Kitae 'Kit' Mireu - Imugi/Kangcheori - 22 - Qi Manipulation
~ Chivalrous . Levelheaded . Hedonistic ~
~ Imugi Form ~
An imugi is a large Korean serpent waiting to become a dragon. In this form he is covered in black armored scales and largely resembles the basilisk from Harry Potter. His spine, however, is lined with spiked fins and his head is crowned with branch-like horns of gold. Kit also has the 'whiskers' and a short mane as is usually found on eastern dragons. Here, his eyes turn mostly charcoal gray with veins of gold.
Kitae manipulates Qi, the inner latent energy within himself and others. Passive uses include tracking/detecting others by energy signature, synchronizing his own energy with others to give them a brief boost, and spiritual meditation to help control his own emotions and soothe others. Active abilities include temporary paralysis by physically interrupting someone's Qi flow, enhancing his own senses and physical prowess, and the firing of Qi 'blasts' within a certain radius.
Isabeau 'Beau' A. du Lac - Caladrius - 20 - Healing
~ Compassionate . Idealistic . Self-sacrificing ~
~ Caladrius Form ~
Isabeau becomes an exceptionally beautiful bird so white that it almost hurts to look at, coupled with pearlescent feathers and a supernatural glow. His tail is lengthy and trails sparkles of differing colors when he flies, like a glittering banner. His previously onyx eyes become opalescent and reflective, and his head is crested in fashion similar to a secretary bird.
While minor injuries are relatively easy to treat, serious illnesses or wounds require much more from him. Beau's healing power comes from the world around him, to erase someone's hurt he must kill something else- or sacrifice himself. If it isn't too trying, he can simply take the life of a nearby flower or patch of grass. This power extends to anything with 'life'- he can take from animals as well but hates to resort to that. Truthfully he hates killing 'nature' as well...Serious ailments require him to take on that injury or sickness and fly as close to the sun as he can- the infliction is then 'burned' away but he goes into a comatose state afterward and risks plummeting to his death.
