In-universe? Not that I'm aware of, though cats might still be hesitant to use prefixes of recent villains like Tiger- or Dark-. Outside of the books the Erins and editors try not to use prefixes or suffixes containing words the cats wouldn't know, it's why Hammerclaw was changed to Tigerclaw.

They're GENERALLY not supposed to use their Clan names as prefixes, so that's why there's not really any modern cats called River-, Shadow-, Thunder-, Wind-, but that's also semi-retconned by SEs and so on that introduced characters called Windflight. Star- is an absolute nope, and so did Moon- seem to be until Moonflower. We also don't see -moon until the later books.
Most traditionalist name fans prefer not to use any of the above like the original series didn't.

Just to add on to what people have said already (because it's interesting to me ) - there aren't really any written rules for clan names, even names the fans originally thought were strictly forbidden such as clan suffixes have been used with the aforementioned Windflight and Shadowsight recently. Star-, Kit- or Paw- as prefixes seem to be the only hard rule as far as we can see. Purely as they're used for rank and would sound silly (Starstar, Kitkit, Pawpaw). Originally the Erins thought that "Moon-" would imply a cat was more beautiful than any other clanmate so decided internally to not use it though did want to call Bluestar "Moonstone" early on (presumably prior to this decision of it being a banned name). Moonflower was named mistakenly but they didn't want to retcon it so decided that "Moon-" was an appropriate name to use for the clans and was kept to avoid confusing readers. Some fans stay away from "Moon-" still but it isn't forbidden by cannon. Traditional naming is also a concept where only certain names can be given that were used in the original books but doesn't have any basis in cannon and is a fan concept, so they aren't forbidden but may be requested for certain roleplays or stories to keep the "feel" of the first arc's naming.

I'm not sure this is considered a "forbidden" name but some people during the poll where we decided Rootpaw's warrior name, some fans didn't like that the suffix "-spirit" was included as one of the options because I believe they wanted it to be used only once for Brightspirit.

i wish they kept thunder, river, shadow, wind, sky, and moon off limits as prefixes...they're fine as suffixes, but it'd add more culture if they kept those names off limits for PREFIXES....im still annoyed about shadowsight's prefix, but oh well...and i also preferred bluestar's mom being named duskflower, not moonflower.
