I sadly feel like half-brother relationships are not well portrayed in the Warriors series. While there aren't that many so far, at least three of them until now have resulted in one murdering the other.
Graystripe killed Darkstripe in the battle against BloodClan.
Firestar slaughtered Scourge in that same battle.
Brambleclaw murdered Hawkfrost at the lake which was even prophecised by StarClan.
Granted, all three of these examples had half-brothers who were villains of the story and Firestar probably did not exactly know that Scourge was his kin but I'm not really talking about the characters and more so about the editors and authors of the books who decided to make it be such a prominent theme.
Not to forget about Breezepelt who tried to eliminate his half-brothers Lionblaze and Jayfeather on numerous occasions and also seemed glad that his half-sister Hollyleaf got her throat ripped open by Hawkfrost.

To be fair, I highly doubt Firestar and Scourge knew they were half-brothers, and considering in the first arc kin relationships weren't that important to begin with, I'm not super keen on counting Graystripe and Darkstripe, either. Brambleclaw and Hawkfrost, however, 100%.

Before the family trees, they had basically no lineage to them.
