Hello everyone! I'm not gonna lie, I'm a little emotional posting this, lol.
I was a member here a long long time ago, right around April of 2009 when Power of Three: Sunrise was released, up until 2014. Those were probably the happiest 5 years of my life. I probably averaged over a hundred posts a day in my old clan Islandclan. I was obsessed, I had friends here. I made it through high school because of these forums. Like all things with growing up, my interest faded, friends left, I stopped reading the series, and my passion for this community subsided. Since then I've been married, bought a house, done all kinds of horrible grown up things like pay taxes and work 40+ hours a week lol.
A few days ago I walked by an isle at a Barnes & Noble and spotted the Warriors books out of the corner of my eye. I knew they kept making them, but I hadn't felt the desire to check them out (For the record, I thought The Last Hope was the end of the series lol). I decided to look at all the ones I hadn't read and I noticed a super edition with a familiar name. I have no idea when it came out but for some reason on that day I saw Graystripe's Vow and it made my eyes light up. I read the description and it was like a bolt of lightning. I read the clan list on the inside and was shocked to realize I remembered every single one of them. Everything came back to me. This site, the whole series, and most of all those memories of sitting in middle school, reading The Darkest Hour for the first time on the edge of my seat!
And there I was giggling with glee in a book store because I read the word Moonstone. I came home to my bookshelf, dusted off Into the Wild, and sat there until I finished it. I'm going to re-read all of them in turn, but as I opened Fire and Ice tonight and settled into the couch a stray thought came across my head and I wondered, do you think anyone still rp's anymore? Is that place still there?
Of course I had read up on how the forums had been shaken up over the years, so I wasn't surprised that I had to re-make my old account again, but the glee at seeing that username, finding the old profile picture on some 2010 Google doc....
Yeah, it feels like coming home again.

I just spent a while looking at all the fan clans going on and I'm blown away that there's still active clans from 2010 still going! If anyone from one of those could let me know before I go about joining, I'm looking to get into a really active clan/community of people again, that's what I remember most fondly about this place back in the day. I see the five clan rp looks to have a lot of activity lately, I'll probably see if they are taking in new members but if anyone drops by to say hello let me know if you're active in any clans! Making friends in a crowd is the best first step!

Welcome! I'm Minted! I'm one of the mods, heh, but don't let that deter you. This place is user run these days, so I'm all over the place chitchatting. The Five Clans are good, I know they're active. There are a couple others, but I'm not sure if they're accepting members or not. Either way, I hope you find some really cool RPs. There are certainly some nice ones here which will be glad to have you. If you're ever interested in chatting or if you have any questions, I'm always up for it!

That’s cool! Welcome back to the forums ! I can’t say I’ve been on the forums long but I understand how cool it is to come back to warriors after many years off. I stopped reading for like 4 years and it was an awesome feeling to come back
