it was a thing you'd see at like fairs and stuff
where they grease up a piglet and then a bunch of young kids need to try and catch it and if you catch it you get to keep the pig
and it's been banned bc animal rights people are like "that's cruel to the piglet" when it's really not and they treat the animals very well and the piglet doesn't suffer from any injuries or anything
so
I'd never actually seen one happen but I guess I never will rip

That's dumb. How could grease harm pigs?

I thought this said 'pig scrabble' and I was like 'where can I see pigs playing scrabble and why is it banned now'

what the heck that's the weirdest thing ever but i really need this in my town
i went to a place where they have a tradition of catching a wild goat every year and putting a crown on its head in front of a large crowd and it was banned bc apparently it was cruel. well i mean catching a wild goat is cruel tbh. now they just do it with a farm goat.

Ugh, lemme guess, the PETA psychos attacked. That actually does sound a little harmful to the piglet, but only if you throw it too hard or someone doesn't catch it. Otherwise, I'm chill with it.

It isn't even throwing the piglet Its like in a little pen And its running around trying to escape the children

what they do to them in slaughterhouses is a lot worse than putting grease on a pig if they're so concerned abt the pig's wellbeing [the pig that would've otherwise been the bacon on ur wendy's baconator] why don't they make ontario the vegan province where eating meat is illegal
