1. Borage leaves stimulate milk production in nursing queens and can also be used to lower fever in cats generally.
2. Poor man's gauze.
3. Um... because they're... DEATHberries? Though ShadowClan is mentioned to use them for assisted suicide, so it is in their stock.
4. Yarrow is used to induce vomiting in cats that have swallowed something (else) poisonous.
5. Torturing ticks by drowning them in acid.
6. The magical cure for greencough that works 100% of the time with no problems. Also a low-grade hallucinogenic.
7. I learned all my herb knowledge from Jayfeather, I don't know what anything looks like, lol. Dock has a pungent scent and its leaves are long and spindly. The juice also stings upon contact.
8. Marigold is part of an anti-infection cocktail that is put on open wounds after they've been cleaned.
9. Horsetail is light green, tall(ish) with several tiny leaves that are essentially just needles. (I'm basing this off the picture in the TNP quest game, it could be a totally different plant, lol).
10. In the books they just say "comfrey mends broken bones". The more detailed process is that you splint the broken limb and then wrap it with comfrey overnight so the juice seeps into the skin and relieves pain.
