I was thinking about these two and I remembered that they were stated to look similar at one point. Well, they don't really:

Owl Feather is a skinny, wiry, speckled pale brown she-cat with yellow eyes.

Kestrelflight is a soft-furred, mottled, brownish-gray tom with little white splotches like kestrel feathers.

(PS, yes I got those descriptions from the wiki)

Anyways, even if they don't really look alike what if this was said to tell us they are somehow related. That Kestrelflight is actually Owl Feather's descendent. We do know that Owl Feather had three kits named Lapping Wave, Running Fox and Strong Pounce. One of the cats who left the Tribe in TST could've been kin from her. Of course, that cat would probably be in WindClan unless forbidden romance was involved.
