Yuda thought it over before giving a small nod. "We could," he said. "Would you want white or one of the other colors?" He looked at Caley out of the corner of his eye before flicking it back to the phone that sat on speaker. "To figure out who is wearing what color suit first?" In honesty he didn't know which color he would choose for the suit, so hearing what Caley wanted to do might be helpful.

Yuda closed his eyes as he thought it over. "I think I would do the navy," he answered him, before opening his gray eyes to look at Caley. "But I would be willing to do the white suit should you want to do a charcoal one." He stretched a bit where he sat. "Is there anything else we need to discuss on this though? Or should we move on to another aspect of this wedding?"

Her hair is dark, short, and puffy. She usually keeps it in two round ponytails otherwise it expands into a little afro. Her eyes are a light brown and turn to pools of honey in the light. She stands at 5’8”. Charlize enjoys wearing clothing that is bold in color and shape but usually sports patterned leggings paired with a forest green jacket with strong shoulder pieces and practical shoes. Her hands and ears often sport jewelry as well, she enjoys shiny things. She is 19 years old (up for debate)  Personality (Detailed description of character’s personality): Charlize is like a breath of fresh air, she is easygoing and has a soft aura that surrounds her. This isn’t something you are making up in your mind either, even animals seem to be drawn to her spirit as she is often visited by birds, butterflies, and other various creatures. Even her voice is very quiet which often makes other people treat her like a fragile child. The girl does seem to be living in her own fantasy world though as she can be airheaded, dreaming of things that would never happen, and overly optimistic about the future. Charlize sees the good in everyone and everything, a glass-half-full kind of girl. She also loves love, a hopeless romantic that can’t seem to get enough of that feeling for herself and for other people. She is kind and gullible, these factors make Charlize easily pushed around, some think that she doesn’t even realize what is happening to her, but the angel is very aware of how others treat her. Charlize can easily let things go when it comes to the behavior of others, one thing that irritates her though is not getting what she wants. You see, Charlize lets others think that she is childish or weak because the illusion often lets her get away with things. She is kind of a spoiled princess and will not stand for being told no. A surprising amount of defiance slips from her character when Charlize doesn’t get her way, so do your best to please this one. Charlize enjoys a good time and has an adventurous side too. She like to try new things especially if it involves food. |

Oh, of course! Oops. I did have a question about that, in the plotline, there is a relationship-building for 16 years. Are we assuming that angels and demons age slowly and appear to be of a certain age? ORRR Maybe I'm just overthinking this  Like they appear to be around 20 but are probably much older than that in terms of being supernatural beings. I was assuming that they would be older, more like 20, 21...? IDk, what did you have in mind?}} ..okay. I got over my mental hype fixation and added an age. She's 19... but I really don't mind changing it either if need be.}} |

(I was actually thinking that because they wanted to get away from all the fuss of Heaven and Hell, they decided to be "reborn" into another child, and the two children that they chose ended up having had horrible accidents or had an illness of some sort that led to the original's deaths which is why they were chosen. They both can be the same age. Mine is:
Cody Lightheart- Cody is a relatively tall 19 year old boy, standing at 6'2, and weighs roughly 170lbs. He is quite fair, with a soft tan to his skin, making it a light golden colour. He is lanky, and thin, but that doesn't mean he isn't strong. Cody knows how to fight and use his strengths against his opponent. He just uses his intelligence more. He has vibrant green eyes that glow warmly. They have a little bit of grey in them, giving his eyes a slightly smoky look. His hair is cropped short, yet messy, giving him a rather cute look. It is curly, and blonde, but looks more like gold, since it seems to shine a lot. He has a young face, with a grin on all the time. Cody is a rather relaxed boy. Despite being a demon, he is kind-hearted, and loves to have fun. He is very bright, and has a lot of intelligence, which he uses rather than his fists. He loves to talk and is a very loyal friend. He'd do anything for his friends, and cares about them all.)

