Sorta disappointed that the "least favorite" one was posted first, so let's do favorites here!
God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen has been my favorite since I was like... 8. When I was in junior high my school band played a 7/8 arrangement of it, and it was my favorite piece I ever played in junior high. Both because it was my favorite Christmas song and because 7/8 is the most fun time signature as far as I'm concerned.

It's between Jingle Bell Rock and Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree.

Probably this one because (if you don't know the translation) it doesn't particularly sound like a Christmas song and therefore I consider it acceptable to listen to at any/all times of year. But then again absolutely any YPC song is acceptable at all times of year, I do not make the rules.
I also really love this one

Carol of the Bells, always. I don't think I've ever met a cover of it I didn't like. It's also one of my favorite pieces to play on the piano.

I've always liked Carol of the Bells. Also This is Christmas by Kutless, and good ol' Sleigh Ride

Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas. It’s not exactly my favorite one because I love pretty much every song and I have so many favorites. This one just makes me really nostalgic.
I also really like the religious Christmas songs, like O Come O Come Emmanuel, Hark! The Herald Angels Sing, and God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen.

The religious ones: pretty much all of them but especially O Come O Come Emmanuel (technically Advent), Coventry Carol (dark, but excellent), and Silent Night.
Non-religious: I’ll Be Home for Christmas and Carol of the Bells (especially instrumental only versions).
I’m throwing in Auld Lang Syne too, even though that’s a New Year’s song.
