Hello dear forums! Doubtless some of you have noticed that we have had a WCRP Affiliates board for a while now. These affiliates were primarily scouted for by myself and Sand. They are our partners across Discord, DeviantArt, ProBoards, other forums, and other sites. We've recently been discussing the merits of going to these affiliates and asking if we can advertise on their boards if they in turn are allowed to advertise on ours. Similarly, there are several affiliates who would like to have more interactions with our forumers and forums in general - perhaps have cross-board activities or the like. There are several boards which I have gotten to know and talk with, but what I am looking for is volunteers to advertise, promote, and potentially more closely interact with the affiliates who are looking for cross-board communications and activities. This is just my attempt to start looking for forumers who show interest in this - I am already in connect in some form or another to existing affiliates, but we are also always looking for new affiliates that meet our requirements. What Affiliate Outreach Volunteers would do: This is open to discussion, if others have further ideas, but the basic level would be bump up any advertisement we have on a specific board in whatever affiliates you care to watch. Potentially, if there are some affiliates who want more in-depth interactions with us (New Dawn has expressed such a desire, for example), then an Affiliate Outreach Volunteer might set up things like cross-platform games, art contexts, etc. But that would be for those specifically interested in such things. I see a majority would like more info. Alright, here's at least a general thought of how I'd like it to go and how it would go here: Interest: Once I have any volunteers who might be interested, I'll go through the list of the existing ones and work out who has or is willing to have advertisement on their pages. I will also, for those who are interested in a more intricate and cross-server interaction, inquire about that as well. Going to other affiliates: A majority are on Discord, so that should be relatively easy if someone already has an account. It wouldn't ask others to join an extra site unless they are already a member of it. For the ones who allow adverts, volunteers could have as much or as little interaction with the affiliate as they'd like, just bumping up the advert every x amount of time that they can. Affiliates and us: They'll be able to advertise here under the same principle as this.Other ways to associate with affiliates: If there are affiliates who might want to do some activities and there are volunteers who want to handle more of a chatty position with others, then if there are affiliates who want to do activities between our server, then that's what these volunteers would discuss and finalize with these partners. For an example, if a server wants to interact with us more, than suggestions on what might work as a fun activity or interaction would be a good start. (Art context, Among Us game, Never-Have-I-Ever, what have you.) That would pretty much be it. |

For now this is just an interest check, so I haven't asked yet (it would be too big of a job to do myself, so unless I have people I've held off asking). But most of the forums are okay with it, as well as three Discords that I can think of off the top of my head.

mintedstar/furI'd be down to do some of the discords now that this setup works ^^ just send me over to whatever ones you need connections with and I'm good to roll either names/join codes here or send inv over discord (to the discord that's linked to wcf disc, not the one I use in wff/shadow's server)

Swear I haven't forgotten about this. Last couple days have been buuuuuusy and tomorrow will be the same. To answer your question, we have 23 servers linked, but of course not all allow advertisements. I'll get you some server links in juuuuuuust a bit. Gotta catch up with my crazy life @.@ |

Would depend on if you can affiliate with BlogClan. From my understanding it was one of the Erins who run it. ^^ I'm not a mod on BlogClan. I'm only a warrior. I go in between BlogClan and Wcrpforums. Question? What do you mean by affiliate? |
