absolutely gross toward her in her novella, he was being unreasonable, and hostile, blaming her for everything even though he agreed to their arrangement? Then gets angry when she decided not to stay.
Daisy x Spiderleg: I'm not angry at Spiderleg, he at least tried to connect with his kits, even after the breakup, but honestly these two were better off not being a thing at all.
Twigbranch x Finleap: The fact that they stayed together despite how horrible Finleap treated her makes me gag. I hope they stay a kitless couple because I hate the idea of Twig being some broodmare for Finleap.
Blossomfall x Thornclaw: The age gap doesn't bother me, they're both adults. What bothers me is that the only development they've ever had was a throwaway line from Lionblaze...
Hollyleaf x Fallen Leaves: In the case of them supposedly being canon by one of the Erins, I still hate this pairing. They didn't have any chemistry imo, and felt so forced in Hollyleaf's novella. I also find it wild some people ship this but turn a nose up to any other "dead" x living cat pairings, claiming it's problematic.
Moonflower x Stormtail: Moonflower and her kits deserved better than this incompetent mate that didn't even give them any real attention. Especially when he was oogling another she-cat.
Ashfur x Squirrelflight: More so for my discontent for Squirrelflight tbh. I hate that Ashfur was the cat that was chosen to randomly villainize just to elevate Squirrelflight's character tbh.
Gray Wing x Slate: I don't hate it too much, I just didn't care for it. It felt rushed like a lot of other pairings in DotC, but honestly Gray had more chemistry than other cats than Slate.
Stormfur x Brook: The stockholm syndrome makes this a no from me chief.
Leafstar x Billystorm: It was bad enough I hated his name, but when he went behind Leafstar's back with their kits it made me dislike him. She deserved better than him tbh.
Clear Sky x Bright/Storm/Star: Bright was a doormat for him, he was overcontrolling of Storm, and Star literally was watching him get tortured by her father's goons and manipulated his son. Why...are they thing?
Dustpelt x Ferncloud: The dude's slight obsession for her, while she was still an apprentice, was a tad uncomfortable.
Berrynose x Poppyfrost: Feels like this pairing was just an insurance policy kicking in since they unnecessarily killed Honeyfern and gave Berry his sister to make up for it.
Moth Flight x Micah: I don't hate it, but it was really rushed, and I didn't care for that destiny theme they pulled.
Shrewclaw x Ryestalk: Meh. He had better chemistry with Reena tbh.
