Brightpaw - Forest (Stream) - with Melonburr, Willowpaw and Badgertooth

Brightpaw nodded and stepped closer to the stream. He briefly glanced upwards to see where the sun was so he wouldn't stand so that his shadow fell on the fishes. For a while he just sat still, watching the water. When it looked like a fish was close enough he struck out with his paw, trying to grab it or toss it out of the water. He had miscalculated the distance though and only splashed some water on land as the fish was a bit more deeper in the stream. "Ah, sorry," he meowed as he glanced at the others, hoping he hadn't splashed any of them. Then he turned back to the water and waited for another fish to swim close by. He narrowed his eyes and this time he was sure it was close enough. He swiftly scooped up a fish and dropped it beside him, quickly killing it before it could flop around too much.

"Alright, then I guess we can go there by ourselves," he said. "And if someone else also happens to train there today we can join them if they're okay with it." He purred a little at Timberpaw's excitement. "As for which moves, I want to see the ones you already know first. You already told me a bit yesterday but I want to see them in action so I know if you still have to work on them in some way," he told him. "But either way, I think I'll show you some more defensive moves. There's only so much a front paw strike will do when your opponent is pinning you down, after all."

Embermask - Camp - with Mooncrest

Embermask looked around camp to see which cats weren't about to head out at the moment. Some were already with the other patrol leaders while others did their own thing. As she tried to decide on which cats to pick for her patrol her gaze fell on Mooncrest. She hadn't talked to her yet but she remembered her name from last night's clan gathering when Silverrose had named all the former loners. Embermask padded over to Mooncrest, dipping her head as she approached her. "Hey there," she meowed, giving a friendly smile. "Silverrose asked me to lead a small patrol to explore our territory. Do you want to join?"

Embermask - Camp - with Mooncrest

"Great," she purred. "One or two more cats and we're good to go." Maybe she'd ask one of the cats who had lived in another clan before. While she preferred to be around other former loners for now it would be better to befriend some of the others as well. But first she had to make sure if Mooncrest was okay with that. "So, do you want me to ask others like us? You know, cats who used to be loners or kittypets? Or are you okay with me also picking someone who lived in a clan before?" she asked.

"Alright," he said pouncing forward, the tom already looking forward to getting to the mossy hollow. He smiled at the warrior. "That sounds good!! Practice makes perfect!!" The young tom didn't mind going over what he already knew, as it would help him perfect the moves, and make him an even better warriors, though he was already looking forward to the new things he would get to learn from the other cat. "That's true, you can't always play offensively in a fight."


Crescentsmoke-Camp-Mistpaw, Blizzardpaw, Moleshade

Crescentsmoke nodded to her words. "I wish you the best of luck," he said to her. "I should ehd off as well to gather my patrol." He looked over when the two apprentices came over. "Morning Mistpaw," he said to the other cat. "Silverrose asked for me to lead a patrol, if you want you can come along, but it seemed like you had other plans earlier, if you want to do that instead you can, I won't force you to come with me." He gave a nod of greeting to Blizzardpaw. "I was thinking of taking Rustplet or Dewclaw, and then seeing if you had an idea or preference of who else to take."

Stormchaser - Camp - with Timberpaw

With a purr Stormchaser nodded. "Yes, especially when you're up against an especially strong opponent," he said. "I don't know much about the area here so I can't say if there are any hostile rogues somewhere but it's always good to know how to turn things around when your opponent has the upper paw."

Embermask - Camp - with Mooncrest

Embermask nodded, glad that Mooncrest didn't seem to have an issue with taking both clan-born cats and former loners along. "Good. I just had to know whether you're comfortable with it or not," she said. "Not every cat would be happy with a mixed group, after all."

(Ember, is any of your clancats willing to join a patrol lead by a former loner? I know Hawksky definitely isn't but what about the others? One of them could join so that group has a clan born cat on it as well)

"Well, I've only lived with other loners as well," she said. "But I did enjoy talking with the Thymeclan warriors and apprentices whenever I saw them at their border." So in a way she did know a bit more about clanlife than most loners. At Mooncrest's question she glanced around camp. "I think two more cats would be good. We can probably ask anyone aside from Wrenwillow and Hawksky." While she hadn't talked to them yet she had seen the way those sometimes looked at the cats who weren't clan born. So asking either of them wouldn't be the best idea. Of course it was also possible that she had misinterpreted their looks but for now she didn't want to approach them. "Still, I think I will ask one of their old clanmates first."

(By the way, what about Wolfkit? As in, some cat will have to find her and we have multiple patrols, plus some cats doing their own thing. Any cat/group you want to find her and bring her too Snowmask?
Also, Gatherings are going to be fun once Wolfkit is an apprentice xD Both Roseclan and Thymeclan will have a Wolfpaw then. Some cats will definitely make jokes about that)

hmm Marshbrook would be open to it, though injured, im sure a patrol wouldnt do to much damage for her : ), and you could always do Hawksky and the tom would just deal with it)

"That's a good point," he said. While his family hadn't encountered any hostile rogues, there was an occasional fox that they had run into before joining Roseclan. "Let's be careful regardless then!" He grinned at the older cat. "I'm sure I'll become the best fighter in the clan with your help! I'm sure I'll probably be able to take a fox on all on my own!" Of course that would be very unlikely, unless the fox was incredibly old, or was a cub, but hey the young cat could dream right?

Moleshade looked up as Silenthowl ran into her. She nodded "its okay" she said as they apologized. "I was actually going to as you to join my patrol." She said.


Fernfeather laughed. "Yeah we should probably have at least one more cat to make this patrol a little bigger." She said to Morningmist.

"No worries, fish are tricky to catch." Bagertooth said twitching the tip of his tail. He pads up to the water and prepares himself. Suddenly, he lunges into the water but he wasn't fast enough to catch the fish. "I'm better at hunting mice."


Mintshade stood in the center of camp unsure of what to do. Most of the cats seemed to know exactly what to do which made her feel lost. She decides to wait around hoping something will happen.
