Brightpaw - with Melonburr, Badgertooth and Willowpaw
Brightpaw purred at his mentor's praise. "Thank you," he meowed. He glanced over at Badgertooth, curious how the other warrior would go about it and jumped back a bit when he lunged into the water. At his words he nodded. "At least with mice you can judge the distance," he agreed. "The water makes it a lot harder." He turned back to Melonburr. "It's why I always use my paw to scoop up the fish instead of trying to catch one with my jaw. Less risk of falling into the water." With an embarrassed smile he added "I know how to swim but... well, I would rather avoid it altogether." He didn't mind getting his paws wet but other than that he preferred to stay out of the water.
Silenthowl - with Moleshade
Silenthowl nodded eagerly at that. The clan had to learn more about the area, after all, and it was also a good opportunity to catch some prey. And it meant getting out of camp for a bit. Having agreed to join Moleshade's patrol they briefly looked around camp and then back to their patrol leader. Surely she wanted to ask some more cats before they set out.
Stormchaser - with Timberpaw
"We'll see," he laughed. Timberpaw was an enthusiastic one, he couldn't deny that. "Speaking of foxes though, has anyone shown you the Badger Defense yet? It's an important move to deal with badgers, foxes and other bigger enemies." It had been one of the first things he had taught Brightpaw after meeting him and he considered it one of the most important things a cat should learn. Brightpaw had said it was something an apprentice learned later on but Stormchaser had insisted. But actually livig in a clan now made him wonder. Would the warriors think it weird if he suggested teaching this move to Timberpaw already?
Embermask - with Mooncrest and Marshbrook
Embermask gave a quiet purr of thanks and then looked around camp again. "I think I'll ask Marshbrook first," she told her. "Just to see if she's up for it. You can come along or wait here." She wouldn't force Mooncrest to tag along while she asked some more cats but she wouldn't stop her either. Then she padded over to Marshbrook, meowing a polite greeting as she reached her. "Silverrose wants some patrols to explore our territory," she explained then. "Would you like to come along? If you feel up to it, I mean."

Marshbrook-Camp-Embermask, Mooncrest(if she came along)
Marshbrook looked up from grooming her fur as she heard pawsteps coming up to her. She offered a smile to Embermask. Her face lit up at the she cat's offer. "I'll be up for it, I was already getting bored just sitting around the camp." Her leg wasn't giving her to much issue currently, and the injury was still wrapped tightly from what Ratwhisker did. She stood up, stretching a bit. "When do we asked," she asked offering a smile.
Timberpaw-Camp-Stormchaser
"I was learning that, but my mentor was mostly focusing on the jump part at the start," he said. "We dealt with sharptooths and so my mentor thought it would be something I would need to know, but i never learned the rest of the move." He flicked his tail a bit behind him, some of his excitement leaving, as he shook out his fur. He hadn't gotten to learn the full move, as it wasn't long after he had started learning it, did his home fall to ruin, and his family moved on from there after nothing as left to keep the clan a float. "But I wouldn't mind learning more!! It will be useful to know!" The tom seemed to get back into higher spirits as fast as it had wavered.

Mistpaw with Blizzardpaw watching Crescentsmoke
Mistpaw waited for Crescentsmoke to come back from talking to Mintshade. He hoped the she-cat would feel comfortable coming to patrol with a group of toms. He turned to Blizzardpaw. "I sure hope we find something interesting out in the territory... I think a couple of places the others have found already is a gorge with a waterfall and a mossy clearing." He hoped that Blizzardpaw would start to get more excited for clan life and throw himself into helping out. He figured if the tom was too blah about doing work Silverrose would never make him a warrior.
Petalpaw (Open)
Petalpaw sat by the apprentice den looking around. She wondered if maybe she would get chosen to stay and guard camp. It seemed like many of the other cats were gearing up to leave so she would be content staying put. She just hoped someone would talk to her.
Wrenwillow (open)
Wrenwillow sat by the warrior's den and watched the cats wander. She smiled at the passing gossip she heard about Snowmask having her kits. Though she wasn't going to go see them. She knew the clan would have strength in numbers so though she didn't like outsiders she felt their chances of survival grow.
Brindlepaw (open)
Brindlepaw wasn't sure what to do now. He noticed that others were grouping up. He wasn't sure if maybe he would join someone or if he should stay in camp in case of an emergency. He wasn't sure what to do so he sat down and waited for someone to come to him. Being more open to former outsiders than his mentor he didn't care where a cat came from as long as they were genuine.
Applefall and Snowmask (semi open just don't want a ton of cats rushing them and the kits.)
Snowmask lay curled around her new kits. She had dozed off a couple times feeling tired after giving birth. She flicked her tail lazily as she watched the little ones.
Applefall stood by the entrance to the Medicine den to intervene if anyone tried to barge in. He would welcome maybe one or two cats at a time now that Fernfeather and Embermask had seen them. He watched his family as they dozed. Grateful for the clan to help protect them.

