Ships

(Tbh, I have such a love/hate relationship with this pair. It's nice in Runaway, terrible in Darkstalker's book, but also tragic. Will take points off for Foeslayer insisting they go to the Night Kingdom instead of properly eloping to a secluded island. Honestly would've probably saved them and their family a lot of trouble when you think about it, especially when Arctic hated the hot nocturnal untrusting Night Kingdom and it likely contributed to him being a jackass. Dude had to give up his entire life yet Foeslayer doesn't just because she doesn't want to? I get it was all some big scheme in the end but... Doesn't exactly feel fair don't you think? Then again it never was gonna be given the circumstances of that scheme. Taking him to the Night Kingdom did more harm than good for them, and dude made a lot of sacrifices just by leaving his home and needing to resettle in everything there while she doesn't. Sure Icewing life is stuffy and stiff but it's all he knew. Yet despite all their fights and even though they weren't healthy later they still loved eachother even with her dying and reviving many times to his kind and she was the only thing that kept him going in his personal hell, he probably would've lost his mind had he not had her, and their relationship's acknowledged as bad. I don't love it but I don't hate it either, it's just... tragic, like actually tragic but not unbearable either like a certain Warriors Ship. They should've went "yeah no screw ya'll" and went to that island damnnit.)
Also haha.... Arctic... Slayer... get it? Haha.. ha..

(Another tragic pair, another Love/Hate thing because I liked how it was written and simply do not like the ship in general as it stands. I imagine had Darkstalker not let those powers of his go to his head they could've had a happy future. Like a legit happy future, seeing as Clear Sight saw many futures with him and he was always going on about their happy future, which probably DID exist somewhere in those many bad ones. Damn tease. Was it healthy though? Absolutely not. They may be soulmates, but again *Points to Warriors* Soulmates doesn't mean it's a happy healthy perfect relationship either. Darkstalker may have loved Clearsight unconditionally but he still manipulated her and essentially made her blind to his bad ends. But even then that was because of his power, he had too much and ya know how too much power does someone, and such a fact hurt those around him with it including Clearsight and he didn't realize it until she was gone. Dude had it coming, but still... Man when you think about it only one of the ArcticSlayer family got to live in a happy healthy relationship. Either way I hope Clearsight was happier with that Beetlewing Sunstreak.)
