Overall I liked it, but not quite as much as the previous graphic novels. At times, I had a hard time telling which character was speaking, both because of the NightWings looking fairly similar and the way some of the panels were drawn. I don’t actually have a version of the original book to check, but the ending felt abrupt compared to it. If I didn’t already know Starflight went blind, I wouldn’t know what had happened.
4/5 stars. I still highly recommend the graphic novels to reluctant readers.
Rανєη'ѕ ƑƖιgнт I read it last Sunday, and it was excellent. The way my Barnes and Noble arranged the graphic novels was that all the previous ones were arranged on the bookshelf in a way that made the colors change from dark blue to dark green to dark purple- it was so beautiful.

Card against Humanity: yeah i never liked the books bc they seemed like badly written star wars ripoffs

Fire the Silver Wolf: the books were good, I was just questioning the line. (Any parallels to star wars are more towards the beginning of the books, though the series itself does an amazing job at world building.)

Fire the Silver Wolf: I mean, it's the same thing with Lion king and Hamlet. Same general plotline, completely different settings. Except eragon's plot deviates much more.

Fire the Silver Wolf: Plus, Saphira is the greatest character in anything hands down.
