The sun rose as the sign of a new day, brilliant and comforting in it's yellow blaze as it slowly awoke the world with it's endless reaching beams spilling forth over the dark ridden land. Beautiful as it was, it also happens to be any unfortunate hungover soul's worst nightmare and this certainly applied to Evelyn Rayes. It took a mere few seconds for the glaring light washing over her face to bring her to a semi conscious state, the first sluggish thought her mind managed to form being: why aren’t my curtains closed...? Before all hell broke loose, or in other words she became aware of one of the absolute worst headaches she’d ever experienced. It felt as though someone had mercilessly and repeatedly slammed her forehead into the hardest brick wall known to humanity, okay maybe that was a bit of a exaggeration but godman she needed morphine or something. No simple painkillers were going to be her savor this time. A quiet, sleepy groan of pain escaped her and Evelyn struggled to force herself to crack her eyes open, noting the slight queasy feeling in her stomach as well as the cotton dry texture of her mouth. Good god, what had happened? The last memories she could recall....Evelyn winced, the pounding of her head only intensifying when she attempted to remember the events of last night.
Wait….She managed to roll over a bit, ignoring the hot strike that flared across her forehead as she noticed something that caused alarm to start building, spreading tight over her chest and breaking through the hangover. My bed’s never been this soft. Indeed, whatever fluffy silken blankets she was currently buried in certainly were not Evelyn’s, she could barely afford good pillows at that. Her eyes were wide open now, darting around the room and taking in all her unfamiliar surroundings. Where the hell was she? Alarm transformed into outright panic and Evelyn swiftly sat up, pausing for a few seconds as suddenly this foreign environment started to spin and she almost flopped right back into that plush, welcoming mattress. She brought her hand up to steady her head and blinked rapidly to hopefully put a stop to her whirling vision, the dark shiny locks of her sleep mussed hair falling to cover her face. Thankfully she eventually could see straight, straight enough to not only realize she happened to be in nothing but her undergarments, but also there was none other than an actual living being right next to her. Oh fantastic. She couldn’t prevent the shocked squeak that left her throat no more than she could refrain from immediately tugging the blankets up to her chin, arms wrapped protectively over her torso and blue eyes wide as she simply just stared at Robert, her face the definition of surprise with her mouth agape.

Pain. Pain shot through Robb's temples and bled into the rest of his skull immediately following a high-pitched unknown sound. An unusually low groan left the pit of his chest as he fished his arm out from underneath the white sheets and placed his hand on his pounding forehead. What is this...? Am I ill? Never had he experienced something like this before. His relaxed expression turned into a wince, his fingers combing through his bangs. Luckily for him, he had a pretty high-level pain tolerance. He blinked open his eyes, his pupils struggling to focus on the ceiling. Alabaster? I didn't tell anyone to paint the ceiling alabaster... ! He sat up, and tried to look around before realizing that in doing so his head would be turned into a freshly spun smoothie. "Hah..." He looked around at the hotel room, having absolutely no recollection of how or why he ended up here. A hot flash of frustration shot down his spine, as mental blocks were not something he usually dealt with. He turned his head, surveying the area still for any answers when he locked eyes with a woman. In bed beside him. A beautiful, real woman whom he had no idea what her name was or how they met or, most importantly, how they ended up in bed together in an unknown hotel room. Sh*t. His eyes wavered, revealing the panic he was experiencing to her. Hold on. Don't overreact. Don't scare her. You and her both probably need answers. Just ask her calmly if she remembers anything. Make her feel comfortable. Just as Robb was about to speak, he looked down and noticed that he indeed only had underwear on. His face flushed red and he stumbled out of the bed, opting to sit on the ground beside it. He placed his hand over his eyes, complete embarrassment clouding his thoughts. "Uhm. Pardon me, miss-" he began, pausing as he realized that he desperately needed water. "- I'm terribly sorry but I can't seem to recall a thing. That includes your name... Or the reason we're here." He spoke softly, aware of his own headache and probably hers as well. "I want to begin by apologizing profusely for having caused you any harm. I believe I was too incoherent to mindfully make decisions. My name is Robert, may I ask yours?" He bit his lip, cringing at this entire situation.
(You are absolutely fine. You got a life! Don't apologize for that. I appreciate any sort of notice you give me.)
