Nimblewarrior meowed again. "Well, I'm sure they'll fit in just fine . My babies are almost apprentices, its a pity we dont have more warriors to train them. " Nimblewarrior blinked her green eyes, still staring at the grey kits.
Swanpaw hissed, fully intent on scaring the loner. "Yeah leave!" she ripped her claws in and out of the moss.
Hawkgrip looked at the loner tom, his eyebrows raised. he leaned in to sniff him a little. He certainly did smell like he spent a lot of time in the cliffs, the loose dirt and clay scent couldn't be missed on the tom.

"Yeah, I suppose. Though I'm sure Bonestar will have something figured out by the time they do become apprentices," she mewed, tucking the gray kits closer to her. Shortsun felt very protective of these little bundles of fur, something she had never felt before. "What's it like, as a mother?" she asked Nimblewarrior.
Tangle took a step back, his face scrunched up in pretend surprise. "I would have thought you'd be more inviting. Clearly, I was wrong," he mewed but stayed exactly where he was. The brown tabby flicked his tail back and forth and tipped his head to the side. "What's so special about this land that makes you think it belongs to you and only you?"
Birchcloud just growled, moving to the side of the tom as he backed away, hoping to scared the tom away from the camp.

"It's different for everyone I think. Me, myself, it's been hard without my mate. But its worth everything for my little worlds. "Nimblewarrior purred. She looked at her kits, then at the grey ones. "How old do you think they are?"
Swanpaw hissed, her fur ruffled. she growled, joining in with Birchcloud.
Hawkgrip growled, taking a step towards the tom and hissing.

Hawkgrip followed the tom with his eyes, still growling. it looked like the tom was leaving, and he watched Swanpaw follow after Birchcloud, her fur on end.
"aww thats adorable, do you think they'd eat some prey? I'd offer some milk but with four of my own, I'd be run dry in no time." She nervously giggled. She looked at shortsun, her heart full with pride to know she was such a kind soul.

"I dont mind watching them at all Shortsun," Nimblewarrior purred, turning her head towards the kits in the new nest.
Hawkgrip watched Birchcloud slash out at the loner tom, running up to help him if he needed it. "Swanpaw stay back!"

"Mind watching mine? I'm going to go get some prey." The brown shecat meowed, her green eyes looking at the ginger shecat.
Hawkgrip tensed, watching the loner tom leap onto Birchclouds back and rake his claws down it. He flinched, and started growling, his claws flexing in and out. He looked back to Swanpaw, whos eyes were full of concern for her mentor, she ran up to Hawkgrip, pushing her face into his fur. He tipped his tail to her flank, and moved away. "He'll be fine Swanpaw, he's senior warrior."

Shortsun dipped her head. After finishing her bite, she mewed, "Of course."
Birchcloud yowled as claws ripped into his pelt. He widened his stance before crouching and rolling onto his back in an attempt to dislodge his opponent. As soon as he felt the pain drift away, the cream-colored tom stood up and backed away. Then, staring down at the stunned tom, he padded forward until he loomed over the brown tabby. Placing one large, white paw on the loner's shoulder, he forced him onto his side and spat in his ear, "Leave."
Tangle's breath burst out of him as the tom rolled over, unprepared for the response. He waited until the weight lifted to get up, but was unable to stand as the warrior stood over him. He grunted with the weight that was placed on him once again, but said nothing when the large tom spoke.

