For my Mischief clan siblings Ivysplash and Snakefoot, I was originally thinking of doing the career change plot with Ivysplash since she is so worried about being a fighter. But I think I wanna go a different route with her, and instead have her and Snakefoot slowly become closer and she becomes more confident and him more understanding.
All that to say, anyone in Mischief can have their characters interact and weigh in with their opinions on Ivysplash and Snakefoot's arguments to help lead them towards getting closer.
