Still bored. Might as well do the rest of the Clans while I'm at it. I will be only doing the living cats and excluding anyone who doesn't have a proper warrior name, as before. Key: Bad (0-3), Neutral, (4-6-), Good (7-10) Tigerheart: Cloverfoot: Puddleshine: Shadowsight: Snowbird: Tawnypelt: Scorchfur: Berryheart: Dovewing: Sparrowtail: Grassheart: Stonewing: Yarrowleaf: Slatefur: Whorlpelt: Flowerstem: Snaketooth: Cinnamontail: Blazefire: Gullswoop: Lightleap: Pouncestep: Spireclaw: Sunbeam: Hollowspring: Hopwhisker: Flaxfoot: Oakfur: Mine: Tigerheart: Without context this is a bad*ss name, but with context...oof 5/10
Cloverfoot: I don't mind -foot as a suffix and it was really nice to see Clover used again. 7/10
Puddleshine: Very cute name that honors him wonderfully. 9/10
Shadowsight: While I still wish he had gotten a simpler name, it does fit his personality pretty well. 8/10
Snowbird: 9/10
Tawnypelt: She isn't even tawny colored. 3/10
Scorchfur: 5/10
Berryheart: 7/10
Dovewing: Very pretty and nice nod to her mother. 10/10
Sparrowtail: 6/10
Grassheart: 7/10
Stonewing: 8/10
Yarrowleaf: Why would you name a kit after the herb that makes cats vomit? Just, why? 2/10
Slatefur: 4/10
Whorlpelt: 2/10
Flowerstem: I don't mind repeats when it's a good name. 8/10
Snaketooth: Prefer -fang over -tooth. 5/10
Cinnamontail: 7/10
Blazefire: Redundant, should have been Blazeheart. 2/10
Gullswoop: Very distinctive and new. Really like -swoop. 8/10
Lightleap: I don't like Light, but -leap improves it dramatically. 6/10
Pouncestep: Hate action prefixes, but -step was the best possible suffix to pair it with. 5/10
Spireclaw: Normally hate non-nature prefixes, but I'll give it a pass as it's honoring someone. -claw goes really nicely with it. 7/10
Sunbeam: Absolutely beautiful name. My recent fav. 10/10
Hollowspring: 5/10
Hopwhisker: I never want to see Hop used again as a prefix. 1/10
Flaxfoot: I don't mind them separate, but all I see is "flatfoot". 0/10
Oakfur: 4/10

Tigerheart: Honestly the name itself is fine but WHY did they name him 'Tiger-'. Makes no sense. 5/10. Cloverfoot: I like simplistic names like these so long as they sound nice, which this does. 7/10. Puddleshine: Sounds nice! 7/10. Shadowsight: I'm not gonna lie, I hate when main characters get the 'cool' names like this. I'm not even a fan of this name but we all know he got this name because he has main character name bonus. 2/10. Snowbird: This is *chefs kiss* imo. 10/10. Tawnypelt: I really like the prefix 'Tawny-'. 9/10. Scorchfur: This is an example of a 'simplistic name' that just doesn't work well imo. 2/10. Berryheart: Name is perfectly fine! 7/10. Dovewing: I'm not the biggest fan of the character but her name is nice! 8/10. Sparrowtail: Cute sounding name 7/10. Grassheart: Like this one less. '-tail', '-whisker', or something else would suit better. 6/10. Stonewing: This one is fine. 6/10. Yarrowleaf: Cute! 8/10. Slatefur: I really like how this looks and sounds! 9/10. Whorlpelt: I can't say I'm a big fan of the prefix but overrall it's fine. 5/10. Flowerstem: The name tells me less about the cat and more about the anatomy of a flower. It's fine, not a favourite. 5/10. Snaketooth: Strong and cool. 8/10. Cinnamontail: Ehhhh it's a bit of a mouthful. 4/10. Blazefire: I know that people often say this name is redundant but I actually like it lol, I think less of it being 'Firefire' and more of a spirited cat. Like a blazing fire is something fierce. 9/10. Gullswoop: I like this name! I think 'Gull-' is kinda cute. 8/10. Lightleap: Name sounds kind of weird to me? Don't love alliteration in warrior names. 3/10. Pouncestep: I'm a fool for a verb prefix! Once again, name can be considered redundant, but I like the mental image. 8/10. Spireclaw: Seems fine to me! 7/10. Sunbeam: What a wholesome name! 9/10. Hollowspring: I don't really get this name. 5/10. Hopwhisker: Isn't hop what they use to make beer? All I can think of is playing Stardew Valley and 'hop' makes beer. Sorry Hopwhisker :| 5/10. Flaxfoot: Kinda cute but also kinda don't like the alliteration. 5/10. Oakfur: Nice and reasonable. 6/10.

