Introduction
Long ago the four great cats lived as mortals...
☀︎︎Lion, god of the sun, with his roar of rage and power...
𑁍Tiger, god of the earth, with his silent, shifting stripes...
𒊹︎Leopard, goddess of the moon, with her claws and fangs of ice...
And ༄Cheetah, goddess of the sky, with her far reaching gaze.
Each of them crafted descendants and formed clans, gifting the cats they'd made with their own extraordinary powers. Unfortunately that wasn't the only thing remembered by their descendants, the feuds of the first ancestors soon became the grounds for all out war after their departures.
For moons beyond counting the clans waged battle after battle against one another. Spilling so much of the blood they held sacred, all in an attempt to prove their bloodlines superiority.
It seemed the great bloodshed would never stop till every descendant was dead, every clan lost, and every bloodline extinct. Finally though, the great cats saw fit to intervene.
The keepers of the time say that a great flash lit up the night sky during a battle of great blood-letting. The clans all looked up to watch as a star fell and crashed into the earth at the center of the battle with a mighty boom. It is said that when the star, who would later simply be known as Fallenstar, climbed out of her crater that all the clans bowed before her might, which was beyond reckoning.
This is how Fallenclan came to be and how a time of peace and learning reigned where war once had.
For fifty moons Fallenstar led her clan, teaching them new gifts and ways. Such as how to commune with the dead, how to access even more powers hidden in their blood, but the most important thing she taught was what awaited then in the afterlife.
They could rise into the ranks of Risenclan and join their brethren in the sky or they could be cast into the Abyss, a place where no soul could join the cycle of life or death ever again.
The clan cats flourished under Fallenstar but alas nothing lasts forever. You see Fallenstar had given her heart to a mortal tom cat by the name of Nightwind and after his passing Fallenstar was overcome by a great sorrow. Though she was outside of mortal bounds and could not die Fallenstar believed her work on earth done and rose into the heavens to join her mate.
Echostar, her successor, has done his best to keep the peace after the turmoil they faced upon Fallenstar's depature. For thirty moons he has done so but shadows gather at the edge of sight and foul whsipering can be heard on the wind... will Fallenclan survive the coming storm?
Rules
1) Treat Others How You Wish To Be Treated: This means treating everyone in this clan with respect and kindness, dont be impatient and dont get snippy. Now characters are a diffrent story obviously and dont count in this rule.
2) No God-moding: This includes controling others characters, having perfect characters and having your characters know things they shouldnt such as things discussed out of character.
3) No Spam: Dont spam with out of character discussions on this board, we have a group message for that, you may add out of character stuff under your in character writing if you have to but keep it to a minimum and keep it in parenthesis.
4) This World Is Not The Book World: Things are very diffrent in this world in comparison to the books, so please keep an open mind and dont belittle others for the choices they make on character design or any choices they make really.
5) Activity: Fallenclan is going to be a small group of writers and i expect you to keep a steady stream of replies, does that mean you must respond every day, no but you shouldnt sporadically reply, try to keep it steady and let us know what days your usually on.
6) Listen To Frost: when im gone Frostrose can be relied upon to make decisions for me, shes to be listened to just as i would be.
Roles
Fallenclan has unique roles that should be read over before making a character.
★ Leader ★
The cat that inherits or is chosen for this role is tasked with guiding and doing whats best for the clan. These cats make the hard decisions and their word is law. Only their deputy and medicine cats can attempt to over rule the leader. When this happens, either of those roles questioning theri leaders choices, the clan is able to vote on what they think the right path is. This is rarely done and never during time sensitive emergencies.
✪ Deputy ✪
This cats duty is to carry out the leaders will and ensure order in the leaders absence. They are usually the leaders confidante and are expected to give their opinions on matters of import to their leader. This role inherits the leader role when the leader passes away. Leaders appoint them.
☀︎︎ General ☀︎︎
These cats are senior warriors who lead and organize border patrols. As the Fallenclan territory is vast, Generals operate out of the old clan camps which are now called outposts. The five Generals trade posts ever moon, the one stationed at camp has the moon off as does his or hers chosen patrol. This role is usually given to those of lion blood. Leaders appoint them.
༄ Herald ༄
These cats are messengers assigned to a specifc General, though they can send messages for any cat, as long as it dosen't interfere with more pressing matters. Just like Generals there is one sationed at every outpost and one in camp at all times. This role is dominated by those of the cheetah bloodline. Apprentices must ask to become Heralds and be okayed by their leader.
𓁹 Keeper 𓁹
These cats duties are to keep track of the clans history. They are star-readers, teachers, and sign interpreters. This role is usually asked for by elders but apprentices may choose this path for themselves at a young age, the keepers decide if a new member is worth acceptance.
❦ Healer ❦
This role's duty is to care for the sick and injured in the clan. They are also tasked with communing with Risenclan and spotting omens in times of trouble. Their commands are trumped only by the leader and are the only cats other than the deputy that can bring commands under question. These cats are chosen by Risenclan. P.S. these cats can take mates.
♡︎ Mid-Mate ♡︎
This cat permentaly stays in the nursery and act as a mid-wife for the queens there. They are trusted with kits when the queens want to stretch their legs and monitor queens who have yet to give birth. They give regular updates to the Medicine cats. This role is asked for but must be okayed by the Medicine cats,
Weaver/Shaper
Those blessed with the weaver and shaper gifts dedicated themselves to serving the clan with their powers instead of hunting or fighting. Weavers are tasked with caring for the ceiling of woven flora above the camp among other things auch as the herb garden. Shapers slowly work the stone walls of the camp, expanding dens and creating new ones.
𓃠 Warrior 𓃠
The backbone of the clan, they patrol borders and go on hunts to ensure the clan can continue.
ఌ Apprentice ఌ
These young cats are training to fill the roles they've chosen for themselves. At six moons old they are given the choice to train under a warrior, medicine cat, herald or even a keeper on occasion Those who have the weaver or shaper gift must train under their respective gift, if there is no older cat with the gift keepers will step in and teach the young cat using the knowledge they've amassed.
♥︎ Queen ♥︎
These cats are with kits and will stay in the nursery when they are no longer able to carry out their role. They raise and teach their kits about clan life. Once their kits become apprentices they will return to their previous role.
⍟ Elders ⍟
These cats are unable to continue in service to the clan and so they retire to the elders den. They are respected by the clan and can share their wisdom in times of need.
Bloodlines
Lion
The Lion bloodline is a proud one, these cats are known for their strength and self-righteousness.
Common Coats- Solid browns, yellows, whites and calicos.
Common Gift- The Roar or Roarers, these cats are able to strike fear into their enemies as well as communicate across great distances with their roars.
Uncommon Gift- The Rage or Beserkers, these cats enter a blind rage where they are much stronger than normal and can't be stopped. However during this, the cat can be dealt a mortal blow which will kill them once the rage has passed.