Good morning, or good night, wherever you are. I hope this is sufficient  }} Westwood University wasn’t a huge college, it was not small either. To give a better idea, a person needing to go somewhere could probably walk across campus in 10 to 15 minutes. The environment here was relaxed most of the time and was filled with lovely nature like trees and seasonal flowers. The buildings stood tall and looked ancient with their bricks and intricate molding, a few even had original names engraved on them. Overall it was cozy and there were many places to grab a snack or a meal, which was always needed for Charlize who was a big foodie. Classes were over for the day for Charlize and she was famished. It was a Friday and most of the little shops around campus closed early as many students left and went home for the weekend. Charli glanced at the time on her phone, she had 30 minutes to get something from the coffee shop. In the meantime she messaged Cody to meet her there, it had become a regular event to get food together and hang out. Plus she knew he was free since she had memorized his class schedule. Charli's favorite thing about the university coffee shop was that they didn’t just serve coffee. There were a variety of options of smoothies and some breakfast items served throughout the day. A go-to meal for the girl was a spicy salsa muffin with a peach-mango smoothie, and that’s exactly what she was going to order, along with something for Cody. The line was short and Charlize was able to find a seat at a booth after paying, now all she had to do was wait for the food and her friend. She was pretty easy to spot, with her classic puffy pigtails perched atop her head and the geometric leggings that faded from yellow to pink to blue. Charlize also had on her iconic green jacket, she didn’t even know why she liked it so much, it just felt so signature by now that she wouldn’t part with it. |

A dark blush formed on Yuda's face a she looked away quickly in his efforts to hide it. "I-idiot," he mumbled under his breath. He kept his head turned away till he managed to get his blush died down to some degree, but there was still traces of red dusting his cheeks. "As for the something old, something new, something blue and something borrowed, we could do that if you wanted to. I see no issue with doing that tradition. What would do for each one?" His grey gaze flicked to Calley before allowing it to fall somewhere else in the suite.

Cody was getting ready when his phone pinged. He goes to check it, his shirt in hand. Seeing that it was from Charli, he grins. He could just picture her in her wacky outfit. He throws his phone back onto his bed, and pulls the shirt on. Today he decided to go with a darker theme. He wore black cargo pants and a forest green shirt. He ruffles his curly locks, trying to remove some of the bed head look, but it only made it messier. He sighs as he looks in the mirror. His hair never goes the way he wants it to. He would try to fix it, but he was already late meeting Charli as it was. He didn't want to make her wait long.
As someone who wasn't a breakfast person, Cody normally wouldn't eat until 10am, but he came home in the early morning, and didn't wake up until afternoon. He grabs his phone from the bed and his black jacket from the chair near the front door. He leaves his apartment. It's not too big, but not too small either, and it was the perfect distance from campus. Cody prefers his own space compared to sharing with an unknown individual ... though he wouldn't mind sharing with Charli. Unfortunately, no matter how close they are, Charli is a girl and he knew their parents wouldn't be happy with him sharing a small apartment with her. They don't mind the two of them living in separate apartments close by, but not together.
To Cody, that was ridiculous. He grew up with her. And yes, he did have a crush on her, but who wouldn't? Charli was always fun to be around, and she was the person who knew everything about him. Everything except his true identity, but he won't go there. As a human, Cody cared for Charli, and that was that. He nears the cafe, before texting her that he was outside. He notices her through the window with two drinks and a muffin in front of her. He enters.
"Charli!" he calls, waving to the vibrant girl. He walks over to her. "You got me my smoothie. Thanks." He sits opposite to her after giving her a hug. He takes a slow sip of the blueberry smoothie.

Caley couldn't help but smile happily at Yuda's expressions. He was just too cute, and the blush made him feel that maybe Yuda felt something more than friendship. He couldn't wait for them to be a proper couple rather than an arranged marriage only couple. He didn't want to have a business transaction with Yuda. He wanted the fights, and the dates, and everything that came with being a married couple. Basically, he wanted the whole package.
"How about we find our own sets of something old, something new, something borrowed and something blue and we share it on the day?" he suggests. |

Yuda listened to him speak. "Sure that could work," he replied. He would need to research about the four things to get an idea of what to do for them. Maybe I can talk to Citra and learn more on it, I think she did this tradition. He thought to himself. Truth be told, he hadn't gone to his older sister's wedding, as he hadn't wanted to deal with his family around the time that it occurred. He glanced to Caley, he felt a bit more relaxed than he had felt when he first started talking to the other man after all this time had passed.

