Mistclan Intro
The mysterious, the deadly, and the cunning
The mist billows and flows around you, blocking your vision. The cold of the droplets seeps into your pelt, sending goosebumps down your sides…. “Hello?! “ You call. A shiver racks your form, and you puff out your coat to try to get rid of the chill.
“Hello…… stranger” A voice growls, from within the swirling clouds. Your blood runs cold, and you slide your claws out.
“Who are you” You hiss back. A large, hulking shape stalks out of the mist and into your view, his head held high and proud, his eyes cunning and mesmerizing.
“My name…. Is StagStar. You are on my territory he growls, as he pads closer. “Leave….Or join” He orders as his tail curls.
So…. What is your choice?
Territory
MistClan is situated on a open field,with trees clustered around the edges. They have a large territory,that includes the trees,a near by waterfall (the cause of the mist) as well as lots of ponds,and streams scattered throughout. New trees are constantly growing,and patches of small trees are everywhere, creating lots of hollows for training,sleeping,etc.
Bordering Groups
Camp
The leader's den which is a small cave right next to a tall pine tree, has room for only two cats inside it.
The warrior's den is a big cave on the other side of the leader's den, it has room for a lot of cats in it, and in an area of camp where room can be added if needed.
The apprentice's den is on the other side of the leader's den before you get to the warrior's den and right next to the nursery. It is a cave just a little bit smaller then the warriors den.
The nursery is right next to the warrior's den and apprentice's den. It is one of the safest places in camp. The elder's den and Medicine cat den are in a linked cave on the other side of the MistClan camp.
Moon Hollow
The Moon Hollow is about a days travel from camp, a hollow in the woods where water gathers every time it rains. This is where clan leaders goes to get there 9 lives, and where medicine cats go to consult with StarClan.
Rules
-Follow all Forum rules
-If you have a more important role, you must be more active then an average member, as characters in power will be needed for many things.
-Do not kill another user's cat without permission from the owner of the cat.
-You can only RP your cats unless another user has given you permission to RP with theirs.
-You can not mentor your own characters. this way, it allows more interaction between clan members
-No kit stealing.
-Please notify me if you want to have something large to happen, such as a patrol fight, badger/fox attack, etc.
-Out of roleplay conversation should be done in; []. {}. or ().
-No making perfect/unnaturally coloured(pink, purple, green, etc)/supernaturally gifted cats. Accessories are not allowed either. (some exceptions may apply later on, ask if you want to discuss this)
-No cats with impossible backstories. (some exceptions may apply, message me to discuss if this is wanted)
-Half-Clan cats, forbidden relationships, and prophesies need to be run by me first.
-Be active or you will be deleted after two weeks. If you have an excuse to be gone, I will allow it.
-Do not make only apprentice characters, please. Try to even out the ratio with warriors, as a lot of the time we run out of mentors for the large amount of apprentices.
-Kits must have mothers.
-There is no limit to number of character, but please make as many as you can handle.

Mistclan Warrior Code
[The Warrior Code:]
1. Defend your clan even at the cost of your life. 2.Elders, queens, and kits must be fed before apprentices and warriors. Unless they have permission, apprentices may not eat until they have hunted to feed the elders. If any warrior or apprentice is sick or injured, they may eat while the elders, queens, and kits are eating. 3. Prey is killed to be eaten, give thanks to Starclan for it. 4. A kit must be six moons old to be a apprentice. 5.Newly appointed warriors will keep a silent vigil for one night after receiving their warrior name. 6. A cat cannot be made deputy without having mentored at least one apprentice. 7.The deputy will become Clan leader when the leader dies, retires, or is exiled. 8.After the death, retirement, promotion (to a leader status), or exile of the deputy, the new deputy must be chosen before moonhigh. 9.Boundaries must be checked and marked daily. Challenge all trespassing cats. 10. No warrior can neglect a kit in pain or danger, even if the kit is an outsider. 11.The word of the Clan leader is the warrior code. 12. An honorable warrior does not need to kill other cats to win their battles, unless it is necessary for self-defense. 13.A warrior rejects the soft life of a kittypet. 14. Medicine cats may not have a mate or kits, as they must be able to heal all cats equally. 15.Kits must stay in camp until they are apprenticed, and are not allowed to hunt. 16.The safety of the Clan as a whole is more important than the safety of one cat. 17.Cats cannot eat when going to the Starcave to speak with Starclan. 18.An apprentice must travel to the Starcave at least one time with their leader or medicine cat before being named a warrior. 19. A warrior is never to harm a kit or leave a kit in harms way, no matter where they come from. 20.The code is flexible about leadership challenges. Cats may challenge a weak or cruel leader if their Clan is in danger, and if their leadership threatens the Clan, the code expects a warrior to challenge their leader.

