What do the leader says when making a meeting?
The anicnet tribess was Let all cats be silent! Stoneteller will speak!
What about the clans?

For ThunderClan, it's something like: "Let all cats who are old enough to catch their own prey gather beneath the Highrock for a Clan meeting." I can't exactly recall if that is the exact quote. And I think it varies per Clan.

From the wiki:
RiverClan: "Let all cats old enough to swim gather to hear my words!"
WindClan: Unknown
ShadowClan: "Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey join here beneath the Clanrock for a meeting!"
SkyClan: "Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey join here beneath the Rock-pile for a Clan meeting!" Their call at the lake territories is "Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey join here beneath the Highroot for a Clan meeting!"
Also, the Dark Forest has their own call: "Let all cats old enough to kill their own enemies gather here!"

Shadowclan:
"All cats able to slip through the shadows gather beneath ____ for a clan meeting"
Riverclan:
"All cats able to swim the river gather beneath ____ for a clan meeting"
I don't know about skyclan though.