“Did you just get out of bed?” Charli asked observing the messy hair, it was cute. The girl had always been an early riser. She couldn’t help that her natural body clock wanted her up at 5 am every day, at least that meant she always got to see the sunrise. Charli returned the hug, making it brief even though she wanted to stay close a little longer and take in Cody’s scent. She had always thought he had smelt like, well, like home. To avoid her face revealing any unspoken feelings, Charlize turned to her food, taking a bite of her muffin that was still warm.
The two had been practically inseparable when they were kids and even now in college, Cody was still the boy down the street. Though this fact hadn’t changed, her feelings for him had definitely grown through the years. Her eyes flicked up to Cody at his question. She quickly swallowed her food and nodded. “Oh, they’re great,” Charlize put on a fake smile “You know, lectures and self-teaching”. Originally, Charli had no interest in going to college, but her parents insisted and what other place would she go except with Cody. She would never admit that she had followed him here like a lost puppy, but her undeclared major might point out that she still hadn’t decided what she was doing here.
Charlize was here on earth for the feeling of freedom but also the whole human experience was exciting. She wanted to fall in love and have a life without having to think about who she really was. College was just a part of that. Charli blushed a little as her mind dabbled on who she would love and her eyes lingered on the boy sitting across from her, the boy she was falling for. She took another sip of her smoothie before clearing her throat “How are your classes going? Don’t we have a speech due on Monday? I really need to work on that.” If there was anything Charlize was good at, it was procrastinating a dealine.

Caley noticed how relaxed Yuda was. He felt happier. It seemed that Yuda was feeling better being around him, and he was glad. Hopefully Yuda will open up more to him, just as he hoped Yuda wouldn't notice that he was watching him closely. Caley relaxes considerably. He didn't feel as tense and depressed anymore. He can finally get his old friend back, and that's all that mattered. "Now, what kind of flowers would you like? I know that flowers have different meanings, and they'll have to fit the colour scheme we have which may be tricky." Cody chuckles, feeling rather embarrassed. "Um, yeah... The boys wanted to go out, and dragged me along. I didn't get back until early morning..." Cody would normally wake sometime after 8 am, but never later than 10 am. Him waking up in the afternoon was extremely rare unless he stayed up all night. He always needed a minimum of 8 hours of sleep or his brain wouldn't work the next day, so he always tried to sleep 8 hours every day.
Cody watched Charli with concern. He knew everything about her, even her fake smiles. He grabs her hand. "What's wrong, Charli?" he coaxes. "You know that you can tell me anything. I know you've been worried about your major, but don't. You can do anything and be anything, because you're my Charlize." He could tell she was trying to change the subject when she asked him about his classes, but he knew he couldn't budge on this. "Are you happy with going to University?"
He leans back. "By the way, my classes are going great. We're going to ace everything." You would never tell that Cody was a demon. He was a goody-two-shoes who never really broke the rules. He was smart, polite and very sweet, much like an angel. While he did sometimes have a wicked streak, it was more due to his mischievousness, but he didn't really have a truly bad bone in his body. |