Moleshade with Silenthowl
Moleshade gave a brief nod in return to Silenthowl's then turned. She looked around to see who else she might ask to join her patrol. She looked from where Wrenwillow was to Barkpaw. She turned and walked toward her apprentice. "Hey Barkpaw" she called as she approached. "Why don't you join Silenthowl and I and a couple others on patrol" she left it as a bit of a question so the apprentice could say no.
Fernfeather nodded to Morningmist. "Why don't you choose someone to join us." (Not sure who else has an open character)
Willowpaw watched as the others fished and talked. She tentatively stepped forward when Melonburr suggested that Brightpaw show her how to fish. She stood next to her friend and waited for him to speak.
The four kits curled into their mother and slept.

Not knowing what to do, Mintshade decides to lie down on her belly and sets her head on her paws. She slowly flicks the tip of her tail debating on just taking a quick nap since there was nothing for her to do. Most of the cats were already out hunting and she didn't know about a border patrol.

"We could probably catch things while we are out, never hurts to bring some prey back for the clan." Especially since they now have kits from what he has been hearing being chattered about by the other cats. He spotted Mintshade and headed over to the she cat. "Greetings," he spoke to her. "I'm leading a patrol out into the territory and I'm wondering if you would like to join it?" will get my other one up soon) |

Not that he minded, he just hoped that he could properly show Willowpaw how to fish. He briefly glanced at Badgertooth to see if he was okay with this and then turned to the other apprentice. "Okay, the most important thing is to always keep the position of the sun in mind," he said. "You don't want your shadow to fall on the water." Brightpaw crouched a bit lower and leaned slightly forward. "There are multiple ways to grab a fish but I only learned one so far. You just wait until a fish is close enough and then you quickly move your paw through the water to scoop it up." He showed the movement as he spoke so that Willowpaw could better understand. "Don't be discouraged if you miss, fish are quick and the water can also make things difficult. Sometimes it looks like the fish is close enough to the surface but in reality it's a paws-width lower or to the side." He briefly paused to let everything he explained so far sink in and then continued. "If you manage to scoop up a fish though be careful. They flop around like crazy! One time one hit me in the face with its tail and escaped." He gave a quiet chuckle. "That's why you always have to stun or kill it quickly once you drop it on land. Either bite it or slam it against a rock if one's nearby." Brightpaw took a step towards the water again and looked at his friend. "We can try it out now together. But like I said, don't be too discouraged if a fish escapes, they're tricky prey." ( potatowolfanimator my reply for Mooncrest. Stormchaser thought about this. He had never fought a sharptooth before but seen one from the distance once. "Yeah, I suppose that move would be useful against them," he said. "Not that we'll encounter them here but it is a good technique against larger creatures." He watched the apprentice for a moment, not sure what to make of his reaction but then nodded when Timberpaw was back to being excited again. "Alright, so first a small practice battle to see what you already know and then we can work on some defensive moves!" So far no one had approached them so maybe they were free to head out. "Better get going now if we want to make the most of it."

Mistpaw nodded. "It could be a good thing to find a good climbing tree. Maybe us apprentices could make it a hang out area for when we don't have duties." He said making it clear he felt the same about climbing. He watched Cresecentsmoke talk to Mintshade and waited to see if the two would come over together.

(this is my first rp. could you explain what you mean by that) like a little post about where she is and what she is doing. It doesn't have to have dialogue since she's by herself. But it would be something like this. Just posting one for Pineshade so someone can interact with him and get him out hunting) Pineshade sat on the edge of the Roseclan camp. He watched the cats go to and fro joining patrols and chatting. He wasn't interested in joining a patrol but he thought about asking someone to hunt with him. He didn't usually hunt with someone else but in a new territory it wasn't smart to go anywhere alone. He looked around hoping maybe one of the other former Boulderclan cats would hunt with him. |

Wolfkit dragged herself across the leaves moaning when even the lightest pressure made her gasp with pain. She dared look down again and grew dizzy seeing the large gash made by the cruel intentions of twolegs. Finally giving up she lay down in a pile of leaves getting ready for death.