Nimblewarrior dipped her head, then padded out of the nursery , making her way through the tunnels to find the entrance. she made her way to the prey pile, picking out a squirrel and two mice. She brought them back up the cliff face and into the nursery.
Hawkgrip watched the senior warrior easily get himself out of harms way, and he padded over to hiss in the loners ear. "Leave." Swanpaw hissed from where she was standing. "Leave"

Tangle kept his eyes on the tom on top of him, plainly ignoring the other two cats. He didn't speak, not once, but grunted in agreement and struggled to push up from the ground. As the paw fell away, the brown tabby stood, took one look at the clan cats, and ran. He didn't stop until he was out of the territory; he didn't want to anger these cats any more than he already had.
When Birchcloud stepped off of the tom, he had expected the loner to just get up and attack him again. But he didn't, which also didn't puzzle the senior warrior. "Let's follow him and remark the border, just as we set out to do. When we get back, we will tell Bonestar about this encounter," he mewed, starting towards the border in the wake of the brown tabby.
Shortsun grinned as she looked towards the queen's nest. Her kits were in a cute sleeping bundle and she assumed they wouldn't wake while their mother was gone. As the brown she-cat came back, Shortsun carefully tucked her tail around the kits at her side and closed her eyes.
Ferret had just finished her meal when a brown streak shot out of the canyon. She hopped up and traveled along the canyon edge until she reached the tracks of the loner. Then, she carefully followed his trail, hoping to find out what had happened.

"Sounds good, I"m surprised he didn't attack you more." Shot Hawkgrip.
Nimblewarrior lay in her den, eating the squirrel while her kits fought over the mice . Bonestar lay in his den, sleeping. The mint and lavender by his nose had lulled him to sleep. he rolled over, groaning.

Hawkgrip nodded, then marked the next scent barrier they came up to. He shot a look at Swanpaw.
Swanpaw looked to her mentor , Birchcloud. "Do you think we could train today?'

Hawkgrip followed after, pushing ahead when they stopped. "I"m going to head back to camp."
Swanpaw sniffed the air, looking around. "I can smell a squirrel up in the trees, as well as robin. theres a mouse just by the trees there as well. "

Snailpaw sat by himself in the camp, his eyes glancing around as he let himself relax some. The tom had always been skiddish and a bit jumpy but he sometimes allowed himself to be calm. He had just finished grooming his pelt and decided that since there weren't many around he could let his guard down... but only a bit.

Bonestar walked out of his den, and down the rocky path that lead to the main part of the camp. He saw his apprentice Snailpaw and walked over to greet the young tom. "Hello snailpaw, How have you been getting on?" Asked the large white Tom. His odd eyes staring with slight concern, hoping not to scare the brown tom.

Snailpaw jumped when the larger tom suddenly approached, sending his calm straight back to scared as he looked up at his leader. "H-Hi Bonestar. I-I-I've been alr-right." His normal stutter came out as he fought to get his fur to lie back down, never once looking into the other tom's eyes.
(Btw, have you thought any about the about for Valtoclan?)

(No I"m not quite done with it yet, still using the description you gave as a cross reference. ) Bonestar tried to not show any emotion at Snailpaws shyness, but it irked him just the same. They were not a good match , but Bonestar was willing to try. He cleared his throat and sat down. "That's good, I think you and I will do some hunting today." He looked to see the young toms reaction, his tail flicking on the ground. His stomach rumbled, and he wondered if he should wait to eat. He thought better of himself, he was probably going to do some battle training with Snailpaw anyway. He would have to find another apprentice. He himself was too large to even hit Snailpaw at his lightest. Perhaps Swanpaw and her mentor were somewhere training and he could find them after they hunt. Zz (Thats okay! No worries! How are you? Robinbreeze ) Swanpaws whiskers quivered, and her tail flicked as her ears swiveled around listening to sounds. She paused, opening her mouth. "The mouse?"

(Sounds good) ( Zz you can go ahead and play Lucifer if you want?) Swanpaw lowered her haunches as well as her tail, creeping forward slowly. The mouse was nibbling on some nuts and acorns, unaware of the looming presence. She wiggled her haunches, then leaped forward, pouncing. The mouse gave a squeak of surprise, struggling out of her grip and darting around the tree. She raced after it, slamming one of her paws down on the mouses tail. It struggled and she bit its neck, killing it. She picked it up in her mouth, bringing it over to her mentor.
