Greetings!
It's been several months since I did some cat roleplaying, and I've been feeling that itch again! I wanted to gauge the interest in making a multi-clan roleplay between 2-4 clans. If you would be willing to run one of these clans, please let me know so we can plan accordingly. We can come up with all of the original ideas together and work on them as a team, but each clan will have one admin.Base ideas:- These clans will be realistic. Aside from Starclan and all that comes with that, no special powers or particularly unique settings will be allowed. But don't worry, we'll still have lots of fun and creative ideas to keep things interesting!
- Semi-advanced, meaning roleplayers will be expected to post at least two paragraphs per post. If this is your style of writing, you would be a great candidate for an admin.
- Clan rivalries and alliances? If we can manage to get more than two clans underway, that means we can have disputes and alliances between them which I think would be fun.
- Setting is a traditional wild setting. This means that the clans can each be based in relatively unique territories, which we can discuss in further detail if/when more people sign on as helpers/admins.
- Anyone is welcome to help! This goes for anyone who would like to be involved (particularly if you are interested in important roles such as deputy, medicine cat, etc.) Also let me know if you would like to come up with plot ideas, as these will also be very helpful
- Just added: Clans will follow a name scheme of insects. More in the post below c:

- The Waterfall: The place where the clans meet to discuss important matters once a moon. A large pool fed by a waterfall set into the cliffs. Leaders stand on the cliffs to address the clans.
- Clans are created around a general theme?
Could be the trees in the territory or just general landmarks? Or birds in the areas such as eagles, owls, doves. Predators like foxes, eagles, pumas, bears, snakes, etc. Could also be a backstory that tells the story of the creation of the clans. We will be going with an insect naming theme just in an effort to keep the theme unique and recognizable c: I will be listing some of my ideas below. - Performance and art are an important part of the Clans' culture. When they gather every moon, one or two cats from each clan perform. Each clan specializes in a type of art. Diving/athletics for Waspclan. Storytelling for Mothclan? And song for Beetleclan?
Clan Ideas:These are some of the ideas I've come up with for clans. None of them are set in stone (again it might only be a 2-3 clan rp) and I'm not even sure which one I would run. If you have a particular interest in one or would like to run it, please let me know! I'm also totally open to new ideas, these are just to get the ball rolling. Other possible clans: Cricketclan, Locustclan, Mantisclan, etc.Spiderclan

- "We always have the high ground" they are difficult to attack because their territory is nearly impossible to navigate

Waspclan

- Near the base of a mountain, territory is heavily forested with trees, including weeping willows.
- Camp is built into the mountain in a series of grottos/caves surrounded by natural pools.
- "We bow to no one," known for their holier-than-thou attitudes and confidence

- A clan set in a heavily forested area of both evergreen and deciduous trees. Known for the wildflowers that bloom in the spring until late summer.
- Cats make homes in the large trees, roots/hollowed out trunks, etc.
- "We move with the wind," known for being difficult to read and very clever.

Beetleclan
run by: Brownie
- Clan based in a rocky meadow/plain. Their territory is more exposed than the other clans, but has some cover with an outcrop of boulders and a few trees.
- Camp is in the middle of the territory next to a small creek. They live around the boulders, under bushes, in an old rabbit warren.
- "We never relent," known for stubbornness and persistence.

Hey there! I'd be willing to run one of the Clans! Paticularly WillowClan since I already have some ideas  Also, if I ran one of the Clans, would it be alright if I claimed med cat apprentice in one of the other Clans? I just really enjoy rp, the two Clans I was part of seem to have been abandoned so I've been looking for something new :/ Edit: I don't think I'd be able to do more than five cats max though, just a heads-up. I'll be going back to school in a few weeks, so I'll probably have less time than I do rn |

Oh also, I forgot to mention this on the front page, but do you have a decent knowledge of coding? I will make the formats/layouts of the clans to keep the aesthetic unified, but the admins will have to run their own front pages and edit whatever layout we come up with. Will you be cool with that? I just like to ask early on so I don't put too much on your plate. Unfortunately I donโt know anything about coding, sorry :/ If it helps Iโve used a pre-coded layout before and know how to tweak it on the surface (like headings and titles and such)? I just donโt know how to change the pixel width/length or the color, things like that. Iโm sorry if that doesnโt make much sense, I wasnโt sure how to explain it ^^โ |

Okay, I'll let you decide what you can handle. I can do all of the main coding, all you'll have to do is edit in the information on the front page and paste in forms. So long as you'll be able to keep the front page going, you should be fine, but definitely let me know if you think that will be too challenging. I totally understand if so! Now that I think about it, maybe I should let someone else lead the clan. Iโd still totally join though! Iโm just not sure if Iโll be able to make the time to do all the extra stuff of managing the clan once school starts. Sorry :/ Iโd still be happy to help provide ideas and such, though. |

I have been lurking around, and the bug idea is epic if you want to go with that. But I also like the way willow and cliff give an idea of what the clan is like.
Idk how you want to do this, though. fanclans is kinda slow. I'd be down for trying, but it might be hard to fill up more than a 2 or 3 group.

I really do miss being able to throw up a huge multi-group structure and have plenty of people to go around. It was the good ol times for sure. But three sounds good to start. There can always be a schism and split to make more after all.

This looks like itโs off to a really great track! I love the theme of bugs, and I like how there are actual genetic traits that are more specific to one clan! :0 I would be willing to help out if you guys would want another hand on board! I donโt think Iโm active/reliable enough to run a clan, but Iโd love to toss in some ideas, and maybe have a higher position in one clans? I could also make maps of the territories if youโd like! c:

I can manage one if need be, sure. I enjoy updating front pages and bullying code into line lmao. And hopefully! I keep joining different groups and they've been slowly dying off which makes me sad. But Clans are much easier to rp so hopefully that can keep activity up. Bugs are cool, so there's no doubt we'll attract all the cool kids over.

Also, Brownie and ๐พ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ , don't feel like you have to pick one of the clans I've outlined so far. You can come up with something completely original too lol I was kinda just doing them as examples! I'll probably use one of them as my clan but I haven't decided which I like most yet.

I can manage one if need be, sure. I enjoy updating front pages and bullying code into line lmao. And hopefully! I keep joining different groups and they've been slowly dying off which makes me sad. But Clans are much easier to rp so hopefully that can keep activity up. Bugs are cool, so there's no doubt we'll attract all the cool kids over. Hey, Ghost! how do you survive physics, I'm dreading having to take another this fall. you don't. part of you dies.
