Who's your least favorite character in Wings of Fire? You can have multiple least favorites. For me, I never really had a least favorite character, because Tui all wrote them to be so complex, but if I really had to choose, probably Queen Diamond and Blister. They were a real piece of work.

Blister was terrifying, but I don't consider her a dislikable character, just because I thought she was a great villain. For a while I absolutely hated Fatespeaker, idrk why, she just felt annoying and clingy to me and really got on my nerves. Now she is neutral for me, so my least favorite character at the moment is maybe Morrowseer?
Like you said Sandy, it's hard to choose least favorites bc they're all so complex; there isn't really any character who only existed to "be bad," they all had their own unique motives and personalities.

Fatespeaker, Anemone, or Peril. I didn't hate them, but I found them a little annoying.

Oh definitely Whirlpool. And most of the HiveWings.
And while he's absolutely not on the same level of nasty as the ones I already mentioned...I really do not like Winter.

I love how every character, even the background characters, is so complex and has an incredibly unique personality. It's a nice change from the stereotypical five or six personalities that seem to exist in every single book series. Even the characters with similar personalities (like Sunny and Cricket, for instance) seem so distinct just because Tui writes them as different facets of the same personality.

I've never really hated a character unless you count the antagonists, and even then, I love them all for the roles they've played in the series. If I had to choose one though, it'd be Whirlpool.

I liked them all as characters, but Whirlpool would have to be my least favorite. Scarlet’s a close second.

Lagoon, maybe? The few times that we see her before Albatross murders her don't show her to have any redeemable qualities. She's just selfish snob who abuses her power everytime she can, without even be entertaining like Scarlet.

95% of characters in this series are better than they have any right to be. Even the ones who are total assholes like Darkstalker were at least charismatic or interesting. That being said, I found Fatespeaker to be annoying at times. Peril was even more grating, every other word in her book was Clay. I hated how Darkstalker did Arctic and Indigo, I get why he was mad but those scenes in particular were just gross. Blue was very dull. It felt like he barely had a personality outside of crushing on Cricket. His book was a drag. I forgot her name but Turtle's mother, the Seawing queen, pissed me off. I really have to reread this series though, it's been well over a year!

i'd have to say the rainwing queens before glory, minus Grandeur. i dislike them simple because they remind me of some ppl in my school who hate me because their friends do or cause i don't have to try hard to get the guys in our grade attention; that sounds bad- but i mean like talking, bantering and interacting.
Queen Lagoon and her sister who's name i forget, from what we saw they were terrible to albatross for no reason(before he found out about his magic) and in a way, remind me of ppl who try to be all bestie with you even tho they've made it clear they dont like you.
Queen Diamond, i just felt so bad for arctic because i feel like his mother contributed to how he turned out and the fact of what she did to her son's lover. arctic might have made mistakes and shit, but he did love foeslayer and from what i could tell, in his own odd way i do think he cared for darkstalker and whiteout, but not in the best or in a way he should have.
Queen Vengeance and Queen Battlewinner; Vengeance wanted what was best for her tribe, but went about it the wrong way. Battlewinner gave a feeling of she rather stay in control of her tribe then do what could've saved them.
Whirlpool, must i say more?
oh... i have quite a thing against the queen's of the tribes.
