Hazesight 6/10 I read this as "Hazelsight" and was a little disappointed when it wasn't Springsky 2/10 I don't really feel this pairing Acornbranch 4/10 a little clunky, but I like both the parts Coralheart 7/10 cute! Howlingbreeze 6/10 I like the idea, and better than -wind, but still eh for me (A couple of these are old OC names so I'm curious on what you think of them!) |

Silvergaze 7/10 I like both of these parts, I should love this, but it's mid for me Ebonyflight 8/10 I've used this one before! Ebony- is so cool Mothwhisper 7/10 I like this, but it's a little bulky with the consonants in the middle Moonfeather 4/10 Moon- is eh and this is very mid for it Berrytail 6/10 very average, as most -tail names are Smoketuft 8/10 I really like this! Snowywing 7/10 mixed feelings? I like Snowy- rather than Snow- but at the same time... I don't? Owlheart 6/10 average, solid. Nightbriar 10/10 yeah I could see myself naming my edgy OC this Hazelsky 8/10 Very cute!!! |

I always love making these! Let's keep this intro simple: You give me a list of names, I'll rate them. I'll give reasons if you ask for them!(no more reasons they take too long thx) - If you want to post more traditional names (think, first two series) and have me rate off of that more limited pool of prefix-suffix, let me know somewhere in the list so I don't dock too many points for 'bland'. - Conversely, if you want to go full creative with no regard for naming conventions, make a note of that too. Though it should be pretty obvious if you have names like Shiverwolf or Viperblade. (I love the unconventional names, but they have a time and place in the OC. You can be creative without having to go too far off the books and I don't want to undervalue that either). - no more than 10 names per post. Just come back after they are rated for the next set!! I love rating, so come back three times in the same hour I'd love you for it. - also fast turnaround!! it gives you a notif when I quote to rate, so I won't be liking the original post too unless you get put on hall of fame. any name that gets a 10 is put in hall of fame. good luck. Owlwish 5/10 pretty bland, but it's alright Breezerunner 6/10 It doubles up on the same motif which I tend not to like very much Velvetsong 6/10 It is very pretty! But I think it's too pretty? I'd call this cat a sue Ravennest 7/10 -nest is super creative! The double 'n' doesn't flow the best though. Wasppelt 4/10 it's a name! Colliefur 2/10 I think if you're going to have a prefix like Collie- it would fit better with a more eccentric suffix. Collie- sounds a lot like Holly- so maybe start with things that you think would work with Holly- (-leaf, obvs, but -tuft, -cloud, and -frost also come to mind as good alternatives) |

Cicadaspirit 6/10 I love Cicada- but I really, really don't like -spirit unless there's a good reason for it. [ A white molly with chocolate tabby dapples and green eyes. She is enthusiastic, outgoing, and a social butterfly ]Ospreyglade 8/10 I like this suffix for Osprey-! I think it flows well and has a good vibe. [ I think this is a black and white patched tom. He's calm, but isn't afraid to be brave when the situation needs him to step up ]Oakwind 7/10 good, but standard. Solid. [ A ginger molly with spotted tabby markings. Maybe blue eyes? Very fast, but quiet and can be stealthy when she wants to be. ]These are my 3 newest ocs to celebrate officially adding the OC guesser minigame to the front page options, I'm going to add that game to your cats here! I'll guess the cat's appearance, gender and personality from what I think the name implies! You can respond by telling me who they actually are, or just. silently revel in how wrong I am. |

Cicadaspirit is a black tom with a brown marbled pattern on his back! He's got yellow eyes! He is very outgoing and adventurous!
You actually got Ospreyglade pretty spot on!
Oakwind is a white tom with ginger speckles on his haunches, and he's got green eyes! He's a very quiet dude, and he doesn't really get along with others |

Maybe -light is better Primpurr 9/10 I really really like this omg it's so cute!! The ONLY weird thing is that it feels like it should be Primp- to me and that's really weird. Havenleaf 7/10 Solid! Applefreckle 8/10 Very cute! Prancenip 4/10 Doesn't vibe with me, but pretty cool. Wildhaze 7/10 I really like this suffix for Wild-!! Yes, Stormstrike is a gray classic tabby tom! I wouldn't say he's thin though. I haven’t really thought much about him having a long tail and long claws, but I do think he probably has them. His eyes are hazel though, not blue. Also he has black patches on his fur. You're totally right about Rainberry being a healer and Stormstrike's sister! She's a dilute torbie, so while she's not a pure gray cat, she does have a lot of gray fur. Robinfeather is a she-cat, but you’re right about her having amber eyes! She’s dark ginger and while she does have some white fur on her, it’s not much. She’s definitely not Rainberry’s love interest, she’s her apprentice lol. You're very right about Adderfang being a brown tabby! His fangs are probably pretty long. His eyes are copper though, not green. Acornshadow is a cream tom with amber eyes. You're right about him being small though. The shadow suffix is more so for his personality than appearance lol. Maplesky is definitely a calico molly, yes! Her eyes are amber though. Shadestorm is a dilute calico she-cat with amber eyes. In hindsight, I can’t really imagine someone with a name like that having a lot of white fur, but I made her a long time ago and I’m too attached to her to change it now lol. She’s not a rival or antag, she’s good friends with the protagonists and grew up alongside them. I get why you'd think that though, with a name like that. Emberstrike is a tortie. You’re right about her being a molly though. Her eyes are either amber or green, I don't remember for sure and I don't have it written down anywhere. Honeycloud is a white she-cat with pale ginger patches and blue eyes. She’s not small or fluffy and she’s never had an apprentice before. Applefrost is a pale ginger and white speckled tom. Your green eye guess what right though. |
