Phew so much to read. RIP Flip x Fly, didn't even last a book. But it seems Flip x Feather has potential, which honestly I do prefer.
That rockslide scare, worried me though, holy carp.
I didn't like the idea of BloodClan returning, but it's an interesting plot for Graystripe's character I suppose.
Gray thinking about Millie and Silver being together in StarClan? So poly confirmed, or?
Also, it's great that Gray finally got to meet the rest of his kin, I'm glad.
Dustpelt is so good...I just...I really love him. I'm happy to see him, Cinderpelt, Longtail and even Ashfur again, lol.

Chapter 11: Now Graystripe is telling the Tribe he's leaving. Stormfur's hurt and a bit angry. He says that Graystripe is his kin, and he'd always be welcome, hoping Graystripe would stay with them forever. Part of Graystripe wants to, but he knows he can't. He wonders how different the lives of Stormfur and Feathertail could be if he stayed in RiverClan. He wonders what could have happened if Silverstream had lived, and they were able to have a real family. He tells Stormfur that he needs to go to the Moonstone, and Stormfur asks why. Graystripe awkwardly says he saw a kind of sign on the rock last night based on the moonlight's reflection, and Stormfur retorts that you can see all kinds of things based on the reflection of moonlight. Graystripes says it was different, and he saw Feathertail. Stormfur is surprised, and asks how she was. Graystripe says she's well, and it seemed like she was showing him the Moonstone. Stormfur says he doesn't see what good it would possibly do. Graystripe says that Stoneteller can still contact the Tribe of Endless Hunting. He argues that perhaps StarClan itself isn't blocked, but rather, the Moonpool.
Stormfur looks confused. Graystripe says that if he can try and contact StarClan at the Moonstone, he can be told how to fix it at the Moonpool. Stormfur doesn't agree, but wishes Graystripe well. Stormfur says he missed RiverClan's old territory, and Graystripe reminds him that it won't be like that anymore, since the twolegs came. Graystripe says he's prepared, but he's worried the Moonstone may not even be there anymore. Stormfur admits it might be possible, he asks Graystripe that after he's done that, if he could consider settling down in the tribe.
Graystripe says he'll think about it.
Stormfur asks if Flipclaw will be coming. Graystripe doesn't think he will, but figures he should go ask. Flipclaw is feeling better, and admits to Graystripe he wants to go back to ThunderClan. He doesn't want to stay with the tribe. He likes it there and likes all the cats, but he doesn't like having his life being put in danger constantly by ledges and rockslides. Flipclaw says ThunderClan is his home, and he belongs there. Brook says that when Flipclaw is feeling up to it, they'll give him an escort down the mountain so he can go back to ThunderClan. Flipclaw says he can just follow their scent trail back.
Some time later, Graystripe is thanking the tribe cats for helping him and Flipclaw. Graystripe suddenly recalls that Stormfur told him about a rogue tom asking for him by name. Stoneteller got Lark and Pine specifically to help Graystripe navigate down the mountain. Graystripe and Stormfur bid farewell, and Graystripe knows he's going to miss his kin in the tribe.
As Graystripe travels alone now, he remembers saying farewell to Lark and Pine and recalls when he and Millie travelled together. Thinking of her makes Graystripe miss her again, and knows that without her, he wouldn't be where he was right now. He decides to hunt, and catches a mouse. Then, he spots Highstones. Seeing Highstones makes Graystripe excited, and he accidentally wanders onto a Thunderpath, almost getting hit by a monster. He hides, and the twolegs step out of the monster, looking for Graystripe. He realizes that they're searching for him, and remembers the fear of capture during his time with Millie in twolegplace. He remembers how she gave him hope, and knows that no matter what happens, he will find his way back to ThunderClan as he and her did before. The twolegs give up their search, and Graystripe silently leaves his hiding place and continues on his way.

So Flipclaw is going home to TC. I wonder what happened to Flywhisker, Snaptooth and Thornclaw.
Aw, Stormfur wants Graystripe to stay in the Tribe. I don't know if that will happen, but anything is possible.

