Welcome to the forums! I'm sure Warriors General could answer a lot of questions on where to start with the Warrior series. You can buy a lot of the books online - through bookstores and such. My personal recommendation is start with Into the Wild. It's the first book.

Hello, I am also pretty new to the site. I've been signed up for awhile just haven't post much! I recommend the books, they're pretty good. I've only ever read half of one comic, so I'm not too sure how good they are!

The series does have cannon comics. I would recommend starting with the novels. When I first came across Warriors Cats, it was a comic in my school library. I didn't realise they were novels until I accidentally stumbled across the novels when I was reading a dragon-related series by Chris D'Lacey (The Fire Within). I actually stopped reading that series mid-way to read Warriors. The library didn't have the first book: Into the Wild and I mistook the first book of the second series as the first book. So the first Warriors series I read was the second series. The MC of the second series became my first favourite character.
The books are a great read, but there are quite a few people who might complain about the plot holes. The books aren't perfect, but they are very loveable and addicting.
