Just wonders how everyone thinks of the Tiger/Sasha ship.
Does Tigerstar really love her and what do you think they have seen in each other to make them fall in love?
Or, is Tigerstar capable of loving someone in the first place?

I doubt Tigerstar is capable of truly loving someone.
As for the ship, didn't care for it. Didn't amount to much, didn't need to happen.

I don't think I've ever liked that ship.

Hard Pass.
While it has apparently been confirmed that Tigerstar's "true love" was Sasha and not Goldenflower, I'm still convinced that he loved neither or wasn't even capable of loving anyone in a healthy way.

i believe both thistleclaw and tigerstar I are/were incapable of loving anyone/anything but themselves and the concept of power itself.
that being said, i still find it jarring and weird that tigerstar I went out of his way to manipulate sasha into thinking he loved her just so get kits out of her...he had no clue she would run away. what if she never decided to come back to the clans and give her kits to a clan? he didnt know she would give his kits to riverclan over shadowclan.
i used to think tigerstar I genuinely respected sasha until he found out about her being a former kittypet (which is dumb because her name was always sasha...did he not figure out her kittypetness from her strange name or?). i dont think he loved her. he could have been attracted to both goldenflower and sasha, but love? nah. genuine love doesnt exist for tigerstar I.
it's so weird that tigerstar used both mates to get kits when he only managed to manipulate 1 completely (because brambleclaw managed to get out in TNP)

i think sasha was very lonely and not very adept at feral life, so it was easy for her to "fall in love" with tigerstar-- someone who could once again care for her and look out for her like her housefolk. so i think her story is a rather tragic one and i feel sympathy for her.
i do not understand why tigerstar would like her

I think it's definitely unhealthy, but surprisingly enough I find it makes sense on Tigerstar's part if you read into his character a bit.
When Tigerstar takes over ShadowClan, he has the leadership he wanted - but virtually no companionship or camaraderie with his new Clanmates. They're loyal to him and obey him, but he didn't grow up with these cats like he did with those in ThunderClan. And the cats in ThunderClan all absolutely despise him, with the sole exception being Darkstripe (who Tigerstar is frequently annoyed by). All he has left is his dream of TigerClan and some lackeys to boss around.
Enter Sasha. She's young, pretty, and very naive to what's going on around her. While the cats of ShadowClan are all very taciturn and keep things strictly business, Sasha is friendly and outgoing. Even Tigerstar isn't immune to loneliness, and Sasha makes for a pleasant distraction from his conquest of the Clans. When he's with her, he can pretend he's someone else; someone strong and noble, not the traitor and murderer that he needs to be. He doesn't really care nor is he even that conscious of the fact that he's manipulating her, and that she's falling in love with a lie. When Tigerstar wants something, Tigerstar gets it; the method of acquiring it is irrelevant.
Sasha, for her part, falls for Tigerstar very easily. She wholeheartedly believes that his false persona is the truth, and is in awe of his strength and nobility. She knows that he will care for her, and keep her safe from the harshness of life in the forest. More than anything else, Sasha wants love; to the extent that she fails to notice the warning signs in her desperation to find and hold onto it. The first red flag of his true nature is when he insults her collar and twolegs. Unfortunately, what happens next mirrors the cycle of abusive relationships pretty well - there's a crisis (the fox attack), she feels compelled to forgive him after he protects her, and things are calm again. She tries to show him what kittypet life is like, to make him respect that part of her. But Tigerstar isn't all that interested in how she feels; just how she can make him feel. But Sasha doesn't suspect this. She comes to ShadowClan and obeys when he tells her to never speak of her kittypet heritage, because she doesn't want to lose the new love that she's found.
Then she learns the truth, and things fall apart. Sasha can no longer lie to herself about the kind of cat Tigerstar is, and he can't maintain his persona once she knows it's not real. When Sasha leaves, Tigerstar thinks of her from time to time, but ultimately moves on very quickly. He can easily rationalize it all away as being a temporary dalliance, and within a half-moon she rarely crosses his mind. Yet Sasha never stops loving him, even after he dies.
So yeah, I think the two definitely thought that they loved one another, at least at one point in time. Whether they actually did is unlikely, since the relationship was just so toxic.

It was a meh ship. I don't think Tigerstar truly loved her either, his love toward the clans and securing his own bloodline was probably way more important to him. Sasha was a pretty face he was quick to lash out at when he found out she was a kittypet.

I don't like it. I can understand how and why Sasha fell in love with Tigerstar considering her situation and I feel quite sorry for her because of that. And I don't think that Tigerstar I truly loved Sasha. Maybe some twisted version of love, but not real, genuine love. I'm just glad that Sasha got out of there when she could.

Gonna quote myself here Unhealthy and bad in so many levels. To Quote Moonkitti as she was mentioning how Tigerstar treats her: THIS IS A WARNING SIGN THAT SASHA IS IN A BAD RELATIONSHIP.And also quote in another post of mine; His relationship with Sasha was manipulative on his part and it affected her in the long run as noted by ASIR, to the point she gives me victim-of-abusive-relationship vibes, so the idea that he loved her was way off. If there's anyone who was involved with Tiger that you should feel bad for, it's her. I don't really care for Sasha, kinda dislike her a lil' with how she handled the Hawk/Moth Tiger bloodline thing, but even she deserved better than that.

his relationship with her makes me deeply uncomfortable. he demeans the place she came from when she tries to share it with him, shows blatant and condescending disinterest in the things from her past that she still loves, calls her valuable possessions garbage and demands she gets rid of them, gets angry and literally calls her ‘nothing’ when she wont do what he wants, wants her to stop talking to her old friends... its so, so horrible to see.

Agreed. Whether the Erins intended to or not, they 100% wrote the relationship as abusive (and in a startlingly realistic way at that). At least they condemn how he treated her in the preamble to Escape From the Forest and refer to her as victim of him, but it doesn't make the first book in the series any less uncomfortable to read.

But I thought Tigerstar hated Kittypets.. I know right. Like he said he hates kittypets and half-clan cats but then he'll have kits with a kittypet and turn around saying his son, Hawkfrost, is a pure-blooded Clan cat who will help rule the forest and clean it from all the kittypets. Those were no9t the exact words, but he said something of the sort.

Reminds me of those shows where the guy gets engaged to a girl from another country but then constantly condescends where she came from and tries to enforce his way of living, thinking it's better.