Tigerheart: 10/10 The name is great but why exactly was he named after his evil grandfather? Cloverfoot: 8/10 A neat name for a cat that is hopefully developed further. Puddleshine: 10/10 Love it. Shadowsight: 6/10 I kind of like it but the prefix makes him seem too special. Snowbird: 4/10 I'm aware that it's supposed to be elegant but she's a dang cat and not a bird. Tawnypelt: 1/10 All of her siblings have these awesome names and hers is just boring. Scorchfur: 5/10 Good prefix but the -fur and -pelt suffixes make me feel so dissapointed. Berryheart: 3/10 What is this mental image in my head supposed to convey about her as a character? Dovewing: 10/10 Adore it. Sparrowtail: 5/10 Meh. Grassheart: 2/10 Whut? Stonewing: 9/10 Sounds cool but would actually be inpractical. Yarrowleaf: 5/10 's fine except for the fact that yarrow makes cats vomit so... Slatefur: 5/10 Eh. Whorlpelt: 5/10 Okay. Flowerstem: 8/10 Decent name. Snaketooth: 10/10 Sounds pretty alright to me. Cinnamontail: 2/10 How do these cats even know what cinnamon is? Blazefire: 0/10 Stop with that redundant stuff already! Gullswoop: 7/10 Nice one. Lightleap: 9/10 Fantastíc name. Pouncestep: 8/10 I hope she's happy like the name suggests. Spireclaw: 7/10 I appreciate the nod towards Spiresight but does this fellow even care? Sunbeam: 10/10 Amazing name. Hollowspring: 5/10 I guess -spring will be slapped onto every other cat soon too. Hopwhisker: 4/10 Imagine a cat with constantly twitching whiskers. Flaxfoot: 3/10 Not a fan. Oakfur: 5/10 The prefix is so strong but the suffix makes it seem weak again.

Tigerheart: 6/10 - The name itself is good, but I hate the idea of Tawnypelt naming her kit after Tigerstar. I hate having another Tigerstar in existence. I also hate the character, though that has absolutely nothing to do with the name.
Cloverfoot: 9/10 - I love the Clover- prefix, and this is one of those times where the more common suffix actually works. I love it.
Puddleshine: 10/10 - This is one of my favorite names, like ever. I love the Puddle- prefix - it's so unique, I don't think we've seen it before. It works so well with the -shine suffix, and it just fits the character so well. I love it.
Shadowsight: 5/10 - Considering he was named for his astonishing "connection" with StarClan, I think this name pretty much misses the mark. I also honestly think it just kinda sounds weird. As much as I love him being named after Spiresight, I just don't think it works very well. I would've loved something more like Shadowtail or Shadowfrost instead.
Snowbird: 9/10 - This is such a pretty name. I love it.
Tawnypelt: 7/10 - I love the prefix Tawny. I hate the fact that Tawnypelt isn't actually tawny colored (although I appreciate that they changed her to make it more genetically accurate). I hate the -pelt suffix.
Scorchfur: 7/10 - I love the prefix, but the suffix is kind of boring. Besides, I don't think anybody with the Scorch- prefix can quite beat the name "Scorchwind" anyay.
Berryheart: 8/10 - It's just really pretty. I like it.
Dovewing: 7/10 - It's a pretty good name, although the -wing suffix is pretty much expected for a cat with a bird as their prefix.
Sparrowtail: 5/10 - It's not a bad name, but it's a pretty standard and boring name in my opinion.
Grassheart: 6/10 - I love the prefix, but the -heart suffix just doesn't really fit with it. Grasswhisker would've been better in my opinion.
Stonewing: 5/10 - I like it, but it's just... It doesn't make much sense in my opinion.
Yarrowleaf: 3/10 - Why? Just.. Why? Why would you do this to your poor kit? Naming them after an herb that is literally used to make cats vomit. Like... What? It doesn't even sound pretty.
Slatefur: 6/10 - Another case where I like the prefix but it was paired with a boring suffix.
Whorlpelt: 5/10 - This one always confused me a bit. I'm not sure how I feel about the "Whorl" prefix, and putting -pelt on the end just doesn't work. It's not a bad name, but I don't particularly like it either.
Flowerstem: 8/10 - It's a pretty name, but I'm not a huge fan of the -stem suffix with the Flower- prefix. Also, wasn't there already a Flowerstem in Code of the Clans? Not that that matters too much (what with 4 Robinwings and 3 Milkfurs in the series) but still.
Snaketooth: 9/10 - I really like this name. It's just a really cool name.
Cinnamontail: 9/10 - Okay, I'm pretty biased with this one because I had a Warriors OC way back in the day named Cinnamontail. But I just really like it. I know there's no way they'd know what cinnamon is. But to be fair, there are other names that they realistically shouldn't know about either - particularly in SkyClan. Besides, they were taking her name as a Guardian and modifying it into a Warriors name. I like it.
Blazefire: 4/10 - I love using Blaze- as a prefix, but man... Can we have a less redundant suffix with it? How about Blazeheart instead? That would fit his personality and be a lot better, in my opinion.
Gullswoop: 5/10 - This one isn't bad but like... It's not good either. It's just... meh. For one, the cats wouldn't know what a gull is (during Bramblestar's Storm, when the storm brings seagulls toward the lake territories, they only refer to them as big, unusual white birds - they never call them by name, therefore they don't know what gulls are).
Lightleap: 10/10 - I don't always love the alliterative names, but man I really love this one. It's just so pretty. And it fits her so well. I just love it.
Pouncestep: 6/10 - This name doesn't suck, but it feels very... Twigbranch-esque. Sorta redundant. Not quite as bad as Twigbranch, but like... It's still not great. Pouncefoot, Pouncetail, Pouncepetal maybe... I don't know. Pounce is a weird prefix.
Spireclaw: 8/10 - I love that she named him after Spiresight (in a way that worked way better than Spiresight). And honestly it just works. It sounds great. I like it.
Sunbeam: 4/10 - This is very much as if they had named her(?) Sunset or Sunrise. A sunbeam is already a thing that exists... So it doesn't work for a warrior name. Sunheart, Sunspark, Sunmist maybe?
Hollowspring: 8/10 - I like this one. It just sounds really... nice. I don't know. It's not perfect, it doesn't make much sense, but it just sounds right.
Hopwhisker: 6/10 - I don't hate it... But I don't particularly like it either. It's not great, it's not awful, it just doesn't really make much sense.
Flaxfoot: 2/10 - This is an example of an alliterative name that I hate. The Flax- prefix makes absolutely no sense for warriors, and it just sounds weird and wrong and just. No. I hate it.
Oakfur: 7/10 - It's a pretty standard old-school Warriors name. So it's not bad. It's pretty basic and kind of boring, but it works and I like it.

