Estelle Eaver | 16 | Female | Golden Deer | Noble | No Crest | Estelle is a 5’0 girl with long rose-gold tresses falling short at the small of her back. Her eyes are a shadowy indigo, framed by dark lashes. It could be said that she looks very much like you might expect a noble girl of her standing to look. She wears the standard Garreg Mach Academy uniform and owns a pocket watch that once belonged to her mother. | Estelle is a bright and curious girl with the kind of charm that encourages people to flock to her in droves. Her optimistic, idealistic outlook on life can cause her to appear ignorant and insensitive of other people’s struggles. The former is definitely true, having grown up firmly within the noble bubble of balls and fancy dinners, however, she is also very empathetic towards others which is clear to those who know her well. If she gives someone grief, you can be sure that she’ll make it up to them as soon as possible, quite possibly with gifts. Perhaps unlike some of the other nobles, she enjoys spending time with the commoners of her house and actively seeks them out because she wants to learn about the parts of the world she has missed out on - both the good and the bad. Regardless of their standing in society, so long as they are loyal and honourable, Estelle will want to befriend them. Alongside this, Estelle is an emotional person, tearing up over her favourite books or over gestures of affection, typically ruled more by her heart than her head. A small quirk of hers is that she is slow to grasp sarcasm. At night, she can often be found outside the dormitories, watching the stars, for which she is always appreciative of company. | Interests: stargazing, flying, singing | Likes: Astrophel (the family pegasus), stars, music, dancing, finery, romance | Dislikes: blood and gore, lack of hygiene, decisions | Altair Eaver, her father, bearer of the Major Crest of Arcturus, astronomer and owner of the largest observatory in Fódlan where they both live. | Estelle grew up with only her father and the workers of The Observatory as her family, her mother having died during childbirth. Said aforementioned observatory was established 11 years before Estelle’s birth and was what catapulted the Eaver family from being commoners to well-respected nobles. Altair Eaver, not wanting his daughter to experience the life of a commoner that he had, used his newfound wealth to provide only the finest things for her to eat, wear, anything her heart desired. The two have a very close relationship and Estelle often writes back to him and the observatory where she grew up.