Oh man, I love how this sounds so far! You're a total godsend for writing these summaries
I'm surprised they confirmed Feather as a tom when it seems like Flipclaw could move on and be with him, lol.
EDIT: Nevermind, Flipclaw's going home. I wish they'd introduce another semi-canon gay couple, since RavenBarley and TallJake were so long ago now

Chapter 12: Then Graystripe leaves the warriors den, and he sees that the camp actually looks happy. Spiderkit and Shrewkit are playing, but knows that even their thorn barrier wouldn't stop a determined attacker. He knows BloodClan won't give up, and that they're watching and waiting. Brackenfur comes back from a border patrol. He reports nothing unusual. Graystripe thinks to himself that it was nice of ShadowClan to warn them of BloodClan. Graystripe calls to Cloudtail and asks if he's doing anything. Cloudtail says he wants to get Rainpaw back into routine, as he hadn't been in one since Willowpelt died. Graystripe says he thinks he has something more exciting than that, and asks Rainpaw if he'd like to visit WindClan and RiverClan. Rainpaw perks up and says he'd like that. Graystripe leads Cloudtail and Rainpaw to WindClan, and they wait at the border. It's chilly and cold, so Cloudtail remarks that he sees why they're called WindClan. Eventually, a patrol consisting of Onewhisker, Webfoot, and Runningbrook greet them. Graystripe says they have something important to discuss with Tallstar. The patrol leads them into WindClan territory, and Rainpaw's astonished over WindClan's camp. Tallstar greets them, and Graystripe notes his age. Tallstar has slow, delicate movements, a graying muzzle, but still a formidable warrior. Graystripe begins to explain BloodClan, but Tallstar interrupts him and asks if they're causing trouble again, stunned since he thought they dealt with them permanently. Graystripe replies not thoroughly enough, and asks if WindClan has scented BloodClan. Tallstar denies, but he sees Graystripe's semi-healed wounds and remarks that ThunderClan clearly has.
Graystripe replies that they've made it clear that they're "interested" in ThunderClan territory, but they showed them that ThunderClan won't give it up without a fight. Tallstar exclaims that ThunderClan is always fighting, and asks how Firestar is. Graystripe lies that he's much better. Graystripe admits to himself that he isn't a good liar, but know he can't let the other Clans know the truth. Tallstar says to give Firestar his good wishes, and says they'll be on the lookout for BloodClan. Graystripe is glad he didn't take the "advice" to strike WindClan first, and thinks that maybe he does have leader's instincts. Rainpaw is in awe over WindClan territory as they leave, and they head to RiverClan. Graystripe tells Rainpaw and Cloudtail to stay close to him and be careful of what they say. Leopardstar isn't like Tallstar. If she gets one whiff of weakness from ThunderClan, she'll use it to take Sunningrocks. As they wait at RiverClan territory, Stormfur and Heavystep spot them. Stormfur greets him and is in shock at Graystripe's wounds, asking him if he was fighting a fox.
Graystripe replies it's worse than that, and asks to speak to Leopardstar. As they approach RiverClan's island, he knows that although his kits live there, it isn't his home. He spots Mistyfoot, who, luckily, resembles her mother Bluestar with the same thick blue-gray fur and blue eyes. Leopardstar approaches and without any friendliness, asks what they're doing here.
Graystripe tells her of BloodClan, and Leopardstar gets kind of mad, saying that they're warriors and can handle anything. If they have to fight them again, then they'll do that. She asks what Firestar thinks of it, and Graystripe lies that it was more or less the same thing she said. Leopardstar asks what was wrong with Firestar again, and Graystripe wonders if Leopardstar is trying to catch him in a lie. Graystripe says it was whitecough, that progressed to greencough. It god so bad that he almost lost a life. Cloudtail glares at Graystripe, and he realizes he took the lie too far. Leopardstar remarks that it's odd to have caught greencough in greenleaf, and it's rather unfortunate. Graystripe knows how badly he's handling the conversation. He knows that Leopardstar either doesn't believe him, or thinks Firestar's condition is much worse and how she can turn it to RiverClan's advantage.
Graystripe says they should be going, and Leopardstar says they'll tell them if they scent or see BloodClan. Mistyfoot orders Stormfur and Feathertail to escort the three out of their territory. As they leave, Rainpaw says to Feathertail and Stormfur that he remembers when they were in ThunderClan as apprentices (they weren't though?) and Stormfur replies he remembers when Rainpaw was a kit (Rainpaw was born after those two joined RiverClan though?), and they exchange some banter. Cloudtail says at the stepping stones that Rainpaw can demonstrate some new hunting moves to him. Rainpaw is enthusiastic and bids farewell to Stormfur and Feathertail. Cloudtail takes Rainpaw away, and Graystripe knows Cloudtail wanted him to have some time with his kits. Graystripe says he's proud of the warriors they became, and says he wishes Silverstream was around to see them now. As he leaves them, his heart breaks as he can rarely see them. He hopes that one day, that he, Stormfur, and Feathertail could be together again.

