(im so bored and need something to do! so just throw out a random character, human, cats, dragon, dog any thing goes!)

whisp/shadow creature/nonbinary/ Whisp is a short shadow creature, totally black and almost human looking but never taller than 5 feet never smaller than 3 feet. they're very excitable which sometimes gets them into trouble/ Thee Owl Theydy
Caster / Human / Male / An averagely built man with blonde hair and light blue eyes. / Rumor
Alex/Android/Nil/ Alex is mostly a shiny, porcelain white, but has gold highlights. It has a decorative red feather on it's head, and a screen for a face. He cannot produce sound, and must communicate with visuals, but understands most languages. It has armor on the joints, chest, hips, and head. On some of the armor, like on the front of the hips, back of the head, and chest, he has parts that can open. He has 3 lights in his chest that indicate power level, and solar panel crests, one on each side of the head. His eft hand is broken. The legs are like a goats, but with 2-toed feet. The neck doesn't connect to the head under the chin, but in the center of the back of it./ ShadowFlame

Cobweb Snow fell lightly from the dark gray sky, each snowflake danced lazily with the soft breeze before landing onto the frozen earth. Cobweb's ears flicked as she watched the snow fall. Back in the city she rarely saw snow this white and pristine. Her icy blue eyes flicked from the falling snow to the vast forest before her. She had heard of many creature living out there. Dragons, wolves, unicorns all sorts of things. Cobwebs whiskers twitched as she thought. Her gaze flicked from the vast forest to the small town behind her. Snow had already blanketed the small town, each roof glistening white and gray in the dim winters light. The young she-cat sighed softly and got to her paws. It was to dangerous. She turned and was about to wonder back to her town when she suddenly felt watched. She froze, the feathers along her back bristled as the feeling became much more stronger.

Whisp didn't hate the snow per say but it did make it harder for them to get around. The shadow beast was thankful for the few trees that they had slithered around to make their trip a little faster. It was up in one of the trees that Whisp had noticed something walking further down in the snow
'A friend!' Whisp thought excitedly as they watched from the tree tops
Suddenly the shadow dropped from their watching place and down in front of the cat
"Hi I'm Whisp!" They practically shouted
(I hope this is okay, Whisp is pretty much like a shadow person but small)

Cobweb nearly leaped out of her fur at the sudden appearance of wisp. The she-cat leaped back, her fur and feathers now on end. She stared at the creature for a long second before speaking. "Y-you scared the soul right out of me." She stuttered out. She had quickly assumed this new creature was friendly. As it didn't try to attack her right away. Cobweb sighed softly and sat down. "Hello, im cobweb." Cobweb stated softly.

The snow didn't bother Caster, what did bother him was that he was late for his swordfighting lesson. Racing across the frosty ground Caster's satchel made an obnoxious clinking sound as it hit his belt. His eyes lit up as he heard he soft sound of talking. Turning his head, he saw a cat and.. someone else. Slowing his pace, he headed toward the cat and.. creature. "Who are you two?" He asked, hoping that he still could talk to animals.

Whisp was so happy, just as they were about to speak to Cobweb again someone else appeared, "I am Whisp! The mighty shadow beast!" They said standing up tall and puffing out their chest, "Who're you? Where are you two going? Do you live here? Oh oh oh!"
Tiny 3 foot tall Whisp ran around the snow sputtering out a bunch of questions and the cat and the human

Castor blinked in surprise. "Shadow beast?" He asked, confused. He had heard of strange things going on around the town, but Caster never could have imagined something like this. "My name is Castor." He quickly reminded himself where he kept his baton, just in case. However the creature turning hostile seemed insanely unlikely. Castor refrained himself from answering the rest of Whisp's questions. Because.. well.. he didn't have a good reason to, but just in case.

Cobweb watched the small creature bound about sputtering out questions. Its joy est personality made the she cat smile slightly. Suddenly a new voice spoke, sending the she-cat leaping back. She had been so caught up in talking to Wisp she had not heard the human approach. Cobwebs eyes scanned the human quickly, she had never spoke to a human before, usually they would chase her away or yell at her. "Cobweb." She stated plainly. Her gaze flicked back to Wisp. The shadow bounded about kicking up small puffs of snow.

Castor nodded at Cobweb. He crouched down, trying to get to eye level with Cobweb and Whisp. Strangely enough, Castor easily relaxed around Whisp. Something about them just gave off an innocent vibe. Suddenly aware that he looked ridiculous. Castor glanced around for any humans. He didn't know if talking to a cat and Shadow Beast was really that unusual, but Castor assumed it was. He also never told anyone about being able to understand animals, and he wanted to keep it that way.

