Frenchie here, so I'll cover the translations for the French editions, but it would be cool to see additions from other countries here too!
I'll provide a summary of general translation principles, then a list of names that vary from their original.
One of the biggest differences with English is the apprentices names. Aside from the fact the suffixes are detached from their roots.
As you know, apprentices are normally 'paws. But in French they are... 'clouds. I don't know where that comes from. Plus that translation does not reflect the fact the paw suffix probably comes from the Ancients' name for apprentices, "softpaws".
This also means that warrior characters who have "cloud" in their original name can't keep it. No Fernclouds or Cloudtails. Except in the latter's kit name.
Kits have also been strange. First, it was translated as "little". Like, Cloudkit was Petit Nuage, which translates to... Little Cloud.
Then, for some reason, the kits got the equivalent of -paw, -foot or -leg for some. Bramblekit was Patte d'Épines. Tawnykit was Patte d'Or. That would be Thistlepaw and Goldenpaw, Thistleleg and Goldenpaw also work, as the French "patte" can both refer to just the animal's digits or the whole leg. When Willowpelt's litter was born, it switched back to "little".
Obviously, the problem is that "leg" and "little" can also be part of warrior names. Mistyfoot was Patte de Brume. By the way, the switch back to "little" occurred just as she got more relecant in TPB. We still got names like "Petit Orage" (Little Storm" for Littlecloud.
Funnily enough, Leafpool had, as a kit, the same name Spottedleaf had as an adult: both were "Petite Feuille" until Leafkit became an apprentice.
Another thing is that -tail is, 99% of the time, translated into -feather. I guess it's to sound more poetic than "queue" and a play on a cat's tail sometimes having the shape of a feather. Most transpositions are more simple. Some suffixes are never really translated, just changed to something similar pertaining to the cat's appearance.
Now, on to a list.
Feel free to request a name absent from the list.
Bluefur - Lune Bleue (Blue Moon)
Spottedleaf - Petite Feuille (Little Leaf)
Redtail - Plume Rousse (Red Feather)

Tawnypelt - Pelage d'Or (Golden Pelt)
Ferncloud - Fleur de Bruyère (Fernflower)

Leafpool - Feuille de Lune (Moon Leaf)
Feathertail - Jolie Plume (Pretty Feather)
Crowpaw/feather - Nuage Noir, Plume de Jais (Black Cloud, Jet Black Feather)
Rowanclaw - Pelage Fauve (Tawny Pelt... lol)
Hawkfrost - Plume de Faucon (Hawk Feather)
Mothpaw/wing - Nuage de Chenille, Papillon (Caterpillar Cloud and just Butterfly)
Honeyfern - Pelage de Miel (Honey Fur)
Daisy - Chipie (Minx, but also translates to brat or bitch...)
That's all for now! I'll just add Jayfeather (Oeil de Geai, aka Jay Eye) and Lionblaze (Pelage de Lion, Lion Pelt).
Jayfeather wasn't named Plume de Geai because it would ironically sound exactly the same as his father's French name, Plume de Jais. Leafpool herself noted "Geai" sounded like "Geai", so that pronounciation was still used as the "named after your father" part instead of -feather.