It's nice seeing Runningbrook. I still wonder what happened to her since she just vanished altogether from the series.
And yes, Stormfur and Feathertail were in TC as apprentices in TDH as refuges, which also had Rainwhisker as a kit during that book.

Chapter 13: Now Graystripe thinks it's strange to arrive at Highstones without the taste of traveling herbs on his tongue. He feels overcome with a longing to see Yellowfang and Cinderpelt again. As he climbs the peak of Highstones, he knows he's a bit older than he was when he did it last, but he hasn't seen anymore twolegs. As he reaches the top, he sees the river, the gorge, and the waterfall. He sees the Thunderpath, and the rooftops of Barley's farm. He thinks about Barley and knows he'd love to see him again, but knows he should find the Moonstone first. He then remembers Ravenpaw, and misses him. But he knows that Barley must probably miss him more.
Beyond the farm, Graystripe sees so many twoleg nests that he can't even tell where ThunerClan's territory could possibly be. Thunderpaths snake among the nests, with monsters everywhere. The woodland is gone, along with most of the moorland that WindClan had. Graystripe's...chilled and realizes that there seems to be no trace of the Clans left in the territories.
He can't see the Mothermouth, but he knows where it is from his position. An owl tries to attack him, but he evades it. As he goes down, he sees that nothing looks familiar. He's disorientated and doesn't know where he is. Some monsters wake up, and he weaves around them. After evading them, he meets a plump tabby-and-white kittypet staring at him. The kittypet is a she-cat and Graystripe says he's looking for Mothermouth, but he can't find it. She has no idea what he means. He tries to explain it, but she still doesn't understand and Graystripe just gives up.
As he travels, he concludes he must be somewhere on WindClan territory, but he isn't too sure. He tries to concentrate and find his way there, but to no avail. He travels more in Twolegplace. He knows he's on former Clan territory, but it feels like even his body has forgotten the place. Graystripe tries to scent some prey, but he loses it to some dogs. Cold, hungry, and lost, Graystripe curls up and realizes that nothing is like it used to be, and wonders if it was a mistake to come back, and he goes to sleep. As he goes to sleep, he dreams of Millie's death, and it's shown in a flashback.

Ouch, my heart! Poor Graystripe. But it's also great to see that Millie apparently did make amends with her kits besides just playing with her grandkits that one time and that Briarlight (unsurprisingly) came to take her mother to StarClan.

As Graystripe wakes up, he knows he dreams about Millie's death often and it's hard for him to get past it. However, he does know that Millie hadn't died in the way he dreamed. He never saw Briarlight come to take Millie and he never saw Millie's spirit leave her body. His heart swells with joy as he remembers how much he loves Silverstream and Millie, and how beautiful they both had been. Apparently she had never said "You must never give up" either. He thinks like it's almost like she can see him now, but then wonders if she actually good. He wonders if there's just too much hope in the fact that Millie had come to his dream to deliver a message. He isn't sure if it's true or not, but he'd like to believe it is. He says aloud that he won't let her down.
As he wakes up fully, he scents the familiar scent of the river. He scales a tree and sees the waterfall and the old twoleg bridge. He also sees Sunningrocks. It strikes him that he's on ThunderClan territory. Or what used to be it. He tries to stay focused and find the Moonstone, but his heart tells him to visit RiverClan territory. It's early so he figures there isn't much harm in doing it. He catches a rabbit, and eats it all. He realizes for some reason he's keeping his senses alert, as if he's expecting a warrior to spot him. Before he can step off the bridge, a yowl catches him off guard and a young she-cat, the size of an apprentice, barrels into him from a bush. She has green eyes, and pins him down, asking if he surrenders.

So that thing with Briarlight coming for Millie and Millie's spirit leaving didn't actually happen. Noted. It's still sad, though. I wonder who this cat is. Clearly not someone Graystripe knows. I mean, she's apprentice sized. So that's a given. Unless she was the runt of the litter like Scourge was. Idk. Nice to know she has green eyes. Maybe she's Ice from TR? Lol, jk.

They both gave him kits, they both loved him
I feel like this is definitely hinting towards sharing him.

