onestar's death because i've always hated him.
i'll be super happy when old cats like squirrelflight, bramblestar, tawnypelt, crowfeather die though because im sick of TNP cats sticking around more than 3 arcs after their debut.

I can't say I was happy to see Purdy die, but he was pretty old and it was high time he moved on.

Tom.
I was relieved when he died because that meant he couldn't gaslight and abuse Turtle Tail anymore.

[DOTC spoilers] Gray Wing - I love him, but it was incredibly emotionally powerful and a great send-off to DOTC to have him die at the end of the arc. He was a fully realized character and didn't need to stick around any longer. Hollyleaf - Listen, I absolutely love Hollyleaf and think she absolutely should have become Hollystar. But knowing the Erins, if she had lived she would've just been made a background queen, despite never showing interest in toms and actively not wanting kits. By dying, she saved herself from that fate.

One-Eye, it was a pretty satisfying death to a villain like him and I enjoyed it because he was a pretty big threat, and one of my favorites, but I wished it would happen later in the series like book six instead of Slash being the bad.

Billystorm. I know most of my dislike for his character is attached to the fact that his name has "Billy" in it, but his wanting to take the kits back to his twolegs rubbed me the wrong way as well. He was the only character where when he died I thought, "about time".

Spottedleaf, Rainflower, Tom, Raggedstar, Gray Wing (It's painful but his death sequence is still the best or at least one of imo, which is why he's listed here), Onestar, Needletail

Hawkfrost.
Although I still wished that he had done more as a villain before getting stabbed to death.

Briarlight. Her whole existence was just depressing. I felt bad for Jayfeather always having to give her constant care too

Happy's a bit too strong of a word but I verbally exclaimed good riddance when Onestar died.

The only death I was actually happy over was Tom. Good riddance you abusive POS!
There were a handful that I was relieved over. Like Briarlight and Dustpelt. But I would not use the word "happy" to describe my reaction to them.

There’s the obvious villain deaths (Darktail, Tigerstar I, Brokenstar, Scourge etc.) because Warriors has some pretty despicable villains despite a lot of them having tragic backstories. But there were times that I was happy not because I hated the character but because they got to go with dignity and were at peace with what they had done in the life. With so many people dying sudden and tragic deaths in the series, it’s nice to have one where a character is satisfied, even if some of them are before their time. Some of these are Ravenpaw, Bluestar, Purdy, Gray Wing, and Mothflight. Dustpelt’s death scene and what was leading up to it was pretty cool too. He decides he wants to keep working up until the end to manage his grief over Ferncloud, that request is honored, he finally does die in battle, and when he does he’s greeted by her and his dead kits. It was pretty heartwarming and then he got to live and die the way he wanted, and that it was an honorable death. Briarlight’s death was cool too, but not because of the controversy of her character. Instead it was heartwarming because as her family is grieving, she tells them not to be sad because she will be healed in Starclan. I thought that was even more touching when Graystripe’s Vow confirmed it, with Millie being led to Starclan by Briarlight. It was even cooler because it showed despite all the issues that Briarlight’s Condition and everything around it caused, it was all resolved in the end and her family truly did love her. I am truly hoping will get more of those types of deaths, because they are a breath of fresh air and they always seem to be done well.

Rainflower. Then Crookedstar was no longer obligated to care or think about her at all, and he no longer had to live in the same area as her.

Onestar.
Finally, finally he's gone and we don't have to deal with his shit anymore. Love you Harestar, you're a more than perfect replacement.
Also Berrynose. Not because I dislike him, but because he died before he could be fooled by Ashfur even more and did something that may would send him to the dark forest.