Tiger
The bloodline of the tiger is one of secrecy, these cats are kmowm for their stealth and cunning.
Common Coats- Orange, ginger, and yellow tabbies; calicos and tortieshell.
Common Gift- The shifting or shifters are cats who can manipulate their fur to blend in with their background.
Uncommon Gift- The weaving or weavers are cats who have the ability to urge plantx to grow and take on shapes. The change is slow but visable.

Leopard
The bloodline of the snow leopard is a stoic one, known for their coldness and leaping strength.
Common Coats- Black, grey, white with patterns of solid, ringed, and marbling.
Common Gift- Ice claws are cats with semi-translucent claws and fangs which are indestructible and always cool to the touch. These cats are also called Sabers as their fangs protrude past their bottom jaw and they are unable to retract their claws.
Rare Gift- Stone Shaping or Shapers are cats who have the gift of speaking to stone and urging it into shapes like the weavers. The main difference between the shaper and weavers however is just how long it takes for shapers to move stone. Often times a large cave would take a shapers lifetime to make.

Cheetah
The cheetah bloodline is an energetic one, known for their speed and cheeriness.
Common Coats Yellow, brown, orange & black; patterns are ticked or spotted.
Common Gift- The Sight or Seers are cats who can see far into the distance and can track prey by seeing their body heat.
Rare Gift- Blinking or Blinkers are cats who can disappear and reappear anywhere they can see. They cant not blink somewhere they could not physically jump to nor over water. They can only do this three times a day as it takes a heavy toll on the body.