Okay, I wasn't sure if you were like out out, like a not existing in this world kinda sleep or just not around, haha. That is a hella long time to be awake, I would die.  }} “Oh, Cody, nothing is wrong. I just haven’t found my niche yet.” She gave his hand a light squeeze “I thought I might have a better idea of what I wanted to do when I got here, and it’s taking longer than my need for instant gratification wants it too.” Charli chewed at her lip. For a long time Charlize has had an insecurity about not knowing what comes next or not understanding what she was suppose to do. She took a deep breath and released it as a sigh “I’m just scared I’m not going to meet everyone's expectations...” It was easy for Charli to talk to Cody about this, they had had so many conversations about anything and everything under the stars, plus she knew he would be relentless for an honest answer if she wasn’t up front with him. Luckily for Cody, Charli felt she could be her truest self when she was with him, well almost, just not her angel self. ”...But you know darn well that if I didn’t want to be here, I wouldn’t be.” She added, trying to make the atmosphere lighter with a dash of sass and that fierce stubbornness that was know to rear its head up occasionally. “Thank you for believing in me.” Charlize smiled, this time a genuine smile at the boy across the table. “Ya know, I’m really glad to hear that classes are going well for you.” Charli glanced up at the clock on the wall, the thirty minutes was up. “This place is about to close, what do you say we peace out?” She signaled to the door with her head and shoved the remaining bits of her muffin into her mouth. Her brown eyes rolled to the top of her head and she made a small grunt followed by a the ‘perfect’ sign from her left hand. “I swear these muffins get better every time” she mutter between chews. |

Cody laughs. "You just need a little patience. I know you thought you'd find the one thing you'd love to do for the rest of your life, but you don't need to. This is the best time to experiment, and I'll be there for you, every step of the way. If you fall, I'll always be there to catch you." Cody just spoke whatever was on his mind. He truly didn't mind that Charli hadn't found her niche yet. That meant she'd lean more on him, and he was completely happy about it. If she didn't find her niche for the rest of her life, he didn't mind being her golden finger, the one person she'd rely on.
"And don't think about our parents expectations. I don't have any expectations you need to reach because I love the fact that you haven't found your little niche. It just means your learning more about yourself, and I'm here by your side as you learn." Cody truly looked excited at the prospect of being by her side as she learnt more about who she was. Truth be told, Cody himself didn't know much about himself. He still had a lot to learn and a lot to think about. The major he chose was just one of the topics he enjoyed learning about. There was still so much more, such as, did he enjoy the other topics he loved in school in as much depth as this major? There was just so much he still had to learn about himself, yet he didn't have enough time.
The major Cody chose was an economics one. He was planning for his future, and decided that a business/economics major would be the best way to go so that he could play with the stock exchange to his heart's content. That way, he'd be able to complete other majors and learn more about what he wanted in life.
He nods at Charli's question of leaving. "Sure. I just got up, but it's getting late. When do you want to have dinner?" he asks, chuckling at how much she loved muffins. He clenches his hands in determination. He was a mess in the kitchen, but he will continue to learn how to bake her favourite muffins. Even if all he cooked were dark cuisines, he wasn't willing to stop trying. |

Yuda thought it over, he knew a bit on flowers having read a book about them back at the college he attends. "I know of bells of Ireland, that means good luck, that often gets used in weddings. Then there are the generic wedding flowers like daisies, roses, anemone, carnations and baby's breath to name a few of them," Yuda said. "With different meanings ranging from truth to love to innocence." Yuda closed his eyes as he thought it over some more.
"It all just really depends on what kind of message we want to convey with the flowers I suppose," he said, opening his eyes when he was done thinking. He looked to Caley. "I think with it being a wedding we should use flowers with meanings for truth and love. maybe throw in dahlia which means commitment and bond? But what about you? Do you have any flowers in mind?"

Caley frowns, deep in thought. He didn't know much about flowers and their meanings, so he was looking them up. "Hm... Ivy means dependence, endurance and faithfulness... and jasmine means unconditional and eternal love...allium means patience, good fortune, prosperity and unity..white lilac means youthful innocence, humility which we both do have," he says looking at Yuda and grinning. Yuda listened to the other list of more flowers and their meanings. he blinked a bit the longer he stared at Caley, he had to admit his friend was rather cute when he had a smile on his face. He shook out his head to clear the thought from his mind, a faint blush drawing across his face. He thought over the flowers that Caley had listed.
"Well green carnation might be a good fit, with it being a marriage marriage between us and depending on what shade might be able to go along with the color scheme," he commented, though he wouldn't say they were at that stage of saying what they had was love. "White carnations would work to, though I feel we would be having a lot of white already with decorations....so maybe having flowers with the other colors would be good?" Would that work? Might make for nice centerpieces if we choose to do flowers for it, colorful arrangements on white table cloths? Yuda thought to himself, trying to visualize it.

