In exchange for being accepted back into his tribe, he had to draw a map of the nightwing kingdom so they could come up with a plan to murder them all.

Mmm no genocide is much worse than espionage. What Arctic was going to do was pure evil, but Darkstalker directly trying to wipe out an ENTIRE tribe was much, much worse.

As much as I dislike Arctic as a dragon (love his character though, he's so complex and well written), at least he knew his limits. Darkstalker killed his own family member, commit genocide, tried to hurt the dragon he loved with his magic (compared to Arctic who used his magic to protect Foeslayer), tried to seize the throne and rule the planet, and yeah, basically he sucked so much more and had little to no morals.
