I don't think he'll survive past DW tbh. I don't see what's so bad with a break book either, it's not like AVoS where we had a whole second arc of filler. When I say a break book I don't mean break book S. Fricking one where the cast can BREATHE without something super crazy happening wouldn't be bad at all and idk why it is, and even then, the effects the impostor will have on the clans will probably be pretty bad. Idk if it's Darktail bad but still, if Bramble gets his body back (Which I hope he doesn't) the clans are probably gonna have a really hard time trusting him or something assuming the narrative doesn't act as though everything is now fine once he does return. To add, the pacing of the story is going too fast and it'd help to just, ya know... slow it down a little for ONE book, don't you think? >.> Then let’s hope he survives till book 5, it’s ok if 6 is a break book, they need it for changing the warrior code based off how the imposter abused it and settle on an agreement

Hopefully the impostor survives at least until book five. There's probably plenty of other things he can do to cause chaos. Any sooner is just too soon. What options are there for him to cause chaos? Not only is he weakened, but now the entire forest is against him. He has no supporters except for Spiresight, a good cat, doing his bidding Like Shepard said, he could try and possess another cat. He's made it clear he isn't finished yet. Maybe he'll create chaos while escaping? Like starting a fight? Leaving without Bramblestar's body? You're right that Spiresight looks like he's helping, though unwillingly. But I don't find it surprising since he's a bit strange.