Charlize was hanging on Cody’s every word. Her heart squeezed with the amount of genuine care she felt from him. “I guess I am still learning.” She finally said and looked down at her hands with a smile as she thought his words could almost be from a love song.
Charli recovered from the moment and s******ed herself out of the booth, unfinished smoothie in hand. “I’ll always be here for you too. I’m not going to promise to catch you if you fall though,” she referenced his height compared to hers, “Maybe more like cushioning your fall.”
“Oh, dinner?” Charlize looked at the clock once more while heading out the door, it hadn’t registered with her how late it was. “Are you cooking?” She inquired, holding the door open, trying not to give Cody a knowing look of concern after experiencing his many attempts at making something. “Ooh, you know what I miss from home? Homemade pizza.” Charlize feigned drooling, food was the quickest way to her heart. “I mean, I could eat now. Or later. Or whenever.” It could be surprising how much food Charli could eat.
An even better idea occurred to Charli “Hey, why don’t we make pizza and have a movie night?” She did a little happy dance that she did whenever discussing food

Caley nods at Yuda's thoughts on the matter. He agreed that they already had a lot of white. "If we changed the tablecloths to a different colour it might be fine, but I think other colours would be nicer for flowers. The green carnations do look extremely pretty. They seem to be a minty green. I do like the wild ivy because they're two-toned in colour. Plus the meaning is very beautiful. The perfect wedding vows, I'd say. Dependence on each other, endurance so that our marriage is long-lasting and to remain faithful throughout our marriage. I think we can also have a mix of white and purple allium. Patience, good fortune, prosperity and unity. They're also good words for wedding vows.
We can give our guests anthurium flowers since it means hospitality, happiness and abundance.
There are just too many to choose from, but the others that I like are lily of the valley which are white and mean sweetness, humility, returning happiness and trust, arborvitae which are a misty blue and mean everlasting friendship, orange blossom which are white and would smell lovely. It means good luck and love in marriage. Then there are bluebells which are purple in colour and mean loyalty, constancy, humility and gratitude, peach blossoms which are pink or a mixture of pink and white and mean long-life, generosity and bridal hope, pear blossoms which are white and mean lasting friendship, stock which have all sorts of colours that would look beautiful in a bouquet and mean lasting beauty, a happy life and bonds of affection, heliotrope which is another purple flower meaning devotion, pink tulip which are, obviously pink and mean caring, good wishes, friendship, joyful occasions and confidence and blue tulip which seems to be a purple and mean respect, tranquility and trust." Once Cody truly registered what he had said, he blushes. Although the blush couldn't really be seen against his lightly golden skin, his clearly visible ears turn a much darker shade than the rest of his face. "Don't forget, I'm still learning too." He laughs at Charli's comment on their heights, before shaking his head. "I'd much rather be under you than on top of you."
Cody smiled at her thoughts on food as he follows her out the door. "I do miss the homemade pizzas, but you know how bad I am in the kitchen. Last time I nearly blew up the stove. It's probably best if you handle the oven this time so I don't have the chance to blow it up." He had no idea where all the food went. It's like Charli had a stomach for breakfast, one for lunch, one for dinner and another two for drinks and dessert. He also couldn't forget a snack stomach since Charli never seemed to go anywhere without a snack in her bag.

