We've only had male cats until now and generally I do find it easier to choose male names I like. One name I was considering was Kiki for the black kitten as a nod to Kiki's Delivery Service but I can't think of a good name for her sister which has a similar vibe. I also considered Merry and Pippin because I adore Lord of the Rings haha

So, for our Bandit Bashers, who wants to kill which bandit? Megumi should get to take down at least one of them since the others have already beaten two of the originally five baddies.
Imrie will definitely be more dangerous if she and Callan attack with magic again thanks to her personal skill. So the two of them could take down one of the three remaining bandits. No one is below 50% hp, right? So Callan will probably just deal normal damage xD Otherwise he'd probably wreck one of the bandits by himself. Agnar could land a crit thanks to his personal skill, either killing a bandit or dealing enough damage that someone else can finish that bandit off. Guess he could throw the hatchet he borrowed from the dead bandit earlier at one of the meanies. Would have to take the head bandit's final attack though.

Think we're considering the names Nia and Ness at the moment but some of the ones you mentioned like Miki and Novi are real cute too!

Not intentionally! I am aware of Earthbound but can't say I know anything about it. We just thought of Ness because none of the other names we liked sounded good with Nia but perhaps this is a sign I should check out Earthbound xD

They're both lovely though - Nia (grey) is super bold whilst Ness (black) is a bit more skittish but they've settled in real fast. My sleep has been suffering though xD

So second dnd session happened yesterday and oh boy

1. The wonderful bard communicated through dance to goblins that we couldn't understand stand
1a. After Gaius knocked two of his three instruments out of his hand, and then threatening to hit him if he tried the third
2. The bard acquired a cursed item, with out a single ounce of thought. He just bought it
2a. The goblins brought them to this underwater kingdom
3. Gaius hears screaming, and upon going to investigate it, the goblins tried stopping him and stir him away
3a. Gaius rightfully grew suspicious
4. He grabbed the bard and the two of them went to check it out
4a. Gaius is scarily good at stealthing which the dm said was concerning
5. It was a colluseum
5a. Chained is people and two monsters, a centaur and a dire wolf
5b. I immediately cut the dm off and asked can I tame the giant pupper, she said yes, so I know what I'm doing next session caus either couldn't this one cause reasons below
6. Bard jumped right down from the hall using his robe as a parachute
6a. Gaius used the crowd for cover
7. Jail break ✨️
7a. While Gaius was freeing prisoners bard rode the centaur
8. Centaur currently charging Gaius and other prisoners
8a. Pupper being the best boy and just watching
8b. I want to get my rogue the pupper