Whisp wiggled a little bit of their energy out and started to settle down a bit more, "It's not every day I meet a cat and a human. Though the human thing seems a little stranger."
Whisp titled their head to the side as they studied Castor, "I do have shelter not far from here, I don't know what y'all are up to but it is quite freezing out here"
A cold wind blew as they spoke

Cobweb nodded to Wisp. I was very strange. Humans usually could not speak to cats or other mythical creatures. The young she-cat wrapped her long tail around her paws to keep from getting a chill from the frigid wind. "How can you speak to us?" She asked quizzically. She wasn't trying to be rude mostly she was utterly confused on how this seemingly random human could speak to bother of them. "Where you cursed?" she added. Her gaze flicked over to Wisp and back to the human.

"Not cursed, just.." Castor looked for the right word. "Gifted." He did sometime feel it was a curse. As he had heard some things that he wish he could forget, but overall he loved being able to communicate with other species. "I was born this way, I think." Castor sighed, he disliked having to explain this, yet it always happened. "It comes as naturally as english." Caster realized the creatures problably didn't know what he meant. "Nevermind, off topic but, how are you both both not freezing to death from touching the snow?"

Cobweb nodded softly. She never knew humans could be born was interesting abilities like that. She had only thought creatures could be given those powers. Her whiskers twitched at the question. She lifted her paw and touched the scarf around her neck. "I have a scarf." She said simply. "What are you doing out here?" She questioned l. "Humans usually dont do well in the cold."

Alex Alex was walking, it's long, unarmored legs and wide two-toed feet braving the snow and cold. Alex was moving slower than usual, gears being frosted over. The screen displayed a very simple face that showed frustration. Alex wished that they didn't have to deal with being homeless, having been unable to speak, as well as a prototype that had broken rather quickly. Plus, there was some reason that was hinted at that Alex could never quite figure out... Alex was still walking, trying to find shelter when it saw a strange sight. A cat, a human, and some strange shadow thing. Alex ran as fast as possible to the group, wanting help and shelter. Once it reached the group, Alex stamped on the snow quickly and loudly to alert the group of its presence. |

Whisp looked down at the snow and stomped around in place a little, "Honestly I barely feel the cold," they explained, "if anything I can't stand the heat more than the cold. The cold makes me more solid or something"
It was a confusing concept to try to explain as Whisp wasn't entirely sure themself, they just knew never to stay in the heat and sun too long
Whisp was about to ask Castor the same question Cobweb did when a loud sound startled them
"I swear this must be the meeting spot for every creature or something"

Cobweb stared at the machine with large glassy eyes. Today had started out so normal but here she was, between a shadow creature a human and a android. Now all she wanted to do was curl up and sleep under a house. Her gaze turned to Wisp. "You can say that again." she mumbled softly. She then began to wonder. Can a android understand a cat? The she-cat tilted her head. "Hello." She said softly.

Looking up at the machine, Caster gaped. It wasn't every day you got to meet a cat, a shadow, and an android. "Hello." His gaze scanned the android, looking for any symbol to lead back to it's maker. When he saw nothing, Caster looked back up at the android's screen, "What's your name?"

(Forgot to mention, but Alex has 7 fingers, two of which are opposable thumbs, one on each side.)
Alex raised a hand and did a rather slow wave, gears grinding against snow. Despite unable to speak, Alex understood most languages, and mostly aimed the wave at the cat. Alex pointed to itself and on the screened face, Alex displayed an A, followed by an L, before replacing it with E, then X. It then pointed at itself again and displayed a picture of a house surrounded by a red circle with a line through it, a practically universal sign for homeless, before displaying a sad face, just to be clear.

Whisp titled their head as they slowly tried to read what Alex was displaying on their screen, "Awww he doesn't have a home" whisp said with a sad frown
"Well Mr Robot," Whisp wasn't exactly well equipped with letters, "You can join us back at my house too if everyone is done being cold" they suggested again
It seemed best they they all got aquatinted better somewhere less cold and damp

Alex displayed a happy smile at Whisp's suggestion. He then pointed at Whisp and displayed a question mark, trying to ask, "Who are you?" or "What's your name?". Alex approached Whisp, broken left hand hanging and swinging by some wires, fingers destroyed. The 3 lights on the chest that displayed battery level were at a very low level, but not quite about to die: One light on at yellow. Alex looked down and saw it, and then looked up, the screen face displaying a very worried look. It then displayed a battery with an X over it. It was too cloudy to gain much power, and all of the displayed images, as well as trying to move in the snow so much, was using up too much power.