That’s okay. My internet has been funky the last several days anyways. There has been like constant rain and storms for the last week and it’s annoying. I hope your coding is going alright, that is something I wish I knew how to do.}}
“I will gladly be on top, it would probably be more comfortable for the both of us.” Charlie ran along with the joke of catching each other. She smiled up at Cody innocently, not thinking about the implications of the words that they exchanged. She linked arms with Cody as they walked in the direction of their apartments. Her mind sometimes took a while to understand things said and many people called her clueless for it.
“You do not have to remind me of your cooking style.” Charlize gave a small shake of her head. “Your house smelled like smoke for so long.” She gasped at the recollection “And the whole neighborhood thought the house was burning down! That was so funny.” She giggled “I vowed to always be your supervising cook from that moment on.” Charlie sounded dutiful, the firefighters at the scene had actually made her pinky promise to always watch Cody while he cooked.
She pondered for a moment about what kind of movie to watch but her mind floated back to the food aspect before she could make a decision. “I think I have the stuff to make it in my apartment. Wanna head there?” Even though Charli was a safer cook than Cody, she wasn’t much better, usually messy or forgetful about the whole process. For her, everything was an adventure and it was all about the journey rather than the destination. She liked to try new things; be it food, recipes, skills, places. It just sparked something in her even if the experience wasn’t that good.

Cody was a real mess when it came to understanding things. Sometimes the words would instantly click in his mind, and he'd understand how ambiguous he sounded, but other times, like now, the words would fly right over his head. He brings her hand close to his body in a secure hold so that they wouldn't be separated, no matter how many people bumped into them.
He listens to her chatter, smiling warmly. Her chatter always made him feel at home because it was the one constant in his life, and he loved having a life full of constants, warmth and happiness. It was completely different to his lifestyle back in Hell and that's what made his days so special. He chuckles at the remembrance of the promise between Charli and the firefighters. It was something he'd never live down. "I was so worried I'd end up burning everything, and it was so embarrassing. I just wanted to cook rice, and it just blew up in my face..."
Hearing her return to what they were going to have for dinner, Cody didn't press her about the movie. He loved Charli's free-flowing mind and adventurous nature. Although Demons were known to be adventurous and murderous, Cody had the adventurous nature down pat, but didn't seem to want to see blood as much. He wasn't the type to want to harm others, and because he was Lucifer Morningstar's son, he didn't have a demonic form; just black wings full of the sins of his father. "Sure. We live next door to each other anyway and whatever you cook is always good in some way or another."
Although there were times when Charli's cooking wouldn't taste very nice because of the ingredients she put together, they'd always be able to make the best of things and together turn it into something nice. When they put their heads together, they can always come up with something creative and delicious. |

Huh, coding always appeared very meticulous to me. It’s very interesting though how you put all this information together and the computer reads it and makes something out of it. My mind is just blown at that whole concept.}}
Charli lets her hand be drawn closer, causing her to close the proximity between them with a half step in Cody’s direction. She didn’t mind the closeness.
“Embarrassment is a part of life, and who cares what other people think.” She gave him a gentle nudge with her body, trying to present an upside to the situation. She said this but Charli also dealt with her own insecurities about what other people thought of her. This was especially true when it came to Cody’s opinion. She had built a mask over the years though, using her cluelessness to pretend she didn’t understand. Or better yet, didn’t feel when something hurt her.
“Years from now you’ll have grandchildren and you can tell them that story. And you’ll laugh and think about how silly it was.” She spread her free hand out in front of them as if painting a picture of the future. Charli often imagined what was to come, sometimes she even daydreamed about it. Although she was not quite sure about what she wanted to do in life, she would always place herself with Cody in these fantasies.
“I’m glad we live next to each other.” She said half-mindedly, her hand that had been out, coming in to tug at the gold necklace that was around her neck. “I just couldn’t imagine it any other way.” She added. Thankfully the walk from the campus to their apartment was brief and their homes were in sight. Charli fished out her keys from the pocket of her jacket. Sometimes she was surprised that she could be adult enough to manage her own apartment, and that she hadn’t lost her keys yet.
Being human was different than being an angel. Angels were good, they were perfect and that was expected of them. Unfortunately for Charlize, she was not configured to that lifestyle, she made many mistakes. That pressure felt even more like a burden since she was the princess of heaven. The beauty of this life though was that it was okay to mess up or not know. Her spirit could wander and explore in any way that it needed to.
At the arrival of the apartment, Charli released herself from Cody’s side and unlocked the door. The inside was small but enough for one person and smelled of incense. Charli currently was exploring the ways of meditation and some yoga. There was a grey couch and decorations around of her favorite colors, orange and yellow.