Chapter 14: Then
Graystripe is leading ThunderClan to a gathering. He's brought ThunderClan's strongest warriors, who are in the order of which they're listed, Dustpelt, Cloudtail, Mousefur, Brackenfur, and Thornclaw. Brambleclaw's been brought too, but Graystripe notes he's a bit inexperienced, but he can rely on him regardless of his age. The cats are tense and Graystripe can't blame them. Graystripe mutters to Cinderpelt that BloodClan is out there somewhere, and she replies there isn't much they can do about them right now. Cinderpelt tries to console him, but Graystripe asserts that he knows there's trouble coming. As Graystripe leads them into Fourtrees and goes up to where Firestar sits, the other leaders are surprised, they obviously expected Firestar. Leopardstar asks if he's still sick, and Graystripe says he is. Leopardstar seems to want to ask more questions but she's shut down by Tallstar. Graystripe feels that "playing leader" seems strange and wrong. He sees Stormfur and Feathertail, and is happy that they seem to be content in RiverClan.
Blackstar goes first, and says confidently that they have rebuilt ShadowClan from the "scars of Tigerstar". Graystripe admires the different path in life that Blackstar took in contrast to Tigerstar, but doesn't trust him. Tallstar speaks next, and says they're doing well. Leopardstar says prey is running well. Blackstar remarks "Don't you mean, swimming?" and Graystripe thinks it's funny. Graystripe speaks next, and says all is well. He says that they had a bought of greencough, but Cinderpelt cured it and no cats died. Leopardstar asks if Firestar is improving, even if he's not present. Graystripe says he is.
Blackstar asks where Firestar is exactly, revealing that Russetfur reported to him that he wasn't in the camp when she and Rowanclaw told them about BloodClan. Graystripe lies that Firestar was out hunting when Russetfur and Rowanclaw came, and, despite Cinderpelt's orders, overtaxed himself. The other three leaders are unimpressed, and it's clear they all think he's hiding something. Tallstar asks if he's seriously ill, considering he sent his deputy to represent him twice now. Graystripe replies that he needs rest, and he'll answer all of their questions when he's ready. Blackstar asks "So you're sure he will be back...on his paws?" , and Graystripe assures him he will. He begins to suspect that Blackstar may be aware Firestar isn't even in the forest. Blackstar reminds everyone that Firestar was a kittypet, and asks if they can be so sure of where his true loyalties lie. Graystripe changes the subject to the birth of Whitekit, and everyone gets distracted with the news. Tallstar, after the cheering is over, asks Graystripe if he can tell them anything more about BloodClan. Graystripe says he hasn't, but informs Blackstar of the skirmish near the territory. Tallstar suggests that BloodClan is too big a threat to discuss once every moon, and they should pass on the news immediately if they get updates on BloodClan. The leaders get off the trees and Graystripe wonders if he's made ThunderClan seem vulnerable since he disclosed their skirmish with the rogues.
Graystripe steps down, and starts talking to Stormfur and Feathertail. It's their conversation from A Shadow in RiverClan. The wording is a bit off, but it's obviously the same scene. Stormfur goes off to talk with Graystripe's clanmates, and Graystripe starts talking to Feathertail, asking if she's happy in RiverClan. He offers her a place in ThunderClan if she's unhappy, Feathertail says she needs to find her place in RiverClan, etc. As they leave, Graystripe's paranoia (he's been frankly paranoid about BloodClan ever since the fight near the ThunderClan) kicks in and he wonders if there are eyes staring at him from the darkness, and wonders if BloodClan's out there watching him.

Chapter 15: Now
Graystripe asks what in StarClan she's doing, and he shakes her off. This cat doesn't smell like RiverClan, she smells like a kittypet. She's a tortoiseshell with a white chest and paws. He then realizes that there are actually six cats surrounding him, all young.
She accuses him of trespassing on their territory. She says they are, and I quote, "Fierce warrior cats, we don't take too kindly to trespassing!". Graystripe's caught off guard by the mention of warrior cats, and repeats the phrase. He doesn't believe her, as she looks quite obviously like a kittypet. She says that they are WarriorClan. "Clan cats have lived on this territory for seasons. You must either submit to our authority, or face our wrath!" A fluffy orange tom says he can join them in he's tough enough. Graystripe is actually amused by this, and asks what they do. A black-and-white tom yowls they fight. Orange kittypet says that they hang out on the territory because it's theirs. During the day, they hunt and fight. At night, they go back to their housefolk.
The tortoiseshell is named Monkeystar. According to her, it's the name her housefolk gave her. She's the "Clan leader". Bugeater is a tabby she-cat. Fireface is a ginger tom with unusually red fur around his face and ears. Bigteeth is the black and white tom. Clawwhistle is the fluffy orange tom. Chester is just a gray tom.
Graystripe is just...mindblown by the inclusion of Chester.