Personality: A sweet name for a sweet she-cat. She is a joyous soul that loves taking care of others and making them happy. She doesn’t take criticism well and is easily intimidated.
History: Born with only one eye it was decided very early on that she would train to be a Medicine Cat. Unlike most to be found in her predicament Sweetkit was ecstatic to become a healer rather than a fighter. Her enthusiasm led to her becoming an apprentice earlier than normal and Sweetpaw couldn’t have been happier. As she aged however it sunk in that she could never take a mate or have kits. A she-cat with all the love to give found it a hard pill to swallow, however she takes it day by day and tries not to think on it.

The tom has kept to himself most his life through he doesn’t go out of his way to avoid his clan mates, instead he glides through his life like a shadow. Where others go he simply follows. He hunts when asked and fights when told, he enjoys the mindlessness.

Elmsong- 40 moons | A large, fluffy dark brown tom with lighter brown along his neck, chest, underbelly, and tail. He has darker brown, almost black, on his paws, ears, and tail-tip. His eyes are yellow-green. Elmsong is quiet, but not in a shy or brooding way, in a kind of calm and self-assured way. He shows his emotions, like anger, happiness, resentment, annoyance, curiosity, etc but it all seems toned-down, though he doesn't intentionally try to hide his emotions. He's steady and calculating, and prefers time alone to think. He doesn't seek out conflict, ambition, or adventure, mainly the opposite, he wants things to be as peaceful as possible. He wanted to be a medicine cat when he was a kit but the role of medicine cat apprentice was already filled then, and he still thinks about it sometimes, but now he is resigned to being a warrior. Name: Hareslip

Physical Description: A pale brown tom with darker flecks, a lighter undercoat, and amber eyes. His fluffy pelt hides a tall, lanky frame.
Personality: Confident and a bit happy-go-lucky, Hareslip is a lighthearted but capable tom. Though not hugely ambitious, he holds his own and largely is able to get by on natural talent. Despite his lack of focus, Hareslip is a loyal tom and quick to help any clanmate in need. His playful nature makes him quite popular with younger warriors and apprentices, but a bit of an annoyance to more serious cats. He has only good intentions, but shirks away from too much responsibility.

History: The only kit born to his elderly, now deceased, parents, Hareslip now has a bit of a bad habit of looking for parental figures in older warriors and tends to get very attached to his friends.

She can feel awkward around her peers but, when at ease, reveals a snarky, goofy personality. Though she finds hunting a bit boring at times, she takes great pride in her fighting skills.

History: She joined the clan at seven moons old after being separated from her littermates and mother, all loners. She secretly still holds out hope of being reunited with them, but never speaks of them and is quick to change the subject when others bring them up; Not being clanborn is a bit of a sore spot for her.

Name: LostMist Rank: Queen Age: 26 moons Physical Description:a calico coated fluffy female. her ears are a bit large for her overall body, which is on the smaller side. though the fluffiness of her pelt hides it. her face is split down the middle color wise, with left half being mostly black with some stripes of a pale orange, and the right half is the same pale orange as the stripes. her eyes are 2 different colors as well, the left is orange while the right is green. this is due to a genetic mutation in her. Personality: LostMist is a kind hearted cat. she always trusts, usually a little to easily, and is the first to see the bright side of things. she doesnt like to fight, though she has the skills if she needs them, and prefers to hunt, where she excels. Personality: Eager to please, Beetlekit wants to be the best warrior he can be! Headstrong and fiery, this small tom is always up to something but is quick to beat himself up when he gets in trouble. He desperately wants a chance to prove himself and upsets easily when teased for his small size.

Name: Sealpaw Rank: Medicine cat apprentice Age: 10 moons Physical Description: Sealpaw is a shorthaired, but fluffy smoky gray tom with darker gray flecks from his shoulders to his lower back. His pelt has a slight brown glance at the base of the hairs on his pelt. His ears are a little oversized and he has long white whiskers, which frame his round, kind face. His eyes are lined with black and have a deep hazel brown color. Sealpaw has a tall frame, long legs and a long tail. Personality: Sealpaw is a goofy and fun-loving tom, he is always up for some mischief and messing around. He has a good set of brains on his shoulders and is an easy learner, though his laidback nature could make him come across as lazy. Sealpaw never really quite fit in as a warrior’s apprentice, always taking time to sniff flowers and getting lost in deep thoughts. He’d rather be out swimming or catching some sunrays while snoozing. With the right encouragement Sealpaw could grow up to be a great medicine cat. Crush/Mate: - History: Born and raised clancat. She’s known for taking risks, which not always sits well with her clanmates. Darksky is more of a loner anyway. Personality:
Rosekit could be described as a real chatterbox. She loves talking – a lot - and she’s quite nosy. Growing up with four siblings has made her a social she-cat and she enjoys having company. Rosekit can be somewhat naive at times, in which she takes after her mom Lostmist.

Personality: He is very quiet and keeps to himself, tries to be as polite and respectful as possible which sometimes bores or annoys others around him, especially those older than him. He can open up a bit more with other apprentices, and has a sarcastic sense of humour. He takes his responsibilities seriously, but often suppresses his own cleverness and curiosity because he feels expected to just take directions from cats with more authority.