Tigerheart: 5. its fine on its own, but in context it makes me wonder why tawnypelt would even think this is a good idea. Cloverfoot: 10. i dont know, i just really like the -foot suffix, and it looks nice attached to the clover- prefix. Puddleshine: 6. i like the prefix puddle-, but im pretty iffy on -shine, if only because it was kind of overused around that time. Shadowsight: 7. represents him well, and im glad shadow- got to be used as a prefix. including windflight and skywatcher in the modern clan name prefix group, we now need river- and thunder- to be used. Snowbird: 9. its really pretty, even if she is creepy. Tawnypelt: 3. generic, but i like -pelt better than fur. she isnt even tawny though?? Scorchfur: 5. scorch- is a really cool prefix but -fur is pretty boring. Berryheart: 6. i like the berry- prefix but idk why they have the -heart suffix, its one of the few names id prefer be more rare. Dovewing: 7. its fine, makes sense. dove- is a nice prefix and i really like the -wing suffix. Sparrowtail: 6. another okay one. i do actually really like the -tail suffix for some reason. Grassheart: 3. wh- Stonewing: 4. points for one of my favorite suffixes but paired with stone its really awkward? Yarrowleaf: 4. yarrow- is interesting but put with -leaf, its pretty plain. Slatefur: 3. yawn. Whorlpelt: 7. i have an awkward time saying whorl-, and im not sure why they didnt go with swirl- or whirl-, but the more i look at this name, the more i like it anyways, Flowerstem: 3. same as yarrowleaf, but less interesting. i like the -stem prefix, but its hard to be both creative and sensible with it. Snaketooth: 5. kinda generic, but i like the -tooth suffix Cinnamontail: 10. queen. Blazefire: 4. why not fireblaze. its sounds at least a little more natural, even if it is redundant. Gullswoop: 6. not sure how i feel about gull-, but -swoop is a nice suffix. Lightleap: 5. -leap is a fun suffix but it kind of makes the light- prefix seem less interesting, Pouncestep: 5. i like the pounce- prefix, but inwould have preferred pouncefoot for the actual name. Spireclaw: 5. definitely interesting, but about as much meaning as harrybrook. Sunbeam: 7. weird, but kind of cute. Hollowspring: 8. i really, really love the hollow- prefix, even if its incredibly difficult to pair with a suffix. i dont like the suffix they chose, but many points for using hollow- Hopwhisker: 2. wh. Flaxfoot: 4. points for -foot, but flax just sounds gross to me, idk why. Oakfur: 4. yawn.

