Anyways, how is everyone on this fine night or possibly day for some of you?

Btw, what does 12/13 dogs mean is that like 12, and almost thirteen?? or is this a fraction of a dog. like you have 0.923076923 of a dog.

Haha, I wouldn't turn down a particle dog. It's 12/13 because my dad doesn't know exactly how many puppies one of them have. And yeah... I own all of them, though my dad lives in the country out of town so three roam the yard while three are in a fence (was to prevent more puppies but one is an escape artist :/) and one is on a chain.. so actually its 13/14, cause I forgot to count Nibbles.

Sometimes it feels like I have 5 dogs when I only really have two. Shelties are able to multiply without really doing anything. They just keep getting in the way and shedding hair everywhere we call all the fur that comes off our lab his puppies so i know the feeling aha

They just keep getting in the way and shedding hair everywhere we call all the fur that comes off our lab his puppies so i know the feeling aha We joke that we could make another dog out of the discarded fluff. And, believe me, it's everywhere. Under the couch, on the stairs, IN the beds. Everywhere.

tbh if given infinite money and time i'd have so many of every animal... probably going to stick with like 1 dog and 3 cats tho. i mean living on my own - right now there's 4 dogs and 3 cats plus a bunch of misc pets in a family of 6

real talk though
that many animals is too many. beyond the fact that not all of them are spayed/neutered - which is absolutely essential if you aren't intentionally breeding them due to the heightened risk of virtually all types of cancers - they're not all housed in your home? some are allowed to roam around freely? do they all get proper exercise and can you afford a high quality food? what about toys? veterinary checkups? shots? worming medication? do you brush or blow them all out during summer? do they have the essentials of obedience down? all properly socialized?

The puppies we will not be keeping, they were just an uh oh litter that we will be getting rid of as soon as they are old enough and have found proper homes. 4 are males which one is fixed because he used to be our house dog. One female is barren one is with the fixed male and the other we are figuring out what to do with since she is a little ho. I understand that this is not recommended nor do I promote owning so many animals. My dog is vetted as is the oldest while the others I am sorry to say are not. I do understand how that is a form of neglect but believe me as soon as anything seems wrong I am right there with the dog to make sure it is nothing serious. We did not plan to own so many and I will flat out say PLEASE FIX YOUR ANIMALS BECAUSE IT IS VERY IMPORTANT!!!! We do feed them all daily and I do clean and check their water buckets. I brush them since two are heavy coated and they get plenty of exercise playing in the woods outside the house. I play with each one so they are very friendly with humans and the only time we have issues with the males is when little ho is in heat.
I am fully aware that many will consider me an unfit owner and I am willing to accept it because you are allowed your opinion. All dogs are healthy and have nothing wrong with them so for now I am saying they are all just happy little fur butts who love to chase cats off our lawns or make them hide on our roofs.

it's even worse because my 2 dogs (who are brothers) fight all the darn time and we cannot stop them sometimes or get them to stop barking at nothing. IMAGINE 12 MORE OF THOSE KINDS OF DOGS. I'D DIE.