Tigerheart: 8/10. Tawnypelt made an... interesting choice naming her son after her war criminal father, but the "-heart" suffix conveys his ferocity so well. "Tigerstar (II)" gets a 0/10 from me, though. Having a cat named Tigerstar, who looks the exact same as the first Tigerstar, who also leads the same Clan as that one, is just too confusing for new audiences. Cloverfoot: 8/10. Sounds like a name from TPB in a good way. Puddleshine: 6/10. It's a cute name, but the fact that there was also a plot-relevant cat named "Pebbleshine" makes me take points off due to the confusion factor. Shadowsight: 9/10. I know "Shadow-" is basically a sacred prefix, but it just fits the character so well; especially when combined with his suffix.
Snowbird: 6/10.
Tawnypelt: 7/10. Iconic, even if it really makes no sense.
Scorchfur: 7/10. Conveys his personality and pelt colouration. Berryheart: 3/10. How does one have a heart like a berry? (I mean metaphorically; real hearts are unfortunately similar to red, squishy berries. Yuck.) Dovewing: 8/10. Like her mother Whitewing, her name feels very soft and gentle.
Sparrowtail: 6/10. Solid name for a background character.
Grassheart: 4/10. Makes me think of Blondie's song "Heart of Glass". Stonewing: 7/10. Yarrowleaf: 5/10. Slatefur: 6/10. Whorlpelt: 7/10. He's curly! Flowerstem: 5/10. Redundant, but rolls off of the tongue nicely. Snaketooth: 4/10. Cinnamontail: 7/10. I like her prefix a lot, but I admit that long words unfortunately don't lend themselves well to warrior names. Blazefire: 2/10. His prefix is *chef's kiss*, but his suffix ruins it with how redundant it is.
Gullswoop: 10/10. Unique and cool name, without being too outlandish.
Lightleap: 9/10. It's pretty. Sue me.
Pouncestep: 8/10. I tend to like names that are unique without being too stupid (looking at you, SkyClan). Spireclaw: 9/10. Would cats know what a spire is? No. But his name is just so cool, so I don't care. Sunbeam: 5/10. It's pretty, but I tend to dislike names that overly resemble actual words.
Hollowspring: 7/10. Weirdly poetic name, but not obnoxiously so. Hopwhisker: 5/10. Cute, but makes very little sense. If Hopwhisker were in SkyClan I think I'd be more lenient.
Flaxfoot: 7/10.
Oakfur: 5/10. StarClan won't let poor Oakfur die.

Oakfur: 5/10. StarClan won't let poor Oakfur die. what if you wanted to die but god said “honestly i keep forgetting who you even are” Man, the editors must be like "Oh, Oakfur's an elder? He must have been born back in PO3, no need to kill him off" ... when in reality this poor bastard has been around since TPB and became an elder in AVOS. He's one of the few surviving ShadowClan warriors to have served under both Tigerstars; that's how ancient he is. The real kicker is that Mistystar is still older than him.

The rebellious apprentices can whine all they want about their life being so bad because ShadowClan isin't as great, but this guy has literally gone through Nightstar, Tigerstar, Blackstar, Rowanstar, briefly Leafstar and Tigerstar 2. There's no denying that he's had it very rough during his life, but he still continues strong.

I’m going to rate mine on a scale of 1-5 because it’s easier for me that way.
1 = hate 2 = dislike 3 = neutral 4 = like 5 = love
Tigerheart: 3 - Really like the name on its own, context makes it worse though Cloverfoot: 5 - The suffix is pretty common, but I just love it and I’m not 100% sure why Puddleshine: 5 - I love -shine and it’s great with Puddle- Shadowsight: 3 - Not a fan of -sight, but it fits Shadowsight well Snowbird: 2 - I honestly don’t like animals as suffixes Tawnypelt: 2 - She’s not even tawny-colored Scorchfur: 3 Berryheart: 4 Dovewing: 4.5 - It’s a boring suffix for a bird prefix, but it does suit her well Sparrowtail: 3 Grassheart: 3 Stonewing: 4 - Makes no sense but I do like it regardless Yarrowleaf: 4 - I honestly don’t find anything wrong with Yarrow- as a prefix Slatefur: 3 Whorlpelt: 3 - Mixed feelings on Whorl- Flowerstem: 2 - I dislike -stem Snaketooth: 2 - I also dislike -tooth Cinnamontail: 4 - Cinnamon is kind of long, but I honestly do really like it, and at least it’s paired with a short suffix Blazefire: 2 - Redundant Gullswoop: 1 - I like Gull-, but I hate -swoop; also I read it as Gulls-woop rather than Gull-swoop and it bothers me Lightleap: 4 Pouncestep: 1 - I dislike Pounce- and -step Spireclaw: 4 Sunbeam: 2 - I don’t like -beam Hollowspring: 5 Hopwhisker: 2 - Dislike Hop- Flaxfoot: 2 - Dislike Flax- Oakfur: 3
